"La primera semana de mayo 2012, tomé 2 habitaciones en el hotel por 8 noches. El hotel es bonito, está bien ubicado y cuenta con todos los servicios. No obstante, tuvimos algunas malas experiencias por lo cual no recomiendo el hotel. 1.- A pesar de haber tomado 2 habitaciones por 8 noches (con el valor que pagué), no me fue posible hacer un late check out el último día. Desde el primer día solicité el servicio, ya que en nuestro grupo estabamos con un bebe de 1 año, estando dispuesto a pagar por este servicio y me tramitaron hasta el último día. Después de mucho rogar, me dieron la posibilidad de quedarme sólo hasta las 14:00 horas en una habitación, sin importarles que mi vuelo de regreso era a las 22:00 horas. Tuvimos que dar vueltas por Miami en auto con el bebe a cuestas y mudarlo donde pudieramos. La disposición de la mujer a cargo ese día sábado 05 de mayo fue pésima. 2.- A pesar del nombre y cadena del hotel, las habitaciones son pequeñas y muy ruidosas. Se sentía el ruido del TV, teléfono y conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas. Hay que tener en cuenta que los fines de semana llegan pasajeros para salir de fiesta. Regresan tarde y meten mucho ruido en las habitaciones y pasillos, por lo que no se puede dormir. 3.- El hotel no cuenta con lavandería para los huespedes, por lo cual una estadía prolongada implica llevar mucha ropa. 4.- Los 2 últimos días, a pesar que salíamos del hotel a las 10:00 horas, cuando regresabamos en la tarde (16:00 horas) las habitaciones no se encontraban hechas. Al reclamar a la mucama, nos exigían salir de la habitación y que nos apuraramos porque ellas terminaban su turno. Debido a nuestros reclamos, los últimos días no nos ponían suficientes toallas ni jabón. Reclamar en Recepción, fue algo inútil y tiempo perdido. 5.- La entrega del automóvil que estaba estacionado en el hotel (US$29.00 por día más tax) era lenta. En varias oportunidades nos tocó esperar más de 20 minutos. 6.- Lo positivo del hotel, es que en el lobby tienen café, te, agua caliente como cortesía disponible durante el día. // The first week of May 2012, I took two rooms in the hotel for 8 nights. The hotel is nice, well located and has all amenities. However, we had some bad experiences so I do not recommend the hotel. A. - Despite taking 2 rooms for 8 nights (with the value I paid), I was unable to make a late check out on the last day. From day one I requested the service, because in our group we were with a baby of 1 year, being willing to pay for this service and I processed until the last day. After much pleading, I got the chance to stay only until 14:00 pm in a room, not caring that my return flight was at 22:00. We had to drive around in Miami with the baby on his back and move it where we could. The arrangement of the woman in charge that day, Saturday 05 May was terrible. 2. - Despite the name, hotel chain, the rooms are small and very noisy. He felt the noise of TV, telephone conversations from adjoining rooms. Keep in mind that passengers arrive weekends to party. They come back later and put a lot of noise in the rooms and hallways, so you can not sleep. 3. - The hotel does not have laundry facilities for guests, making an extended stay means carrying a lot of clothes. 4. - The last 2 days, even though we left the hotel at 10:00 pm when we returned in the afternoon (16:00 hours) the rooms were not made. By claiming the maid, we demanded to leave the room and we apuraramos because they finished their shift. Due to our demands, the last days we did not put enough towels or soap. Claim at reception was useless and wasted time. 5. - The delivery of the car which was parked at the hotel (U.S. $ 29.00 per day plus tax) was slow. On several occasions we had to wait more than 20 minutes. 6. - The good the hotel is in the lobby with coffee, tea, hot water access is available throughout the day."

"This has been the worst experience, we waited 1 hr and 50 min to check in and the place was not busy. We made our reservation on oct 2011 paid in full. The hotel stated the never recieved our reservation or payment. There was never an offer to let us have our room so we could at least get off our feet after our flight, we waited all this time standing in the lobby. I would never stay at her again. It was a classic case of pass the buck."

"On the night of my arrival at 1AM we were told that we had to go to the Best Western down the road due to plumbing problems in this hotel. We were walked 2 or 3 blocks at 1 AM to the Best Western which was lower in quality then the Sheraton. At that time I was told that we would not be charged for Friday night. The hotel would comp the room because of the situation. However, on the day of departure when checking out I was told that this was not the case and we had to pay the entire stay at the 4 Points Sheraton rate. Needless to say I was very frustrated with this and I am formally filing a complaint with you in lthis memo. Sandra Higelin"
