"I didn't rate the staff b/c there wasn't any staff. This is the first time I stayed in a rental condo. This area is TOTALLY residental (high rise condos everywhere). It is very quiet and was a nice change from South Beach hotels which is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to get to the beach and valet was included in the stay so that made the rental car parking much easier. They made sure the room was totally stocked with extra towels, linens and condiments. The apartment was spotless and I have no complaints at all. There was an onsite pool and spa amenities although I didn't get a chance to use any of them. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice, quiet and reasonable place to stay in South Miami. One thing to be mindful of, it is not a hotel so there is no one to keep your bags if you arrive early or have a later flight."

"Positive: The location, the free valet parking, the gym and the computer room. Right next to Publix and Walgreens if you need anything. Close to Key Biscayne for nice beach time. Negative: VERY loud in apartment 201 if you can get any other one, you'll be fine. The 201 is located above a giant garage fan and there is a constant loud buzz, in addition to traffic noise and the metro (which we didn't mind as much as the constant loud fan noise). The patio door also was broken and never was fixed during our stay, so it was hard to hang out on the balcony."

1.) Head south and take the ramp
2.) At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto the NW 21st St ramp
3.) Turn right onto NW 21st St
4.) Take the ramp to FL-112 E
5.) Take exit 3 for FL-953 N toward Le Jeune Rd
6.) Take exit 2 on the left toward FL-112 E/I-95/Miami Beach 7.) Merge onto FL-112 E Partial toll road
8.) Take the exit onto I-95 S toward Downtown Partial toll road
9.) Take exit 2C on the left for Miami Ave toward Downtown
10). Merge onto Downtown Distributor (signs for US-1 N/Biscayne Blvd)
11.) Turn right onto SE 2nd Ave
Destination will be on the left
From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
1.) Head west on Terminal Dr toward S Service Rd
2.) Merge onto Florida A1A S/US-1 S/State A1A S via the ramp to Dania Beach/Hollywood
3.) Slight right onto FL-818 W/NW 10th St/Griffin Rd and continue to follow FL-818 W/Griffin Rd
4.) Turn left to merge onto I-95 S toward Miami
5.) Take exit 2C on the left for Miami Ave toward Downtown
6.) Merge onto Downtown Distributor (signs for US-1 N/Biscayne Blvd)
7.) Turn right onto SE 2nd Ave
