"When we booked the room we were confirmed with a standnrd king reservation. Upon arrival we were told there were no king rooms available at the time of our booking,so we were given a double. Had we wanted a double, we could have booked one earlier and saved about two hundred dollars. Once in the room we found the refridgerator,phone,safe,and smoke detector all out of order. When we finally contacted the front desk we were told nothing could be done. After calling Bookit we were moved to another room(still not the king we confirmed) and the trip went on.We did not recieve a price cut,any comp services,or even an apology from the motel. It also does not have on site dining,an indoor pool or coffee makers in the rooms as it advertises."
