"I booked this hotel on two separate occasions, I was taking my husband on a cruise to the Bahamas for his birthday and we stayed here the first night we arrived in Miami and returned to stay the rest of the week in Miami after we got back from the cruise. I wish I could have gotten my money back after the first night. Well, given the price I paid for the room, one would think the hotel would not smell like RAID ROACH spray in the hall ways and elevator. We also had to knock on the window to be let into the hotel after 1100pm since we didn't have a key fob on our key ring for that first night. They gave us one after we rechecked in upon return from our cruise finally. Not only was I disappointed with the dusty and dirty furniture with ear wax crusted on it and the dirty table and chairs in our room, not to mention the cracked tiles on the floor, but I was pleasantly surprised by the extra room guest I awoke to on that next day of our first night. I don't like or do bugs and I know I am in the tropics, but REALLY ROACHES are just too much when you are paying over 160.00 a night for a quote un quote 'upscale hotel in the financial district' It was pathetic and I felt robbed. I will never stay here AGAIN!!!!! The only good thing about this hotel was the door man was there each and every time to push the automatic door button. He has as very HARD job you know."

Follow signs for I-95 South. On I-95 take Exit#2 (SE 7th St.) Continue and make left on SE 8th Street. Proceed to Brickell Avenue and make Right. Continue on Brickell and make Left on 14th Terrace. Fortune House Suites will be on your left in aproximatelly 100 ft. The Hotel is next to the Four Seasons Hotel.
From I-95:
