"This hotel was still under construction and wasn't a brand new hotel as stated. It was a remodel of a piece of junk. The rooms were so small you could almost sit on the bed and brush your teeth. The bathroom had no counter to set anything on. There was no pool like they said there was. There were construction workers every where that just got in your way. There was dust everywhere. When house keeping made up our room they brought less towels each day. When we left we were down to one towel and two wash cloths. The only thing this place would be good for is going to a heat game. I would say it is in the category of a motel 6!!!!! Save your vacation and stay somewhere else....."

"We booked our trip for a week after their 'grand opening'. It took us a while to find the entrance of the hotel, as it does not have their sign up. We arrived at 2am and immediately realized this was more of a construction site than a hotel. The first room we were given was dirty, so we had to request another room. The staff was everything but friendly. They treated people like we were staying there for free. We constantly had to request for towels and did not even had garbage can in the room. The rooms are small and the bathroom are even smaller. You can see that the rooms were poorly renovated with cheap paint and much unfinished details. The cleaning staff only made the beds and that was it, as on my last day we found soda bottles under the bed, that were not ours.
You had to wait forever for the elevator,as there is only one working. If i needed Ice I had to go from the 6th floor to the 14th floor, were they had the only working Ice machine. They advertized having a parking garage, which was closed. We had to venture out and find a parking garage on our own. Check out day was on a Monday, and cosntruction was in full-effect. The lobby was full with mattress, dust, construction material,..oh, and the restuarant was not open, it was still under construction.
After returing and thinking this nightmare was over, I noticed that they had placed a hold on my credit crd f.
Overall very disappointed....
The only pro was the location..it is in walking distance from Bayside...But could have stayed at the Holiday Inn instead"
