"I tried to check in there was only a security guard who barely spoke english and had no info other than the key. I opened the door to the room and saw a filthy rug at least 20 years old. There was dirt on the walls floor and in the light fixtures. I walked into the bathroom and the shower floor had caked on dirt. It appeared the shower was once off white now it is brown. I was afraid to stay there for more than ten minutes in fear that I may catch something. There was also a dog abandoned and barking in the room next to us the entire time. When I went back to the desk again there was no info and I was told I was to just deal with it. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Our stay was not the greatest. The fact that a portion of the building was undergoing renovation was very disappointing. Every day we had to listen to the loud jack-hammering while at the pool. Not very relaxing. The elevators in the building were not very satisfactory either. There were 3 elevators and 1 service elevator. I'm pretty sure that one of the elevators was not in service at all. We always had to wait a lengthy time for an elevator. The fact that some of the buttons in the elevators didn't work was also a nuisance. And, finally, our room was opposite the elevators and the service elevator screeched 24/7."

"This location was a complete dive! You could tell that they had attempted to update parts of the place but once we go to our room it was awful. The door to our room had parts of it falling off, the toilet wouldnt flush, there was no phone in the room to contact maintenence and when I tried to call the number from my voucher, it was the wrong number. I walked back down to the front desk and was met by the security lady who acted like it was a chore to help me. Walked down another level to obtain a coke for me and my son. The only place open to do that, smelled of urine and was packed full of items that you could barely turn around. The rooms were very old and delapedated. The noise level was non-stop loud. The only relief we received was by turning on the air conditioner because it was so loud, it drowned out the people noise. My 11yo son was scared to stay and only fell asleep after pure exhaustion set in from his nerves. We checked in around 11pm and by 8am we were checking out. There were 3 other rooms that were also being abandoned due to the conditions. I doubt I will receive any of my money back. I am very disappointed in this location and refuse to ever go there again. I will also tell everyone I know to stay away from here. The man they sent to fix the toilet dropped a sandwich paper in the bathroom floor and didnt bother to pick it up. Just overall an awful experience."

the rooms are recently renovated and spotless clen.
We really enjoyed the pool, access to the beach, and of course the free parking and internet wifi.
We would go back to this property!"
