"On the website, this looked like a great resort. However, the place did not live up to expectation. First of all, watch out for the additional fees: valet $18/day (self parking $12/day)and resort fee $15/day on top of your room charge. With taxes and everything, that's almost an additional $35/day. Second, the place has 12 floors yet there are only 3 small elevators. Each elevator can fit 10 people but that is a tight fit and claustrophobic. Going back to your room and coming down is a pain in the butt. Third, the room that we had booked stated 2 queen beds. The room that they gave us had a fullsize bed and a 'murphy' bed. The 'murphy' bed was basically a bed attached to the wall where you had to pull it down on top of the sofa area to turn it into a bed. It was not what we had expected at all. And the bathroom was horrendous. The paint in the ceiling was peeling off (I am not exaggerating). We could see black mildew in the shower stall area (not a tub). And the sewage from the shower was backing up or something because each time we had the shower running we smelled the foul odor. We reported to Front Desk and asked to move but they said they would send maintenance. The maintenance guy came and he said 'yes, that's the sewage smell and what did we want him to do?' I told the guy I wanted to move to a different room and he said 'i'll pour some stuff so the smell will go away.' Then, he went to get some chemical to pour down the drain and that masked the odor for several hours. Eventually, the stench came back. We were just tired of bringing it to Front Desk attention and getting the 'go around'. We only wanted to enjoy our vacation so we spent most of our time outdoor and avoided the smell. Fourth, the fitness room had water coming up from the floor. It had a wooden floor and there was a leak underground and water was coming up. I brought it to the maintenance's attention and nothing was done. The guy came to look at it and radio someone and the issue was left as is. I was using the fitness center everyday during my stay and I saw water seeping up each time I stood on the floor working out. Overall, I would not recommend this Resort to any of my friend, nor would I be returning. The poor quality and condition of the room are a big turnoff."

Take State Road 826 East.
Follow the exit "To Beaches".
Follow State road 826 (163 Street) to Collins Avenue (A1A).
Make a left on to A1A.
