"Ok So I always read reviews and really wanted to write one for this hotel. The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Close to EVERYTHING. We parked our car the day we arrived and never asked for it until the day we left. You are 2 short blocks from Ocean Drive, 1 block from Collins, 5 blocks from Hispaniola way and 7 blocks from Lincoln. There are tons of restaurants and nightlife right on Washington as well, all within walking distance. The hotel does charge $28 per day for valet but that is South Beach for you. They also stated that there was a $7 per night resort fee but we were never charged that. This includes beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We used them and they were perfect. If you rent on the beach you are looking at at least $20 bucks a day! You can book your room with Breakfast included but this only includes coffee, juice, fruit and a croissant. You can walk up to Ocean and there are tons of places with breakfast specials for as little as $4.99. They also have a Italian restaurant but we didn't eat there so I am not sure how that is. The rooms were very clean and pretty spacious for a South Beach Hotel. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. There was a mini fridge, blow dryer, wine bottle opener, glasses and complimentary toiletries. We didn't need anything more. Looking forward to going back!"

"This hotel is terrible! First of all the pictures of this hotel are very deceiving, this hotel looks old and broken down, it's very embarrassing being seen staying there. Check in was at 4pm and when I arrived at 5pm I still had to wait 20 minutes for a room. When I asked why I had to wait they said someone else didn't want that room so they had to clean it. When we arrived to our room the room smelled like paint so we ask to switch room for which we had to wait for another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we got the key to our room and when we got in the maid was sitting down texting and not cleaning the room after another 20 minutes we check on the room Again and the maid was talking on the phone while taking her time to clean the room. Cold water in the sink did not work and the hot water in the shower didn't work. We told the front desk and they said they would have Someone come look at it which never came. The breakfast selection is either a muffin or a croissant so I hope your not to hungry for breakfast. Save yourself the trouble, find another hotel or else you won't enjoy your stay at Miami."

"We booked our room several days in advance, they gave us a room without A/C, and they knew it didn't work! The hotel charges $28 per day for parking. We checked in at approx. 4:00 PM, we asked for our car at about 4:30 the next day, the valet demanded an additional $15 for parking (the hourly rate is $6) my car had both front seats moved the radio was on a station I have never listened to and the car had an additional 100 miles on it!"
