"This hotel is very confortable. I did not went there to critize them or with an attitude. I was looking for a place to rest rigth on the beach, with a great big pool and a perfect for me good breadfast included; and a good atmosphere and no noise in the big room. Thats what I got, and I am glad with my stay. I will come back, yes!"

"well the hotel was nice; although when u get there u have to pay and additional 10 dollars a day.. also it is way to dar from south beach which will run your pockets for 30 dollars there and back; the staff was friendly and drinks were good but i wouldnt recommend it. also u have to pay to sit on the beach; jus $$$$ being spent;"

"The location of the hotel is not convenient - right on the beach, there are no stores/restorants close by, everything 20mins walk away or had to drive. Pool is very nice, but had hard time finding a shaded place, umbrellas by the pool were free, but the pool service was always waiting for a tip to bring them to you. Umbrellas by the beach are expensive with no discount for hotel guests. breakfast was terrible, had to use it as nothing else around Room was ok, but with very old mattress and pillows, couldn't sleep during vacation!!!"

"Usually I tip the maids at the end of the trip. At this resort nothing was done unless I left $5-10/day. One day we came back from the beach to find our garbage cans empty except for 1 piece of toilet paper something threw away which had feces on it. My family flushes used toilet paper! The first night there, we had fire drill after fire drill because something broke. It took all night for them to fix the problem. Meanwhile alarms and lights kept going off. Our toilet kept overflowing but they didn't move us until 24 hr later! Why the wait??? Anytime we needed extra towels it took ~2 hrs until someone brought them! The maids were always rude when we needed something. Our TV didn't work so we needed to make yet another room change. The nicest people were the pool boys and the young lady at check-in. We travel alot and no place has ever been so uncleanly and rude. I don't care to ever stay at this resort again."
