Just spent the weekend at the Hilton. The hotel will be unavailable for a few months while Hilton makes upgrades. Have been to this hotel many times and always enjoy the rooms, staff and the beach. Wish there was a microwave in the room but the little refrigerator is nice to have. They have nice clay tennis courts and an exercise room but who needs that when you can walk the beach. Can't wait too see all the changes next time we go there.

We just spent 3 nights at this hotel and I must share! The hotel is closing for remodeling of the restaurant and pool areas June 1 but staying there a week before that was going to take place, the staff, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to bars and restaurants were magnificent!! Some of the best that I have encountered anywhere! Friendly. Cordial. Perfection!!!! The hotel was nice . Very relaxing atmosphere beach was pretty and had a great breeze by the ocean. Pool area was way too hot to lay out in the sun. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The food I give 2 stars. Not much too do. A rent a car is a must so you can go into Naples and Mercato. Restaurants across the street were very good. Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms very big and clean.

So glad we went to the Hilton! Almost stayed at a competitor down the street but they were unable to guarantee a quiet room! The Hilton was more than accommodating and our experience was outstanding! Kudos to the fantastic staff! Everyone from the luggge porter to the bartenderwas solicitous and made us feel like family! Our room was very large with a huge walk-in shower (what a pleasure) and overlooked the pool and beach. Had heard that construction on one side of the building could be bo... Read more

We keep coming back to the Hilton because the service is great, the rooms are spacious and clean and the beach is wonderful. Special thanks to Bud at the pool hut, who is great with the kids! We were here for a few days and the last day before they closed for renovation until Oct 2016. Looking forward to going back to our favorite staycation hotel when it reopens.

The room was very nice, clean, modern, spacious. Beds were comfortable, there's a nice balcony where you can sit and admire the view and see the pool - our room overlooked the beautiful beach. Wi-fi was complimentary, and there was a huge (maybe about 50 inches?) TV that we never watched as we were here for the beach, pool, and family together time. This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed at this hotel, and its always been good. It's closed for renovation until November, they're going to expa... Read more

I would not stay here again for numerous reasons. 1. From the moment you arrive, get your wallet ready. 2. Internet worst I have ever used. one device at a time for non pay level. 3. Dont book from third party sites at this hotel. Hilton doesnt honor your Honors membership if you do. 4. Pool is ridiculously crowded deck. 5. Rooms very dated. 6. Coffee room was horrible. 7. This is a 3 star at best. The Good news.... they are closing for about 5 months. The views are good. Great be... Read more

It was a holiday weekend, so guests were forced into Valet Parking; didn't much like that as I like my car readily available. Room was nice, but my "ocean view" room looked onto a small part of the ocean, a dumpy tennis court and a huge and very noisy construction site. For almost $400 per night, I would have either liked a better view or reduction in my rate. Beach was lovely; staff very friendly and helpful.

We went for our 45 wedding but found the hotel on the verge of closing for construction and upgrading. We had floors closed, construction workers all around and cranes moving materials. We get there and then they say we will be closing the day we leave and we must be out early. Shops, restaurants and recreation all closing and packing up. As Diamond members I sure wish we had been warned. We love this place but will have to think twice before our next visit. Hope the renovation goes well. Spent ... Read more

10/10 for location and standard of rooms. 1/10 for grumpy staff. The hotel is right on the beach and the pool is lovely. The staff in the restaurant and bar were so miserable it was almost funny! Amazing balcony views of the rumbling thunderstorms and sunsets.

We celebrated our 30th and had an unbelievable time at this resort! Very clean, extremely friendly staff and lots of amenities. We stayed on the first floor, which is unusual for us, but our porch overlooked the pool and we had a nice glimpse of the ocean too. There is a very good restaurant on-site, but we also ventured out for the areas other fine restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the Hilton Marco Island. If there was an issue it was only that we had to leave to come home. Don't miss the Friday Night Seafood Buffet. Most of the Marco Island restaurants do not necessarily have a great view of the ocean...but the Hilton dining room provides a great view and with seating outside as well and the price of the buffet was out standing. I am a Hilton fan, have Gold hhonors status so I took advantage of their outstanding buffet breakfast. The pool is a bit small for the hotel but you have the ocean right next to it. I liked the location, walking distance to a small shopping center with outstanding restaurants and cinema. We had a great time and would definitely come back hopefully with a Diamond status.

Great resort, maybe slightly dated, but pretty wonderful. Staff works hard to take good care of all the guests. Food was just ok, but it was a nice quiet alternative to the noisier Marriott down the beach. Wait staff was attentive when we wanted a drink on the beach. Would definitely go back.

I reserved a Queen room with a Deluxe Gulf View. I was rather disappointed when I found out how far back from the Gulf it was. Wasn't what I was expecting when I was paying extra for the view. The view was of the roof of the lobby and the pool, with the beach out beyond it. Another disappointment was that the curtain to the balcony had blood stains on it. Marco Island is a great getaway- beautiful beaches and never too crowded. This particular property is conveniently located across the street from a number of restaurants and shops, other hotels on the island you'd have to get in your car and drive.
