"This was my first trip to Miami and my first stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. It could use some TLC but it was fine. The staff were very kind and helpful. The beach side pool was very nice. The beach was wonderful. Although the hotel ran out of available parking, there was public parking nearby."

"This was the worst hotel experience I have every had. First I got to the hotel and valet parking was not available as advertised. Bought a glass of wine and a salad which would have been better from the 7-11 across the street. Better off if you stay at a budget hotel at least your expectation would be low."

"This was not a good hotel at all. The staff was mean and rude the night we arrived. The screwed up my reservations along with my party. Months ago I called and arranged my party of 8 rooms to be next to each other with an ocean view. It didn't happen. Apparently they let the girl go who booked my reservations. I stayed on hold and on hold wating to make these reservations because the lady said they were short handed. She told me that my request was done and had marked the computer to not move these customers. That didn't happen. The first night my husband and I end up in a room looking at other buildings, not a ocean view. I wake up in the morning to a bath room of roaches. Yes roaches, I took pics up them for proof. They moved us to another room the next day with carpet and an ocean view, but a air conditioner that made so much noise it was hard to sleep. The hotel is old and needs work and upgrading. They don't even use a key card, that is how old this hotel is and behind. The key to the back gate that leads to the beach didn't work. Several peoples keys didnt work. I would difinitely not recommend my worst enemy to spend the night in this place. My friends room was haunted or something, there was an extra room with a door, but locked. The light kept going on and off during the night. One night she said she heard someone in her room and was scared to death. There is bad carma on this hotel. Please don't stay here. I refuse to pay the 50.00 room upgrade they wanted to charge me to move to another room. I told them no, because of the roaches and showed him my camera with the roaches and he was quick to take it off my account. This is a nasty place. Run the other way."

"They were understaffed on our stay, the room was not made on our last day of our visit. they do not respect the tariffs set at the moment of booking, there was and additional charge to park the car and we had to park our car at another location because they were packed all the time. there is no real breakfast; they only have cereal, bananas and coffee. worst of all they did not give us the room promised on bookit.com when we got up there they said those room were taken and they cost a lot more!!!!!"

"We went into our room to discover that it had two beds and we asked staff if we could get a king bed. They were very quick and accommodating in making the room change. They were also extremely helpful in assisting us to get our airline boarding passes printed!"

"I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a deal. Given the price this hotel was just perfect for our needs. This is a great place to stay if you have a family, the rooms are big with walk in closet. There is a kitchen if you want to cook. And the best part is its right on the beach."

"For the price I paid the room was adequate. The beds were nice and comfortable. There was a small well equipped kitchen. It was large enough for two people. Don't expect a five star hotel and you wont be disappointed. The hotel has a nice pool and wonderful restaurant as well as being right on the ocean. Valet parking is $17 a night and there is a $10 a night room fee."

"The hotel is pretty old but rather clean. Very expensive parking (only valet one) - 17 USD plus tax. I tried to find another parking lot but without success.
The Casablanca hotel is located close to the beach. You can get there through the swimming pool area. The beach is not very crowded.
The price we paid was satisfactory and I think we would return to the Casablanca hotel if there was a chance."

"The ocean and a lovely pool made the hotel a great value. The toilet ran all the time but closing the bathroom door solved the noise problem. But I do not like water wasting. The staff was helpful and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Bayside was not far away! The beach is beautiful!"

"We booked hotel Casablanca in Miami. Nice hotel for a good price. Very close to the perfect beach and also a nice swimming pool. The breakfast is very poor. The room is very nice with very good beds and a good bathroom. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. "

"I stayed in this hotel May 16,2011 and was VERY PLEASED! Yhe room was a nice size and very clean with a kitchenett and a VERY COMFORTABLE BED! The view was everything you would want to expect! The pool was very nice and a short walk to the beach! The water at the beach was a unbelievable BLUE! I would recemend the Resturant! I had the Havannah skirt steak with black beans and fried plantains and a Mohito! I still think about how good it tasted! I would go back and already planning another trip! "

"I stayed at this hotel May 16,2011 and it was a very nice place! The room was clean. It had a kitchenett and a very comfortable bed! The view is out of this world! It has a very nice pool! The resturant had great food and Mohito's ! I had the Havannah skirt steak, with black beans and fried Plantanas and it was great! The water on the beach is an unbeleivable BLUE and so clear you can see the sand on the bottom! I can't wait to go back!"
