"First, this hotel is NOT in South Beach. Not even close. Second, it was dirty and the staff steals. Way over priced for what you get."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Mayfair Hotel and Spa. The room was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the room service for breakfast. I highly recommend ordering in one morning. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the bar was great! We are planning another trip for next year!"

"I just returned from the Mayfair Hotel and Spa in the Coconut Grove part of Miami. I must say my stay there was phenomenal the service was not only impeccable but quick and efficient. We were constantly being greeted, and welcomed back, and being asked how our visit was. This hotel was exactly what I needed from the soaking tub in the room to the 6ft long bathtub. The rooftop pool had amazing views of the grove and all the amazingness around it. I most certainly will be staying there again. "

"It was a girls getaway (stress-free). The Mayfair did its job to make sure that we had the time of our lives. The front desk staff was amazing!!! CUDOS!!
I have already recommended this hotel many, many times.
Now calling the Mayfair for any information is a little complicated...they can be rude and leave you on hold for a long time and may even hang up. The language barrier is just atrocious on the phone, but when you arrive its a total different story.....Its a lovely, lovely hotel & Spa. With the comedy Improv is right behind it...great laughs!
I will be back again and again...for that special girls getaway. I love it just for that! Thanks Mayfair."
