We stayed in a family room at this art deco hotel. The room wasn't big, but it was very clean and only 2 blocks from the sea, so good location. The only thing was in the evening the road it is on changes quite a lot from how it is during the day! It is just over the road from the Lincoln Road Mall, which was great, but at night there are a lot of tramps etc on Washington Ave. Great complimentary breakfast with tea/coffee, juice, cereals, fruit, rolls, cheese, yoghurt and pastries/cakes.

Barring the location nothing good about the place. Therz no coffe maker no fridge. No room service. Rooms are very small. Lot of good neighbouring hotels but since we thought theyvwill be heavily booked we bopked this one. You need to walk up even to get your morning cup of tea

Horrible experience. Got there a bit early, was told there were no rooms available but they would call me asap when mine was ready. I never received a phone call.So spent the rest of the day lugging our bags around until evening when we finally got to check in. I never received this so called complimentary "welcome drink," which despite being called complimentary, was listed in the 'resort fee' bill. When we finally got to our room to sleep, the bed in our room was completely collapsed inward... Read more

Poor service at the reception. The lock of our door was broken unable to get our belonging for several hours. Breakfast is truly basic. Waited for over 90 minutes to get my car ... lost 90 minutes of my vacation. Other customer complained too and no action was taken.

The hotel was ok, donā??t expect a 5 stars but you have everything you need. The breakfast is not enough for me, but If you want to go to the beach, they give you towels. If you have a car, you have a garage next to the hotel, you can arrange with them to pay for the whole stay. The attention was ok all the hotel employees where fine, but Maria was the Best, she solve all my problems. Thank you GreenView.

The room was clean, functional and the location is very convenient to either the beach or to Lincoln Mall. Only two minutes walk to shopping and dining. Staff were friendly. The hotel includes wifi and continental breakfast. Breakfast was not fancy but good enough to hold me for a couple of hours before I get to my flight. Will recommend it to friends. Good value for South Beach.

Charming little Art Deco hotel hidden away yet half a block to Lincoln Rd and about 4 blks from the beach. I found staff polite, room clean and patio out front charming. The parking lot next door is not affiliated with hotel, but felt safer parking there rather than using the valet from somewhere else the hotel offers. Either way, it's going to be around $30 overnight. All in all a nice quick getaway.

Stayed here because I was in town to see a show at The Fillmore. The proximity was great. Plus it was right next to Lincoln Road Mall and a few block to the beach. The room was decent with modern decor. It was extremely humid in the room when I arrived. It took me a bit to figure out how to get the ac to blow cold air. Even though it was on, it wasn't cooking the room. Once I figured it out it cooled down nicely. The shower was very small. Fine for me, but if you're a big and tall person you'll ... Read more

We went with a group from Argentina and Chile travelling with children. The hotel is very well located, check-in/out was really fast, the room was spacious and clean, and had a nice view to the street. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Price-quality relation makes it a perfect deal. Looking forward to go back soon!

There were a few left over hair on the floor, one under the pillow, a little knotted hair bunch in a corner of the bathroom. There were some splashes still on the mirror... Breakfast would be decent if a) one of the wrapped breads did not have mold, and b) the oranges didnt have mold. Location is good: 2 blocks from the nice area of the beach. When you up on washington ave at night, you will have nice restaurants mixed with a few strip clubs, and some homeless people too. Lincoln ave is right... Read more

This hotel is what I would describe as OK. It doesn't have a ton of facilities but you'll know that before you book. What is good about it, is its access to its surroundings. Your a small walk away from everything... Lincoln Rd, the convention centre, Collins Avenue and the beach. If you're looking for a cheap night where you can get around on foot, it's worth a stay. If your in town for a few night then I would suggest finding somewhere with a few more facilities like a pool etc..

I cannot speak to the whole hotel as I only stayed in room 203 over the 2016 Labor Day weekend, but here is my experience. This hotel is nothing special. The pictures fail to provide an adequate representation of the room. There is no dresser and limited storage. The room is so small that the closet door does not even open; bumping into the bed. The bathroom is so tight you have to squeeze around the shower door. The shower is so small that if you drop the soap (no pun intended), you have to avo... Read more

Stayed at the Greenview in August.Perfect location, a short walk to the beach, stores, restaurants. You can catch a tour bus right across the street which we enjoyed.Rooms were clean, healthy breakfast consisted of helping yourself to boxed cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea in the foyer or you could take it outside to sit in the patio area. No parking at the hotel, but they have someone park your car for you and then you call when you want it back. no big deal. The staff were very friendly a... Read more

The shortest hotel stay of my life- booked this via - pictures are a complete fallacy! Read other reviews- wish I had! Booked on way out on vacation as a last minute need for my arrival back to the US - had a great concert across the street at Filmore- when we had 5 minutes to check in before show- we ran up to room and both just gasped! Imagine a double bed wedged in between two walls- literally could barely get in bed from either side! Bathroom was minimum size by 1940 statutes! ... Read more
