"The hotel was adequate - nothing special, no breakfast, noisy 'spitting' air con, not cheap but well located. We accidentally left behind a light weight swim suit in our room on departure. We phoned from our next destination the following day to check that it had been found. The phone was answered and we were left on hold for over twenty minutes while they spoke to Housekeeping - we are talking about a very small hotel here so we assumed that they had forgotten the call, or couldn't be bothered to speak to us. When they eventually returned to the phone to say that they had got the swimsuit, we asked politely if they could mail it to the hotel in Orlando where we would be spending 8 nights later in the week. They bluntly refused, saying we would have to arrange for a courier to collect it. This would have cost a fortune so we relucatantly wrote off the good quality swimsuit, and Dolores sank a long way in our estimation. The garment would easily fit into a stout envelope and the profit made on our significant payment to the hotel for for two nights would hardly have been dented by the postage charge."

"Not worth the price. No amenities whatsoever. Not even a pen could be found in the room. No bureau. Very small room. It did have wifi, which was helpful. I would not stay again. The location is great, though."

"This is a nice hotel. Did not have a restaurant, but it's right in the middle of everything on the beach. Originally had booked a standard room got upgraded to a suites for no additional charge. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a very nice comfortable bed and sleeper leather sofa. Had granite couter tops with frig and microwave and sink. Nice patio to sit outside and eat or people watch. The hotel was clean and for the money, it is most economical to be in the mist of everything going on in the Art Deco Area."

"NO, continental Breakfast, the room was a 10 X 10 , the bathroom had no vanity, no room 4 anything other than a tooth brush. I got the alley & was woken up very early when they came for the trash. Asked 2 B up-grated, I needed a sink, had booked 4 days....she could not, so I left.

The staff was nice.
The hotel was pretty & clean, newly refurbished, but just too small.

"The hotel served its purpose. It was clean enough to sleep in. Nothing special. nnThe air conditioner sucks. It only goes up to a certain temp and i did not like that. nnThis hotel does not have parking. nnThe continental breakfast consists of pre packaged muffins and juice boxes. nnHowever, it is close to the beach and to restaurants. nnGood if your going for a weekend and need a cheap place on south beach"
