"Our 'kitchenette' was a microwave and a mini-fridge, with two cups and two bowls. Don't expect to actually cook anything unless you bring all of your own utencils and other kitchen supplies. The elevator doesn't work, and apparently hasn't worked for months. Expect to carry your bags up three flights of stairs. Expect to be overcharged for parking. The entrance to their parking lot is unmarked and very, very difficult to see. If you arrive at a busy time, like on the weekend, you'll have a lot of trouble parking in order to check in. Expect to pay to park somewhere else, at least at first. Our in-room safe didn't work, and I think the maintenance man that the front desk promised (twice) to send doesn't actually exist. If something major goes wrong, like your AC or plumbing, don't expect it to get fixed during your stay. And don't expect any real assistance from the staff."
