Used this hotel for a bachelorette weekend and would highly recommend it to anyone!! We ran into some problems at the beginning of the trip and the hotel was kindly able to accommodate us and went above and beyond in the area of customer service. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Location is ideal, close to everything. The hotel staff definitely takes care of you throughout your trip.

Perfect location! very cute design of rooms....very friendly staff! however my room never received house keeping, we had to ask for new towels etc, each day. The bed sheets could have been a little cleaner as well. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

My friends and I stayed at the Chelsea for a weekend bachelorate party that could not have gone better if the name above the lovingly-decorated gate was four-seasons. From decor, to the rooms, and right up to the great party atmosphere. The hotel lives on its staff, from the fantastic shuttle driver(who didn't seem to mind the bottle :), to Amit the bartender, that managed to set us vip passes to a club while getting us all slutty drunk!!! Will comeback when they start offering yearly rates (:

I do not have a problem with paying resort fee in the property where you have a pool or other fun things but here resort fee is tax on fools who book through other pages and not trough hotel home page. So we booked trough priceline and we had to pay 20$ resort fee per night for absolutely nothing. When I asked what is included in resort fee they say shuttle, complementary drink from 7-9, WiFi and beach towels but... shuttle- we arrive at the place when it should pick us up at airport around 4:45... Great staff, Great Location, & Good price. However, please note that the rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny. This is common with most boutique style hotels in Miami. However, still a good deal overall.

Stayed here last year and again in May. So much has improved since my last visit. Check-in and check-out was really smooth the staff made it so easy. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food was nice too, just the right proportion.

The location was great. And I love how they have the free happy hour. But our room wasn't the best. Minimal lighting, no full length mirror and room was not cleaned everyday. Called the front desk multiple times for fridge, blankets etc and had to ask more than once.

For the price we paid I really didn't expect much. We thought we wouldn't be able to live without room service and the luxuries of a big brand hotel but we survived. It actually wasn't bad at all. The food and service at the lobby bar were great especially the steak tacos. Oh and the bartenders were amazing especially the Russian male bartender.

I stayed at the Hotel Chelsea for a week. The staff was friendly Amit (Bartender) and Christian (Front desk) were great! and my room was clean. However a spot on the floor near the bed was warped and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. I also wish there was better lighting in the room, in the morning it was fine because I could open the curtains but at night the dim lighting didnt help. Aside from that if you're looking for a nice clean place to stay while in Miami I'd recommend this ... Read more

Location was good, but what I did not like was: 1. Our main room overhead light did not work. 2. Walls very thin. You could hear all of your neighbors and everyone going down hall. 3. No coffee in room or at front desk. 4. Had to walk with luggage to one of their other hotels for airport shuttle service.

Hotel Chelsea was suggested to me from a friend that use to live in Miami. I was extremely pleased with everything about the hotel. The staff are friendly and they made the stay that much nicer. Hotel Chelsea is a great place to enjoy a romantic weekend in Miami.

I liked it very much. It wasn't expensive and it was a great location. Just a ten minute walk from the beach. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have a microwave and the mini fridge didn't work well. But other than that it was a good hotel.

I traveled to Miami for the weekend and we ended up at the Hotel Chelsea just a few blocks from the beach. The room was ok, service was good (Christian at the reception was friendly). What I liked about the hotel was the proximity to the beach which was just a couple minutes walk. Regarding the room, perhaps the bar was too close to the rooms which allowed the noise to be heard during the night. Other than that, it was an ok experience. Had more of a hostel feel to it, so I would not recommend t... Read more

Location was perfect! Literally minutes from South Beach. Very boutique-like with friendly staff and an awesome happy hour (Free drinks 7-9pm). I really enjoyed our room which had the best shower and vanity area. Plenty of room for 3 girls to get ready in. Overall, everything was great. The in-house kitchen was nice as well, for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.

Checking into the Chelsea in South Beach was a breeze smooth sailing to my room. Eager to get settled in and hit happy hour . Got to my oom to find it was not what I reserved which was a KING bedroom but I found a queen size which was unacceptable. I quickly called the front desk and spoke with Christian Guzman front desk agent and he was the BEST!!!! Not only did he correct the mishap posthaste. Hotel Chelsea was very accommodating. Nice room, with king bed. The bar was really fun, Zee the bartender was amazing, and free drink from 7-8! Christian at the front desk was helpful, and gave us free club passes. Food at the bar was good as well. Over all a great time. Thanks for everything.

Had great visit to Miami Beach. I stayed at the hotel Chelsea. Boutique style hotel. Small rooms, but perfect for the price and what I needed. Staff was helpful. Free drinks from 7 to 8. Very close to the beach and night life. Christian at the front desk was awesome, he hooked it up. Try to ask for your room in the back. The front can get a bit noisy. Had a great time at the Chelsea.

The Chelsea hotel is great little spot and very affordable. Wish the rooms were bigger but it is a boutique hotel. The staff is great. Christian was very accommodating and helpful. The bartender Zee made us all different kinds of mojitos. They were delicious. The manager was very nice. Would be great if the rooms had a mini bar. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Chelsea on a Girl's Trip, and we loved our hotel. The Chelsea has great location, an amazing staff, and an excellent bar and kitchen. There are many hotels that are very expensive in South Beach and Miami Beach, but if you want to save your money for experiences outside your hotel, stay here. Some downsides: the rooms are small, and likewise the bathroom is small with almost no counter space. A mirror inside the room would have been helpful other than the bathroom.... Read more

Hotel Chelsea is a wonderful boutique hotel one block from all the action on South Beach, right near to the Art Deco District. it is small and laid back, and very quiet compared to the South Beach, one block away. It is much more affordable than most surounding hotels, and well worth it for the location. Rooms are quirky and fun, and they have a nice outside patio area for drinks or dining. They also have a small bar inside the lobby, and the entire staff is very pleasant. i would highly recomme... Read more

Even though the hotel looked nice, we did not enjoy the comfort of the room. Yes, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable BUT the pillows were super hard and really high. I have to set them aside in the middle of the night because my neck was hurting too much. Another complain we had was the shuttle service back to the airport. This hotel is a really cute boutique hotel. The staff is very nice. And the location is great! Near regular stores like 711 and pizza shops but just a 5 minute walk to the beach and clubs. I'd only recommend calling ton ensure your room is the amt of beds you requested in advance. We booked a double but got a king bed and couldnt switch.
