"Our group of 6 buddies form the UK stayed here for 4 nights as the starting part of our US tour. We had read previous reviews which did not paint a brilliant picture of the hotel. But I am glad to say they were wrong! The hotel location was brilliant just one block off Ocean Drive and central to the Art Deco district. The staff were very heplful and very freindly (especialy my former scouse buddy!). The rooms were fine and comfy and the complimentary breakfast service was just right for our needs. Maybe a downside was the bar prices outside Happy Hour which we thought were a bit steep. However our overall view of the hotel was that is was just right for our specific needs to view Miami Thanks Guys"

Posted: Tue, Oct 04, 2011"This was our first time in Miami with a few girlfriends and I.We were very skeptical about the pricing and hotel in general when booking.We were skeptical about the picture varying from the actual hotel.The rooms were exactly what we expected and more.Room service was great.I stayed in a Junior suite which had an awesome shower and awesome room overall.Flat screen on the wall tv.WIFI.spacious closet.Everyone at the hotel from the housekeeper to the front desk was so nice.We really enjoyed our stay.The worst thing when on vacation is to have to stay in a crappy overated room but the hotel was the total opposite.The guy at the front desk even gave my friends and I passes to a few of the popular night clubs in the area.Everything is so close to the La Flora.We walked up and down Collins Avenue/Washington Avenue the entire trip.It was well worth our stay and we will be back in Miami and will be booking at the La Flora very soon."

Follow exit signs to LeJeune Road South. Exit onto SR836 East which becomes I-395 toward Miami Beach and follow directions from I-395 below.
From Fort Lauderdale International Airport
Directions: Follow exit signs to I-95 South. Continue to Miami and exit at I-395 toward Miami Beach and follow directions from I-395 below.
From I-395
I-395 becomes the MacArthur Causeway. Turn right as you cross the bridge to Miami Beach and you will be on 5th Street. Turn left onto Washington Avenue. Go up seven blocks then turn right on 13th Street. Make another right onto Collins Avenue.
