THE PRESIDENT
The President Hotel with its rich history and Art Deco charm, designed by L. Murray Dixon, is a beautiful, non-smoking, boutique hotel under Swiss Management. It displays 1930s classic Art Deco elements ranging from patterned terrazzo floors and framed windows to wrought iron railings. The hotel is located within the Art Deco District of South Beach, only one block away from the beautiful sandy beach and just a few steps from Lincoln road or the area`s popular shops, clubs, and restaurants.
PRESIDENT ACCOMMODATIONS
Aside from being spacious and comfortable, the hotel`s 64 crisp and modern rooms are an aesthetic treat, each with an attractive green and white color scheme. Each room has one wall completely covered with a picture portraying green elements of nature. Tile flooring and high-thread-count linens are found in each room, as well as Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers that add a touch of elegance. All rooms were renovated in 2008 and are equipped with amazing amenities such as flat-screen TVs, in-room safes, small refrigerators and independent AC units. The hotel also offers a nice relaxing patio as well as access to the sister property, the Penguin Hotel (located directly behind the President Hotel), where the guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant located in the lobby.
Amenities
The hotel facilities have an Elevator (regular as well as handicapped), Patio, WiFi Signal in the Lobby, 4 Handicapped rooms available, and a Vending machine with (beverages and snacks). Some of the services that are provided are 24 hour front desk, international and multilingual staff, concierge service, Valet Parking $30 per day, beach towels available at front desk, and daily housekeeping and so much more. The room offers plenty of amenities a few are a private shower, individually controlled AC, in room safe, compact refrigerator, and iron/ironing board. The standard rooms are about 260sq feet with one or two full size beds.

1.) Head west on Miad Cir toward NW 21st St
2.) Continue onto NW 21st St
3.) Take the ramp to FL-112 E
4.) Take exit 3 on the left for FL-953 N toward Le Jeune Rd
5.) Take exit 2 on the left toward FL-112 E/I-95/Miami Beach
6.) Merge onto FL-112 E
