"What a great hotel in South Beach. I loved the stay there. The service is great, good and friendly staff; clean and modern rooms; the linens are of high quality and i love that the restaurant is right there as soon as you walk-in. The food is fresh and delicious. I love to stay at Nash because of the location, great service and very relaxing rooms. When I go to south beach for work always end up going out at the end of the day and this hotel is close to everything. you can pretty much walk everywhere from Nash and always very quiet when in your room. You actually get to relax when in your room and different from other hotels in South Beach. I love the stay there and I will always come back again to South Beach and Stay there again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice boutique hotel to stay, great and friendly staff. The manager is very personable and make sure you are having a nice experience in South Beach...he recommended some great places to go and he knows where to go and what to do there. You feel like home. "

You never have to open a door there because they do it for you. The room was nice and clean and it is at a great location, near everything! "I recently stayed at the Hotel Nash in South Beach. The location is excellent if you want to be in the limelight. This hotel should not be rated a '4' Star, it is actually more like a '2' Star. It is in need of some TLC on the appearance. The Lobby has a smell of mildew and the chairs and seating are covered with slip covers that need cleaning. The carpet is filthy on the floors to the rooms, appears it has never been cleaned. The hotel staff could have been a little friendlier. We arrived early like 11:00am and couldn't check in our room until 2:30pm-3:00pm. The only thing nice that happened was we received a Jr Suite upon management approval, otherwise I can't imagine what the standard room look like cause the Jr Suite was the size of a regular hotel room. Also the day we checked out a cock roach came to visit us. I reported it to the front desk and Yipeee!! we didn't have to pay the $11.00 resort fee. Overall I enjoyed Miami Beach but would have preferred a more classy 'Boutique Hotel' and not the Nash. So this location needs to be rated as a 2.5 or 3, definitely not a 4"

"Check-in was 1 hr later than told by Book it. Guest service was rude for the inconvenience. The decor is not as seen on the internet. It is plain white, but it was clean. I wasn't given enough supplies for the room. Finally was accommodated after complaining a lot. "

"Planned to stay 5 nights cut it short after 2. Not at all what expected. Might check before going at the time we were there they did not have room service up and running yet and no massage therapist. Went for R & R and had a change of plans quickly."

"very disappointed w/ hotel. Definately not a 4 star, would rate it less than 1. They did not have room service, although the night we checked in the clerk at the desk assured us they did have room service. they did not have massage up yet. Everything was old and musty. No bathtubs in rooms. Floors all off level. We did eat breakfast outside the restaurant and it was good. We were planning to stay 5 nights and checked out after 2. We have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and have to say this one was disappointing because they advertise themselves as being much more than they are."
