"This was one of the worse paces I have ever stayed. The rooms smelled old, the placed was very run down, and would not even consider taking my shoes off. We considered walking away without even asking for a refund but it was late and we had a very early flight the following day so we decided to make the best of it. Before making that decision I did check the beds and they were clean :) For anyone considering this hotel spend the extra few dollars on something nicer."

"It was the first and the last time i stayed at this place, I cannot even call it a hotel, looks more like a motel to me. First of all we had difficulty finding it. Receptionists were terrible even by phone when i was trying to confirm my reservation, not friendly att all. I called like three times and they kept telling me to call back later because their system were down, and they did the same with another client on the phone when i was standing there at the reception checking out. I just had to laugh and shook my head, they just cannot handle present clients and phone calls at the same time. The room was an old fashioned room and the toilet in the small bathroom was broken. Very loud music outside during the night. We woke up as early as we could next morning to Ranaway Out of that place."

"This is no where near a hotel its more like a low-end motel. Even for a one night stay it was not suitable to me. The pictures are misleading the hallways mind you outside hallways stink. The customer service is terrible. The shuttle bus is not a guarantee ended up paying for a cab to get there because my flight was late. Then the bus only runs every hour and no one tells you that so we almost missed are ride back to the airport. No I will not go back not ever not even for a hour if you want to stay somewhere nice this is not the place!!!!"

"Thiis motel was very disappointing. The music from the restaurant was so loud til around midnight both nights we could barely hear our t.v. little lone relax. Our feet were filthy from the carpet. Only good thing was the shuttle service. Won't stay here again."

"This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in Miami (and that's saying something). They call themselves a hotel, but they are not even close. The noise from the freeway was constant all night - couldn't wait to get out of this place. And just when we thought it couldn't get worst - a huge cockroach ran across the wall behind the TV. We had planned on staying two other nights but cancelled and stayed elsewhere. PLEASE believe us and don't stay here!"

"We had difficulty finding the Hotel then were surprized to see that it looks nothing like it does in the photos. It is in a dire, shabby area with rooms to match. The carpet was dirty, beds uncomfortable & the bathroom was a throwback to the 70's. Should have known by the price. The complimentary breakfast was laughable, which is exactly what we did!! Don't be fooled by the cheap price it's not worth staying there even if it was free."

"I booked a room in this hotel for my son for the evening prior to his flight back to the UK. I know it was cheap, but I do not think this hotel is an appropriate place for either singles or couples to stay in. It is situated in a less than desirable part of Miami, so much so I insisted that my son did not leave the premises until he caught the shuttle to the aiport the following day. The room was noisy as adjacent to the Dolphin Espressway. Although complete with microwave and hot plate, there were no cups or kettle to make any drinks with. Nor were there any plates orm other utensils. Continental breakfast was supposed to be included, but the voucher my son was given only covered him for a drink. Staff seemed uninterested and certainly not friendly. I was unhappy about leaving him there but as our flight was the day before, we had no other choice. I would not use this hotel again even if them alternative was triple the price."

"Dear Bookit team,
please stop offerin that hotel in your site, I could�t stay there it was to danger for my family, i saw a shooting, Detectives where arresting drug adict at the street..
the service at the fronte desk was poor..
I arrive at 12 pm and they told me that my rrom was going to be ready maybe at 3 pm , They did not know because there guess still was in that room.

Make sure guys to doble check your hotels.
I had to go to The urban hotel and spend $200 a night to be in a safe area.
god Bless You! and please let me know What Can I do with the $89 that I pay for a room that I did not used , because of the safety of my family..
