"Even when the rooms were available, front desk manager did not allow early check-in. Water was not flowing properly in shower. There was no fridge in the room and rooms were not properly cleaned."

"This hotel gave superior service. The shuttle bus driver was exceptional in his concern forn his clients. He went above and beyond to accomodate the needs of the clients.
The pool is currently being redone so it is not available.
Close to shopping and shuttle provided for same.

Despite booking a King non-smoking room, we could only get a double non-smoking bed room on arrival. This was no problem for us, but the line of people in front of us at reception (a cruise party) all had problems with the type of room that they had booked. The hotel is a popular location, has free on-site parking and was ideal for us. Breakfast was good. The pool was out of action - being renovated.
There was some graffiti in the hotel - but generally it was clean - but obviously well used."
