M.Hassan from MPLS, MN had this to say:
" Be careful, there is no parking in this hotel. Otherwise, pay $15 per day valet parking is mandatory . $10 per umbrella and $3 per chair every day until 5:00 PM. We had to move between three rooms, believe it or not, because of ants. Staff was corporative."

Trudy from Alta, Iowa had this to say:
"Was our first trip to Miami, had no idea of what to expect. was a pleasant surprise to see the quality and placement of this hotel. The beach was fantastic as was the pool. The room and bathroom could have used a better cleaning, but have seen much worse. Did have to call three times to extra towels, but other then that was an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet get away as it is 10 miles from South Beach."

Ruben K. from Pittsburgh, PA had this to say:
"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was calm and serene, the staff was pleasant, the and the hotel was in a beautiful location. You just can't find a better deal for the money. Unfortunately, the slumping economy has had a major affect on the hotel; all of Florida is sufferring from the drop-off in tourism. My only minor complaint was that the carpet floor in my room needed some steam cleaning. My suggesstion: if you want excellent service at a modest price, this is the place."

A Recent Traveler from Kingsport, TN had this to say:
"Location is great. The hotel is quiet, has a decent breakfast for 2, and has a good pool. The beach is fairly quiet. We got a partial ocean view room and we could barely see the ocean. I would not recommend any one to take the partial view rooms. All I could see was the apartments adjacent to the hotel. There aren't many restaurants nearby. The pizzeria in the ground floor is very good. Aventura mall and Bal Harbour are a short drive away and have many restaurants. The rooms are clean. However, the water in the bath drained very slowly. I preferred staying in the south beach area."

Guest from Florida had this to say:
"The resort was nice and we would recommend it. It is right on the beach and has a nice pool area. The rooms are very nice and many amenities at the resort. Although we experienced a problem with our room after day 2, they re-accommodated us by upgrading us to a better room. The decor of the rooms are really nice."

Rick Llnfort from London, ON had this to say:
"I found some of the comments were not very reliable. The place was clean. In a nice location and the pool-bar was great. I'd rather be in Sunny Isles that in South Beach. I had room 738 and I have no complains. The view from the balcony was awesome."
