"Got a great deal and took my boyfriend for a short weekend getaway. We stayed in room 505, which is towards the back of the hotel. There were no views of the beach but another building beside it. The living room has a small little balcony. The suite was very nice and I was surprised to see they had a walk-in closet and full kitchen. Definitely comfortable for 4 people since there is a sleeper sofa and ample living room space. It was very convenient to have a full-size fridge with water and icemaker. We used the microwave once. It was quiet during our stay on MLK weekend. It happened to be Art Deco weekend so it was a definite plus having Ocean Drive blocked off so you can walk in the street. The distance to the beach was a 1 minute walk, it is literally right there. I would stay here again, although the lobby bathrooms need updating. Even though there is renovation going on, there should be a separate room for guests to leave their luggage. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and look forward to seeing the renovation again when I come back in the spring."

"This place looks good on the outside but there's no window views the rooms are dirty ac hardly works if you get a balcony it's a good deal but only a balcony will make your stay worth wild Our toliet wasn't working and after 22 hours still not fixed. Good location and that's it"

"Oceanfront rooms were great. We had an upgrade because the futon in our room was broken and would not open to a bed. Also, the pool was closed for almost our entire stay. It opened on our last day, however the water in the pool was cloudy and not clear. We decided to avoid the pool because it was cloudy and not clear as most clean pools are. The pool was one of the main reason we decided on the hotel. Needless to say both my wife and kids were not happy about the pool being closed. Staff is friendly. Overall a good experience but not a great one."
