We rented in tower three on the 14th floor looking directly over the beach. Our unit was absolutely beautiful. The views, balcony and furnishings were perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were new and impeccably clean. We loved everything about this unit. The pool was crowded as it was Easter week, but we did love the beach and spent time there. We rented bikes for the week and rode to dinner every night. What a great vacation!!!

We rented a condo on the 19th floor over Spring Break. The view was breathtakingly beautiful. Our balcony looked out onto the beach and the water. The beach is clean and the Tigertail Nature Reserve is very close. The unit itself was a little dated and had inexpensive furniture and decorations. No big deal as we were there for the beach. There were only three beach towels. No toilet paper. No sponge for the sink or dishwashing detergent. I don't know if that was supposed to have been inc... Read more

Fabulous condo! Wonderful decor and high end appliances. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. My kids wanted to know where we could buy the sheets that were on their beds. So fresh and clean, a home away from home for our family of four. Plan to return!

Spent a week in a condo in Tower 4 and my family enjoyed our stay. The unit was very well equipped for a rental and the beach views were great. The outdoor pool was excellent, heated for cooler days and well-situated for sun. On the downside, Tower 4 is the farthest building from the beach and it was a 10 minute walk to get to the water. The beach near the condo was great for shelling but not as good for laying out and spending time with the kids. The condo association had a lot of nitpicky rule... Read more

I had a beautiful view of the sea and the sunsets were magnificent. This place is well maintained and the security is very good. I stayed in tower two. It was quiet and very clean and the grounds and pool were immaculate and beautifully landscaped. It has it's own parking garage with a guard to control who enters.

We travel a lot during this time of the year and always to Florida. This is our 10th year visiting the state and we literally stayed in almost every city on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. This year our family of 5 (two adults and 3 kids under 11) decided to visit Marco Island. We picked South Seas Towers for the unique beach entrance, proximity to Tiger Tail and Sand Dollar Beach and common amenities such as pool. We prefer to stay in kitchen equipped condos since kids really enjoy easy access ... Read more

We stayed here in tower #4 the 10th floor with friends for a couple of nights. The condo was nice and comfortable with a wrap around balcony view. How peaceful to sit and look over the beach and gulf all day long. The pool was very nice also. Property is very secure and passes and special keys are needed to come and go.

This was our fourth stay on Marco Island since 2004. We like to try different places. I suggest if you want a beach vacation on Marco Island, this is not the place. There was a fantastic pool, but it had more rules than I can list. We were there a week and we walked to the beach one time. It was such a long walk and there were so many bugs, it just wasn't worth it. If the beach was better we would have toughed out the walk, but it is not that great. We were on the top floor, corner unit of build... Read more

Alright, so getting into this massive wall of text that I assume no one from this company will care about. First of all, this place is super noisy, they have this loud machine running outside of the building from 9AM to 6PM. It is super irritating to try to sleep in a bit and be woken up early. This place is also super strict, they don't allow toys or balls in the pool, it's super dirty and filled with leaves anyway. The main entrance to tower 3 is dirty. The rooms look like the 90s, place is ve... Read more

I've been reading many of the other reviews. First off, you have to do your research on EACH unit (I spent MANY hours looking online, mostly through, and remember that you can't judge the entire tower(s) on your unit, unless of course it is a "tower" problem, like an elevator, or the pool, etc. I do understand those complaints. Some owners don't update and take care of things live they should. I'm going to review according to the unit we stayed in more than anything, because personally... Read more

I keep returning to this condo. It is well maintained and the views are great. It's a corner unit with wrap around balcony and Windows. Recently remodeled and newer furniture. The beach is one of the best I have ever been to. I love looking for shells. The pool is nice and clean. The rest of the grounds are well maintained as well. No complaints about this condo or the grounds.

The pictures don't do this condo justice. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. Don't let the fact that you have to go to another location to pick up and drop of keys deter you, as it is just down the road (1/2 mile). Marco island is clean and quiet. The owners closet for this condo had a cart and beach chairs and beach toys. Also, the owners have a couple of soft coolers for use which was great. The walk to the beach was a bit, but not a negative or a complaint (1/3mile from condo to water's ... Read more

We stayed in our friends' condo at the back of this development. It faces a small bay. We were not in the towers which are closer to the beach tho even where we were was just a 5 -6 minute walk. South Seas is a pretty, nicely maintained development on the end of the beach away from the hotel area. There is a guard at the gate you drive through, and you need a key to access the beach and come back onto the property. We appreciated the easy walk to a relatively quiet, uncrowded beach. The... I stayed with my brother's family for a few days while they were on vacation at the South Seas Towers Condominiums. They said they booked it through their time share. I don't know how it all works but that's besides the point. It was theirs and my first time to Marco Island. I live just North of Tampa so it was about a 3 hour drive South. First of all, Marco Island is very nice. It is South of Naples so most of the residents are affluent and seasonal. We were there the 2nd week of Au... Read more

Just returned from a fabulous 1 week vacation. The owners instructions and organization made checking in/registration a breeze. This beautiful fully stocked and beautifully furnished condo is located in building #3 on the 18th floor. The building and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The views were amazing! The condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy! The beds were comfortable and the building was very quiet. There are 3 fast elevators. We only waited seconds for an elevator. The W... Read more

We stayed in tower 3, unit 111 and we were extremely disappointed. The unit itself was beautiful, nicely updated, and clean. The building itself was clean and very quiet. However, a large gas-run septic tank sat outside the sliding doors to the family room and two bedrooms and ran on gas all day from 8 am to 5 pm. We were not made aware of this prior to booking. There was nothing but noise on this vacation that we went on in hopes of being able to relax. Noise from the septic tank that runs 2-3 ... Read more

After two trips to Hawaii, the costs of visiting the Islands became prohibitive, so we decided to look a bit closer to home for an annual vacation location. Someone in our home town of Birmingham, MI, mentioned Marco Island on the Gulf Coast of Florida as a lovely place to vacation. Just don't be looking for any nightlife or excitement on Marco; it just isn't there! Our first trip to Marco Island, based on condo rental listings provided by the Visitors Information Bureau on the Island did no... Read more
