The Palms Hotel&Spa in Miami Beach is a great for you, if youre looking for a quiet non-party Hotel right on the beach and got a stretchable budget ;) LOCATION The Hotels location is conviniend, just off Collins Ave in the front, boardwalk and beach in the back (private gate). Walking distance to Lincoln Rd. Mall over the boardwalk is just 15 blocks (15 min.) and its a nice stroll along the ocean! Great hotel. Its been my 4th stay here, great experience as always. Very relaxing hotel on the beach. if you are looking for party, don't go there. If you want to chill out in a delicate hotel on the beach, this is it. Jonna in the reception and Carlos and Leoner on the beach did a great job! Very service oriented!

I have stayed at the Palms several times and this visit was just as fabulous as the rest. I am way overdue in writing a review! The hotel property has a European feel and is situated right on the beach. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly attentive and just overall lovely - they clearly want guests to have a great experience, especially when there is so much competition from the bigger hotels in the neighborhood. It is not as 'luxurious'... Read more

This was our first stay at The Palms and we loved it. Part of the week was vacation with my husband, and the rest of the week was business meetings with my work group. The Palms is a beautiful place to stay, very tropical feeling with the lush gardens surrounding the pool and tiki bar, relaxing and serene. The Palms has direct beach access which we loved too! The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean, as is the entire hotel, housekeeping is impeccable and the beds are very comfortable. ... Read more

FIRST, It looks like a good hotel and the service here is ok but months before we arrived we asked for a big room with ocean view to celebrate our honeymoon and we got a regular room on the 4th floor with a view to the street. SECOND, the outlets near the bed didn't work and there was no hot water. THIRD, when we ask to change the room we saw THREE rooms which all did not have hot water, and was noisy (one was next to an ice machine and we could here EVERYTHING!). FORTH, the location is not th... Read more

We continue to come back to The Palms Hotel and Spa, this hidden gem offers its guests peace and excellent service! (our 6th visit). Guests are greeted and attended to by a lovely staff throughout your stay, and the restaurants ambiance and menu both go above and beyond. (Try the Tuscan kale flat bread pizza, lamb sliders, and the breakfast BLT....you'll be happy you did!) It was our pleasure to have Mihai, our waiter serve us daily. The pool area and grounds are some of the prettiest in South ... Read more

I booked a stay at The Palms Hotel and Spa with the intentions of enjoying a spa day and a mini staycation. When I reserved the room online, I didn't notice the Florida Resident specials available. When I check in and hand you my Florida driver's license and credit card, you should go above and beyond your mediocre level of customer service and offer to adjust my rates so that I can take advantage of the Florida Resident Specials (just a word of advice). I scheduled my spa treatments so that I w... Read more

I had a very pleasant stay at the Palms. I was able to check into my room early and I pleased with the room itself. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned. In my room there was a refrigerator filled with alcohol and snacks which the hotel will charge you for if you use it. The hotel was able to provide me with a empty refrigerator so I can put my own items in. Also the day I checked out the hotel provided with me a key to have access to the pool and beach ... Read more

Had a fabulous facial by Jessica. She was professional and accommodating. And in between facial and pedicure went to Essensia, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent and the service by Mihai was impeccable. Looking forward to my next visit. I live on Miami Beach and would recommend this spa and restaurant to other locals, not just tourists.

This review is well overdue and well deserved. This was the second time I stayed at the Palms with my mom and we weren't disappointed. First I'd like to mention that the grounds of the hotel are simply beautiful. They really do an excellent job with all the lush greenery and gorgeous flowers by the pool and cabana area. I find that this hotel tends to draw a slightly older quieter crowd which is great if you're looking for a relaxing and more tame getaway. The beach area owned/occupied by the Pa... Read more

Spent all of last week at this "grande dame" of a place. Lovely, older world charm amidst the glitzy new neighbors that have sprung up all around it. While we did spend considerable time at those neighbors we were always so glad to return to The Palm at the end of the evening or to spend some evenings in its own restaurant and bar. Everything there was just right but we really need to single out the beach crew and especially Leoner Reus, who took the time each day to see to it we were never u... Read more

Which moron at the hotel was responsible for buying the pool chairs? They frames are made out of metal... and what happens to metal when it is baking in 95 degree heat? It burns your calves, shins, knees and arms when you touch it for a second. Hotel rooms very small, food mediocre, pool water like a hot bath.
