"this was a true mixed bag Pros: Room very nice with tall ceilings and spacious airy feel Quite location convenient to shopping and restaurants along Ocean Comfortable nice beds Guy at front desk super nice and actively helpful Cons: Internet in and out of service Fridge had been removed from our room. Girl who was initially at front desk not friendly, helpful, or apologetic Sliding door on our second floor balcony room did not lock. Which I discovered in the middle of the night and which definitely creeped me out"

"I was looking forward to being wowed by a ' cool and hip' SOBE hotel, only to be completely let down. I was scheduled to stay 5 days at the Sense Sobe and ran out of there as soon as the penalty period was over (1 night)
I should have known something was wrong when upon pulling up. The landscape consisted of pipes and dirt sticking out of the ground. When I entered the 'lobby' I found what was a bare bar, and empty frig. Everything had been packed up. At the front desk, I was 'greeted' by Lea, who turned to be the front desk manager. I have come across house plants with more personality. I asked if there was a bar or anything that served anything? I found out the only added extra was a ice machine.
I was suppose to have a room with a king size bed and Ocean view. I got a room with two beds and the view consisted of palms and cement buildings. The ' mini bar' was mini by all means. It consisted of a can of diet coke, a few bottles of soda water and regular water. The remenants of the previous occupant? The only
plus was that the room was clean.
This establishment should be called a hostle, hotel. Don't stay here, it is not what it may have been at one time."
