"Had a wonderful time. Your planning and timing was superb.
Miami Beach is extremely 'user fiendly'. We used local bus to go everywhere for only $2.00/trip.
Landing and returning from Ft. L airport was not dificult amd we used public transportation between airports as shutle ($3.75/trip).
Hotel elegant but dated. Rooms need updating. For example, all outlets in wall, none at desk top for computer, etc.; TVs ancient with minimum channels. Pool was overcrowded and the hotel provided no amenities on the beach. We had to rent beach chairs from a beach vendor.
However, the room and hotel were spotless, the staff wonderful and the food magnificent.
We would consider staying at the Alexander again but after visiting other hotels in the same area would probably choose a higher quality (Eden Roc, etc)
But, you guys were great in organizing the whole thing including last minute travel arraingments. We will use your service again and recommend you to our friends."
