In the room there is special cream for travel tired patrons to rub on their legs, a hydrating face cream and an essential oil mist to get a good rest! The staff is great and I find this to be a great place to recuperate from a long trip or before you go.

The rooms are well maintained and the staff are very disciplined and cooperative, The shuttle services to airport and back are really helpful and convenient. It is well located and accessible to all parts of the city, The Hotel is supplemented by a lot of restaurants around and have a good variety. Booked a room here for a q2 hr layover from Miami to ny and felt like we got the royal treatment. Despite our early flight, the hotel had boxed breakfasts, a shuttle, and wake up call ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the room service was excellent. First choice for future Miami stays.

So my husband and I were down in Miami for a business trip, and I found what I thought was the BEST deal. The hotel was decently priced at roughly $135/night (this is cheap for Miami, unless you could the roach motels). The pictures made the hotel look absolutely amazing, quite upscale even. Because my husband had a weeks worth of training to get to bright and early, I booked the "Quiet Zone" and the King Executive room. This room promised no housekeeping before 10:00 AM would be done on that fl... Read more

Hotel was okay... Only here for one night to meet a tour. It is right next to airport which is great for early flights. A couple malls a short taxi away. Few restaurants in the area also. I would not stay here if you are visiting Miami for any length of time.

Free shuttle to/from the airport, ate and drank in the hotel, which again was fine for what we needed, you wouldn't stay here if you are visiting Miami for numerous days........

We always stay here before and after our trips each year to St. Lucia. We've always been given a nice, clean room and we always sleep really well here. The beds are always really comfortable and we've always had quiet rooms. We've found the hotel to be of very good value and the service is always good. We've never encountered any problems with this hotel. The van shuttle to the airport always works for us and seems to run on time. The driver is always really helpful. The staff who work the front... lovely hotel, stayed on the 2nd floor, the floor had a outside garden, a place to lounge, and a gym , all on the second floor- the restaurant on the 1st floor was nice looking, but we didn't eat there- there are a few restaurants, that are in walking distance- location is great, only 5 minute ride to airport- shuttle is free to airport- the rooms are huge and the bed is very comfy, loved everything about this place- something i expect from a Crowne property- i shall return

I always stay at Crowne Plaza Miami airport when going to Miami. Nice and comfortable beds. I really like the layout of the rooms and the convenience of a near restaurant (Latin Cafe, just across the street, which is open until 1:00 am and it offers great Cuban food for a cheap price) The shuttle from the airport to the hotel runs every 20 minutes, a big plus for me. I sleep very well at this hotel and that's is the most important thing a hotel can offer me.

I was only here 1 night before my trip to Cuba. The bed was really comfortable which was great before I had to get up super early. It's close to Kmart also I needed to grab an umbrella since it was going to be a bit rainy in Cuba so only a short 15 min walk or so. Staff was very friendly, I had some food at the bar it was really good also..

The hotel has pretty good rooms for good prices. The staff are friendly and you can stay here for a night or two if you are making connections from MIA or are just in town for a short stay. The uber fare to the city is about 10$ and the hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport. There is a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes.

I stayed at the Crowne two years ago and was hoping for an opportunity to go back. This time I stayed only for one night, but in the middle of a crazy trip back home, there´s no better place to sleep than the Crowne. The Temple Spa products are amazing, specially the aromatheray spray, so I slept like a baby and woke up ready for the last leg of my trip. The staff is very nice, even when they let me know that probably I wouldn´t get to see GOT because there was an electric storm and the cable ... Read more

The front desk staff is very accommodating and welcoming. I stay here for work on occasion, and I've never had an issue with the hotel. Just make sure you tip the driver.

The shuttle took a long time to show up at the airport. Waited about half an hour. Decent hotel that's been mostly renovated, but you can see in the rooms that not everything was updated. Our room's shower/bath did not drain well so I stood in a pool of cold water just showering. The room has no amenities like fridge/microwave, but did have a hair dryer. I used to really enjoy staying at a Crowne Plaza. They always seemed a step above, however, the last few I have stayed in have been disappointing (Little Rock, Houston, Miami). The rooms are just OK, and need updating. Most Holiday Inns have better appointed rooms now. They charge a ridiculous price for breakfast or just coffee ($19 in Miami, and $3 for a cup of coffee, no refills), while HI has free breakfast. They charge $20/day for self-parking, which is absurd. Sleep here for a few hours for a cheap rate and u will be ok. OK, so it's an airport hotel. On the plus side, the shuttles are efficient and frequent, the bar drinks are large and reasonably priced, rooms are clean, it has a nice rooftop fitness center (air-conditioned) and outdoor rooftop swimming pool. Also there are many good restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. Tip: skip the breakfast buffet and cross the street for breakfast at Latin Café 2000. Better coffee and food at half the price.
