Hotel is a great location, you can walk directly across the street to the beach. It is more on the quite end of south beach if you are looking to relax. Breakfast was great. Has a patio, but really no action going on outside the hotel.

Stayed for a week, nice and clean Hotel and is just across of the heart of Miami Night Life, easy to jump in at South Beach - never ending party nights - I will give it a 5 Stars, Staff is outstanding, friendly and really helpers, specially Adan. Can't wait to stay again!!!

$35 dollars for valet is a scam, the only reason this hotel can charge that is because there is not a parking garage near by. I ate a couple of pieces of fruit and a croissant and was charged $20 dollars with 18% gratuity. That is ridiculous, also, I am not sure what the gratuity was for when I went and got everything myself.

Rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is located close to the beach and restaurants. The food at the hotel is delicious. Best of all is the great service! Starting with valet then being welcomed by the front desk staff, everyone had big smiles and were very professional. The restaurant manager and the bartender made my night! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this hotel to all!

Even though the hotel is not close to the Ocean Drive area (about 30 min walking distance), it is very close (5 min) to the beach. The hotel was nice and clean. though a bit small. The price is good even though breakfast is not included (there is a cafe 5 min away). We used the valet parking for one night ($35); but in general you don't need a car to travel around South Beach. There is a bus station across the street, but we found that for 3 people it was about the same price to take a bus as to... Read more

When we arrived we felt cheated but with the time we liked it and felt comfortable there, although there´s not pool you are going to get just what is enough to have a nice time. Our coffe machine didn´t work so we got a replace of it after to complain at front desk where all the guys are so nice and attentive . We recommend it because it is also very close to the beach and close to the most nice place at south beach.

Had very clean and updated room. Staff was excellent. Lon walk to South Beach, no shuttle. View outside the room was a dumpy building with trash all over the place. Got old waiting for the elevator. Good place to stay but the price was too high.

I had a penthouse suite with an ocean view. It was extremely clean, fantastic view from the balcony which was spacious, and also had a table and chairs to sit back and relax and enjoy the sun. The room was also spacious and bed very comfortable. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The Valet Parking service was very useful. The beach is also a short walk from the hotel.

The customer service wasn't the best. Jamila from the front desk was so rude. Felicia the House Keeper and Pierre the front desk boy were amazing and helpful. There is no pool here which sucks and the rooms are tiny unless you get the penthouse suit.

I just spent 4 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach. The hotel and the staff was wonderful. We had breakfast every morning and food exceeded my expectations. The service from the wait staff was fantastic. Jonathan and Valentina (I think that was her name) was the best I have seen in quite some time. Food was prepared and served quickly. If we wanted they also offered a breakfast buffet. All of the food was served hot and was quite tasty. The only negative I can say is that the w... Read more

The customer service so far has been great, and the rooms are super clean. Which are two of the things we have come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn. So 5 Stars there, the size of the rooms are small, but this is Miami Beach...so what do you expect, same goes for the parking, you need to expect that you have to pay for valet parking, which we did. Breakfast was great, even though we are experiencing the effects of flooding in the area, the staff is going above and beyond to minimize the traum... Read more

Great location. I would stay again. I was able to check in online before my arrival date and pick the room that I wanted. I was actually delayed as well due to Hurricane Matthew so I called the Hotel Reservation line and was able to move my check in date without incident.

I just got here and had to drive around in circles trying to find the valet. Just to find out that it's $50 for my trouble. Avoid this tourist trap at all cost. I tried to talk to the front desk and they said it was raining, well what better time for a $50 a night valet ?

The rooms at this boutique hotels are smaller than average, maybe as small as rooms I have spend time in London. While it is centrally located and recently renovated, the smaller space detracted to my families desires to return.

Close enough to all the fun on south beach bt far enough to enjoy peace n quiet. Could see the beach from my room. Front desk was very helpful. Comfortable beds. Only thing i didnt like is that they didnt have free breakfast and a pool. A pool area would be nice. other than that nice hotel

The rooms were fine. The music in the lobby was very loud and they said it was controlled "off site". Unpleasant. The bar was great the first night. Huge portions on the meat and cheese tray we ordered. Salvador was like a long lost family member. Second time we ordered the same drinks and were told they weren't "happy hour". Also meat and cheese tray was about half the food. Valentina, however, was absolutely fabulous company. Ok place for the money.

This little Hilton Garden Inn has been built from scratch in 2015. It has a very fresh and modern look. Very close to the beach. Rooms are small but very well furnished and clean. The staff (I mean each one of the staff members) was the best I met at any Hilton I visited before. Breakfast and The Royal Polo Grill restaurant are very expensive, but probably in the average of Miami Beach. Travelling with children, smoking guests on the terrace were a consistent problem.

Stayed here for business over a long weekend- cute little hotel which you can tell has been recently renovated. Rooms are quite small but well designed and organized. Valet parking is a bit pricy at $45, but it's South Beach so it is to be expected. No pool within the hotel, so the beach is your only option. It is less then half a block and is one of the most beautiful beaches I've been to. Did have a problem at this hotel with other guests smoking in their rooms even though you sign a waiver up... My Stay here at the Hilton was a good one, 1/2 block from the Beach, Stores for Food and other things. I appreciated Chloe, Anthony and the "Head of Housekeeping" Katherine. There were a few hiccups but because of those named they made it better. And let's not forget the Bottle of Wine I received for my Birthday!.... Location was good for me, not far from everything and close enough to get there. Will definitely recommend staying here and I will be back!!

Every single member of staff from reception, cleaning, maintenance and management were really polite and lovely to us making this hotel feel like a home from home. We stayed here because our friends were staying in The Palms Hotel across the street. There hotel hosted a wedding at the same time and they did not have rooms left. The rooms were nice. Small of course like in most of the hotels in South Beach. The only thing that really bothered was a reception, it was so slow. They kept saying that there system just keeps on getting frozen. I truly understand that not everything can go perfectly when staying at a hotel, but either I was extremely unlucky or this hotel just doesn't care about its guests. We arrived early on Thursday for a wedding weekend stay and had booked 4 rooms for our family. I was told that I was the first of the wedding guests to check in and I asked if it would be possible to be near my family in the other three rooms I was paying for. I was told that they would do their best to accommodate but their system... Read more

I've stayed at many typical Hilton Garden Inns - and have never been overly impressed. But this one was different! It is small and so very quaint.....and just 1 block from the boardwalk. The front staff was helpful, and the room was nice (nothing fancy, but good). The one downside was the view of a parking lot/roof.....being on the beach a nice view would have been appreciated it. I like the meeting area, and the tiny but adequate business center. One downside? Parking is an issue! But if you ar... Read more

This is a restored Art Deco hotel so the room is small, but had two queen-size beds. The bathroom was very nice. The mattresses were hard, but the linens were lovely. The room and bath were clean, but there were water bottles under the beds. If I could see them just sitting down on the bed, housekeeping should be able to see them. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for two days before our family cruise. The location was nice and the staff were friendly. We paid for our stay partially with airmiles; still the price was expensive. The lobby was nice in Miami Beach standards but nothing special. We had two double beds (3 people) . The room was very, very small and we did not even have room for our suitcases in the room.
