DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!!! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room is old, but was clean. The valet was very friendly & we felt the hotel staff was friendly. But there is a restaurant below the hotel that closes at midnight & then the bar opens and music is REALLY loud! You can hear the music & feel the bass thumping in your room! On weeknights they can play the music loud from midnight until 2am. Then on weekends, the music is VERY loud from midnight un... Read more

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I never imagined I would have to climb a full flight of stairs everyday to get to my room, because in the entire 8 day stay their elevator was out...as well as the airconditioner and room phone! Truly a miserable experience that should have been fun! Don't stay here!

This was my trip back home. I was born and raised in Miami Beach. I left in 1982 after I graduated high school. I came back for my 50th birthday nothing has changed.
My room had 2 plug in sockets not enough to charge phone laptop ect. and have a lamp. I had to stuff a towel in the air vent to keep from freezing to death.
The staff was very courteous, and that is the nicest thing I can say.

I will start by the customer service and particularly the lady who was sitting on the front desk on thursday 7th of august at around 11:30 AM. I find it funny how rude this lady is, it is like she hates the manager and is intentionally rude to customers. Every day she would find something to bother us with. Bathroom has no ventilation whatsoever. When we opened the window, had we dared to open the window. , and how can four people stay in a room with no open windows or ventilation what so ever...
