The rooms are clean. The breakfast is a nice way to start your day. The roof top pool is small but that is what you get in Miami. The roof top deck is decorated nicely with couches and chairs. The bathrooms have walk in showers with glass sliding doors. The hotel is only 7 months old, so everything is new. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I'm a Diamond member with Hilton and I only say that to give merit to my review. I've stayed at hundreds of properties around the world and I will say we had an amazing experience at the Hampton South Beach. Perfect location, perfect service although the rooms aren't huge but very nice and for the money they are big enough. We didn't go to South Beach to sit in the room. The hotel staff was fantastic especially the bar staff Richel and Ana. Those two made the trip even more enjoyable! We will be... Read more

My husband and I went for our anniversary over Memorial Day weekend. We decided on this hotel over what I would consider fancier hotels because of the reviews, location and value of the hotel. It's a small hotel but I liked that because it wasn't packed. We were on the 3 floor partially facing Collins Ave and our floor was really quiet and we hard heard any noise from the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and in great condition. Loved having a big free breakfast... Read more

The valet service is absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money. It takes 30-45 minutes for them to bring your car, though we waited 75 minutes and missed a snorkeling trip due to it. Park in another garage for half the price and you can walk there much faster than waiting for valet.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights. We had a corner room on the third floor. It was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was updated with a very nice shower. We spent time on the roof top pool and enjoyed it. Lots of lounge chairs and couches available. There were umbrellas if we wanted to stay out of the sun. The included breakfast was standard for a Hampton Inn. It was nice to sit on the front porch in the morning with coffee. They also have a bar that serves drinks in the afternoon... Read more

What can I say about this hotel. Not only the service was impeccable but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was amazing! The hotel offers great breakfast buffet in the morning from 6am to 10 am with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, eggs, potatoes, cereals, waffles etc...everyday. Coffee is also available 24 hours. The breakfast was great (some congestion on the weekend-to be expected-more guest). The SERVICE was AAA++++. Almost everything about this Hotel was just plain great. The staff was very friendly, anything you needed they took care of. The room was small but clean and very comfortable and maintained. The lobby was clean and comfortable. I loved sitting out on the big front porch watching everyone go by. The breakfast could've been more extensive. The choices were very small. The only thing I was unhappy with was the fee for the parking. It was $40.00 a day and I really think that is way to high. And if y... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel during Maison Objet 2016 fairs in May, as it was fairly unexpensive and located close by to the conference centre. Rooms are not huge, but clean and comfortable- great matresses. Air con worked well. No noise could be heard from the outside. There is no gym, but once you asked the reception will provide you with a card to the fitness centre near by. Pool is located o the rooftop- great sunsets from up there! All I can say is AWESOME. The hotel is spotless and the staff pride themselves in keeping it that way. The front desk staff goes over and beyond to ensure that all your needs are met. The patio out front is a added bonus for those hot nights and people watching. This hotel compares 100% to those that are much higher in price. Plan you next stay here. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night during a stop-over before our cruise. The location was EXCELLENT if you want easy access to the beach (just walk 1 block in front of hotel) and walkable to Art Deco designs as well as good restaurants. Definitely one of the better Hampton Inn's I have stayed at. Room had the Miami feel. Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Though it appears to be a renovated legacy hotel, this Hampton is gorgeous, up to date, well-appointed, had a great rooftop pool area, a nice lobby, and large front "porch" or "deck" to sit and watch your fellow tourists go by.
