"This is a wonderful hotel. The service is incredible- the hotel staff and clerks are extremely accommodating and nice. The hotel is very clean and is constantly being cleaned. The Miami Beach location is in a very good spot. I want to thank this hotel for adding so much to my stay in Miami. I would definitely go back. "

"I absolutely loved the Claridge Hotel. Unique property, well appointed rooms and an incredible cleanliness through out the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and cordial. I had a little challenge connecting my lap top to the wireless system and the manager Aida Martinez went out her way to help me get connected. She is a good role model for her staff, no wonder they are so attentive from the housekeeper to the maintenance guy who spoke very little english. Will recommend this hotel in a heart beat."
