Stayed at the hotel 1 night before flying home the next day. The hotel is very nice with a free buffet hot breakfast which is very nice. Free coffee etc in the lobby 24 hours too ! Had a late check out which is good value and very convenient. The airport is close but you cannot hear any noise. All in all if you want a hotel close to Miami airport this is great...also very close to a Publix, Mcdonalds and other stores.

Small check-in parking area, need room key to access parking garage. No microwave or refrigerator in room - hence my insulin did not stay at its required temperature. Inquired to front desk and she was very young and VERY snooty. "Did you request a frig?" I advised I didn't know I needed to as I expected one from my Honors profile! The bed was very soft and sagged...ended up with back ache. The A/C was at 72 upon my arrival at 6:15pm. I adjusted it to 65. By 7:00am it had only reached 67. ... Read more

We stayed here the night before our cruise. What I really liked about this hotel was that they left us a note beside the bed that indicated that both the sheets AND the bed coverlet were fresh and clean. If they could just confirm the remote was clean also, that would have been perfect. We enjoyed the hotel, and the pickup from the airport. We did have to pay $10 for the shuttle to the cruise port. There was a Walgreens across the street, and we were able to do some last minute shopping the... Read more

Hampton Inn & Suites is always clean and comfortable--offering good amenities (the breakfast buffet is fabulous). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and eager to help. I have stayed in Hamptons for years and have never been disappointed. Would recommend Hampton to business travelers, family outings, or just a fun get away. They'll make it comfortable and easy!

Typically a short stay hotel, suitable for 1-2 nights only. It is mostly used by cruise guests. Rooms are fine, but the airco is very noisy, in particular on the top floor (11th). Suggest to avoid rooms on that floor. Breakfast is included but quite basic and of poor quality. Complaining about it helps...

We rented a suite for our stay. The room was very out of date, the sleeper sofa was probably one of the oldest we have experience in years. Normally our young children can sleep on the sleeper. This one was so uncomfortable that they had to sleep on the floor. We were told our room would have two queen beds, it ended up having two full beds. Just disappointing all around.

If you're cruising out of Miami, it's definitely worth the stay. Just be prepared to Uber back to the hotel seeing the driver Asvaldo most likely won't pick you up from the port. Uber is half the cost back as well seeing the stay and cruise only provides one way transportation.

Accommodations were very nice! The area was close to the airport and cruise terminal. As with any city I wouldn't venture to far away on foot. It was nice to have our car secured during cruise. They include the shuttle for two people to the cruise terminal and it is ten dollars a person extra for additional people. It's also ten dollars a person to get back to hotel but we easily took a taxi cause we had a large party and the taxi cost $35.00. I would recommend this stay so you are not rushed i... Read more

If you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy this is your hotel. They offered free shuttle from the airport and the shuttle driver recommended the best dinner place. We stayed here for 1 night prior to boarding a 5 night cruise. I stay in Hamptons often for business and the service/rooms were what I expect for a Hampton. I would not recommend as a vacation hotel for a stay of more than a night or two, but for business or a quick layover it works.

Had a comfortable stay for a business course held here. Located near the airport, this is a handy hotel for business conferences. While not near the beach, it is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and there is a shuttle service to the airport. Drugstores and a few restaurants closeby. I would recommend it to business travellers or families that want proximity to the airport or an economical stay. It would not be my first choice for an extended family vacation-type stay.

We checked in online prior to departing our home for the 4.5 hour drive to Miami on Saturday, July 2. From arrival to check out the next morning we found the friendliness of the staff typical of why we continue to book Hampton Inns for most of our vacation travel. The front desk staff made us feel welcome as they assured us that our room was ready and guaranteed our satisfaction. Upon checkout Sunday morning they thanked us for our business and invited us back for a future stay.

This hotel is exactly what I have come to expect: Clean rooms, decent breakfast, good price. That is why I continue to return. The night desk clerk was clueless however and given that anyone checking in to an airport hotel at 4:30 am has probably already had a bad day/night, this is a big flaw.

This was by far my favorite travel friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. We were going to be crusing with Carnival and we used Hampton's Park, Stay, and Cruise package. It was way cheaper than paying for parking at the Miami Port and we had the piece of mind that our car would be safe in Hampton's secure parking! And they'll we even shuttle you to and from the port! We stayed in a suite. The room was a great size, it had a kitchenette, a nice bathroom and separate vanity section. The bed was incre... Read more

I travel through Miami a lot for business and this hotel is perfect for this. Across the street from a mall and restaurants. People are great but the best thing is it is like 3 minutes from departures at MIA and next to perimeter road which bypasses traffic if you have to leave at rush hour. Saved my butt many times as traffic to the airport can easily make you miss a flight

Great hotel for our one night stay. Room comfortable, great pillows but no in-room safe. Reception staff very knowledgeable about local traffic. Short drive to beach and Dolphin Mall shopping. Breakfast was really nice - yogurts, fruit, cereals, waffles, various hot items - plenty of choice. Nice swimming pool and sun-deck area. Secure parking on 2 levels - ramp is very steep up to 2nd floor. Publix, CVS and Walgreens all within walking distance. Great

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 nights before leaving on a cruise out of Miami. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, customer service, breakfast and overall stay at this hotel. It was beyond clean (and I look), the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, speaking to me when I passed them, and the front desk staff was very nice and professional. The food at breakfast was delicious. It was a full buffet breakfast too. The location of this hotel is excellent; it is close to the airport and has a shuttle. If you're driving, there is secure parking. There is a shopping center across the street that is within walking distance, which is also a big help. I like the location of the breakfast pavilion, on the 2nd floor, away from the lobby, which keeps things private. The rooms (I shared a suite) were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable; it is an ideal setup for an extended stay. While the staff is friendly an... Read more

Stayed at this hotel before and after a cruise. Picked the hotel for various reasons. The Hampton name, the fact that they pick you up at the airport. Excellent breakfast was served both times we stayed there. They also offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $10 per person. Everyone we had contact with from the shuttle driver to the front desk, provided excellent service. For that reason I would gladly stay here again when in the area.

Kat at the desk showed outstanding custom service. She answered all our questions with a smile on her face.
