"The men at the bottom check in of the hotel are very nice. Cant say the same for the pool people upstairs. The lighting is very hard for a woman that wears makeup to get ready in. only 3 channels worked for the TV but we didn't care we weren't there to watch TV anyway. The walls are very thin so we could here peoples conversations and smell the weed they were smoking all night. The housekeepers were very nice..... but I wouldn't come back to this hotel due to the lighting and the pool people and the fact that they don't have a hot tub. I think next time we will go to a bigger hotel with more comforts. Also the bath and shower have NO PRIVACY AT ALL. I have problems with even my long time boyfriend being able to see me go to the bathroom. so it was difficult."

We booked the hotel based on it's great online reviews and we were not at all disappointed! The hotel is gorgeous, very recently renovated, and centrally located to all the best spots in South Beach. There are great restaurants and nightlife in walking distance, and the beach is down the street- although there wasn't much need for the beach because the rooftop pool is AMAZING! Very relaxing atmosphere on the rooftop, and the overall staff was very accommodating and friendly. It definitely superceded my expectations! Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to South Beach!!"
