It was my honeymoon, the travel agency who booked us there made it clear (I have all the forwarded emails between the hotel and the agency) it was a honeymoon, to give us a good treatment. At the end of the day this was the great treatment we got: - My wife and I got 2 separated beds, the hotel said they were full and there was nothing they could do for us and that wasn't their fault (and clearly not their interest either) - Night shift valet was super RUDE, even the concierge commented about th... Decent , clean beach resort, beautiful view on the ocean and pool on the balcony: very nice to chill in the morning with a cup of coffee under the sun or at night with the warm tropical evening breeze. Cesar at the front desk was nice and welcoming ! Coffee maker and tea in the room, 24 hours gym and free wifi :) I also liked that they had green choice I didn't try the dining facilities though so I can't tell. Only bad points is the A/C is a centralised system and you can' turn it off in the r... Read more

Old fashioned hotel in need of renovations. Small rooms and smaller bathrooms; the only mirror in the room is in the bathroom which is a great inconvenience. Valet parking is $ 36.00 a day with just one attendant taking care of customers. The bedspreads looked worn out, same as the depressing looking carpets. The breakfast menu had a big coffee stain, a small detail which reflects lack of attention and care. The beach is excellent.

I stayed here with my wife and son this past week for the week. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was very courteous. We had a deluxe room on the 7th floor with a nice ocean view. The only issues we had with the room itself is the lumpy and very soft pillows. I am a difficult sleeper. I requested new a new pillow from the Guest Services, and they gave me a foam pillow which was slightly better. Hotel should invest in more firm pillows, even with the foam pillow I had to prop it ... Read more

Nice hotel, Oceanfront on the Collins Avenue, nice area, beautiful pool and hot tub. Very close to the beach, the garden area is very nice. The room was comfortable, with a nice balcony. It was a pity the Friday and Saturday nights were so noisy, and I mean really noisy everything vibrated in our room and it was three am both nights before we got to sleep. We did mention it at the front office on Saturday morning, they quite casually said the hotel next door have partties at the weekend. (We cou... Read more

I've been to this hotel twice, and I must say the facility is less accommodating than my last stay. While the location is ideal, right on the beach and a bit away from the craziness of south beach, the building is not as well kept as possible. I noticed dirty floors in the restaurant and leaks near the heating/cooling registers. None of this was the case during my last stay two years ago. As a Starwood gold member, I was treated very well by staff and enjoyed an upgraded room. A few building mai... Read more

I recently was in miami for a work related conference that was being held at fontainebleau hotel. Due to the $$$$ of that hotel i opted to stay at four points which is right next door. Literally a 1 minute walk door to side door. Four points was more in my price range. Rooms were very nice. I stayed on the 8th floor and had a great pool/ocean view. The pool was very nice as well. Well we were in Miami for our anniversary and even though I had not booked a room we had a hotel in mind. I looked up several on-line and when I went in to book a room I quickly turned around and walked out. When we stay at a hotel it has to be clean and have some amenities that help us to enjoy our stay. Well this hotel had a lot to offer. It was clean and and modern spacious and very comfortable. the gym was updated and very clean. the lobby was spacious and had plenty of room for us to... Read more

My friends and I booked 3 rooms at the hotel for the weekend and our experience can best be described as rough! Service: the overall service could be described as inattentive. There are valet people out front who aren't helpful at all. I asked them where would I go for a taxi and they told me to hail one on the street or speak to concierge. Concierge then told me to go back to valet or hail an uber! Two of the rooms were not ready at check in an no one was apologetic about that. There were high... Read more

The Hotel is in a great location on North Beach. A family entertaining area in the day and party area at night. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. and a very good burger. I was in room 522 and had a very big patio(balcony) with a view of the pool. The pool area was very nice and had different areas to lounge in. The beds were very comfortable. It takes 40mins and approximately $70 to get from the hotel to Port Everglades, and you can pick up a cab right outside the hotel. Stayed at Four Points because I am a sucker for SPG loyalty - needed a Starwood property near a meeting I was attending on Miami Beach. This hotel has seen better days - it has the 'cheap hotel' smell in the hallways and rooms and the overall feeling is "tired." I know this is a low-end property - but Starwood really needs to improve their low end. Hyatt Place and Hampton both do a much better job. Ok, I have stayed at lots of Sheraton properties and this one is the worst. Very dissapointed in the quality and look of this hotel. Looks very tired, rooms need updating, pool is old, paint needs refresh, worn out carpet, elevators noisy, and a ruin down business room. Service was so slow in the restaurant that I wanted the service charge was motivated to work hard and my feeling is this is a training hotel!...and at 10000 points!

Would never stay here again. Overall mediocre place. Had room 718 November 10 with ocean view for which I paid extra. At night, the hotel next door had a nightclub with music so loud that the window panes in my room were shaking. The manager simply told me that they "have a license for this" until midnight. He was not willing to compensate me in any way. Ridiculous. They should either declare it on their website or mention it at check in.

I was looking for a hotel that was close to the beach and not astronomically priced. We were staying for one night prior to leaving for a cruise. Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach seem to fit the bill. While the location is directly in front of the beach, the junior suites with patios have an obstructed view of the ocean due to greenery and they are not on a higher floor. But, the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Also, the tree lined promenade is lovely. Room is sparse but has a microw... Read more

Four Points is a decent hotel located at Mid-Beach Miami (around 42nd Street). The rooms were good and a decent size, bathroom slightly small but again was fine. Food in the hotel seemed pretty expensive for what it was and cheaper to eat out. Pool and Hot Tub were great, while we were there in October it was pretty overcast so not the warmest for outdoor swimming but the pool was heated. Parking available, think it was $34 per night. It was a fair walk to South Beach (5th-15th Street), took 1 h... Read more

We got a 6AM flight in from California and were quite tired when we arrived at the Four Points. Checked in and got to the room and thought what a nasty room. Carpets were threadbare in places, doors looked like they had been busted open at points. The entire place needed gutted and renovated. Seemed like a hotel that had maybe seen to many spring breaks. Would have moved out when we arrived, but knackered and did not see why we should not get some monies worth. Were booked for the following even... Read more

Spent six nights here, the ocean view room had the most stunning sea view. The room had two double beds in which were really comfortable, maid should visit each day, but one day we had no towels left and the next day she didn't bother coming at all. But as we had been out for 15 hours on a trip we found a chambermaid in our corridor and got some coffee supplies, she didn't offer to make up room, so we just left it. The rooms are dated and the balcony door has no catch to pin back door so you can... Read more

We recently spent an extended weekend here after work. The location is great as it is on the beach. We rented a junior suite with and Ocean front room. Room was large and patio was huge but on the 4th floor so we could barely see the ocean. The room itself needed new carpet and did not have the nice new SPG beds I am used too. The pool area seemed to be well kept but the pool side bathrooms had bad odors coming from them. It is on the beach and boardwalk so you have easy access but you wil... Read more

I would like to give a hugh THANKS to the management team at the Four Points Miami Watson and Jackie!! You guys literally saved my Birthday Trip to Miami after a horrible experience with my reservation at the W South Beach. I had booked a Junior Suite with two double beds and a sofa pull out which is more then enough space for 4 woman. The front desk staff was very pleasant and always had a smile. The room was available for early check in at 11ish which was a great surprise, room was very clean... Read more

We stayed 1 night at Four Points at Sheraton last week. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were upgraded to a beautiful ocean view. The beach area was nice and the ocean was great. I really want to brag on the staff though. Check in was smooth and they were very friendly. Valet parking and bell services were both efficient. On the morning though, I left my brand new Kindle Fire tablet on nightstand. Ugh! I called right away. The front desk called me right back and said "Yes, it was... Read more

Please never go here! For two days long my room access card was werking fine. The third day I wanted to go to the bathroom, the keycard suddenly wasn't working anymore. Went to the reception, asked for my ID what I understand but was in my safe on the room. They sent a collègue with me up to my room. Keycard still wont work. So he went back to the reception. Waited at the door of my room for 15 minutes. No one came. Went back to the reception. They said they will sent someone else. With nothing... Read more

Lots of things wrong with this hotel including: Not enough sun loungers. Hotel pool is in the shade fairly early in the day. No fridge in our room in a location that is always hot. Overpowering smell of cleaning product everywhere. Hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. Our main problem was that my hair product was thrown out by the cleaners. No apology was given. Just 'we will investigate and let you know'. They never got back to us until we asked. Still no apology and no offer of reimbursement - ... Read more

From the moment I walked in, no greet, no smiles, no welcome, nothing. I've worked at a Four Points in CT, if I treated the guest the way I've been treated I'd get fired. I requested an early check in, I even called before hand to make sure it was ready, the woman I spoke to said it will be. I got there and guess what? It wasn't. I asked if they were sold out the night before because there shouldn't be any reason not to have any kings available if it's two hours before check in. So he gives us a... Read more
