We stayed here for two nights last week and enjoyed the experience. We were in the garden part of the hotel, not the tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable (actually, the beds were the most comfortable out of five or six hotels we stayed at during this vacation!) The pool area was fantastic- I wish we had more time to spend out there. Transportation to Disney was a big plus and worked really well. The elevators are tiny and slow- only one in each section, and only fitting a few people ... Read more

I have to say this was my second time staying at this resort. I stayed here once when it was formerly known as the grosvernor resort years ago and was not impressed. After deciding to give this resort a second try, i was extremely impressed with just about every aspect of this resort over a 3 night stay. The rooms are extremely clean, renovated with great layout and plenty of amenities. One of my pet peaves is not having enough electrical plugs for laptops and cell phones, well do not worry abou... Let me start off by saying this is a decent hotel and the proximity to Disney Springs is great. But... after paying for the resort fee ($18) and parking ($8-10) it is cheaper and easier to stay on Disney property. For the same price, we could/should have stayed at a Disney value or lower priced moderate. We stayed in April during the Star Wars Dark Side Marathon weekend. The hotel had no buses to the parks early enough for runners. They told us to walk to a Disney resort (Saratoga Springs) and g... Read more

I took my wife on a "lets see where we are going when we are on the road" weekend. We live in south Florida and were not in a beach mood so we went to Disney for a few days. Because the booking was so late (hours before we arrived) we ended up in The Swan on the second night and at this Wyndham on the night of arrival. The Hotel is very nice and feels better than a "All Star" type but is in that vein. Its bonus is that you are less than a 1/4 mile from the Disney Spring downtown area and the... Read more

The Wyndham Garden hotel is a great choice for families wanting to visit the Disney parks and Disney Springs. We stayed in a room in the tower and I highly recommend it. The beds are very comfortable and decorated with a modern feel. The pool is very kid friendly. Staff is very friendly. Good transportation to the parks and waking distance to Disney Springs. Met and traded pins with Jill in the lobby of the hotel. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was the restaurant... Read more

The room was nice for the price. However the hot water was down the first day we were there. One of the elevators was down for three out of the five days we were there, which probably contributed to the last problem which was the one elevator that was running was never available because the cleaning crew was always on it. I saw many older couples carrying bags down the stairs because they were tired of waiting on the elevators because they couldn't fit on the elevator with the cleaning personnel... Read more

People walking outside seems to reverberate in the room, it;s not that there were people being loud, just that anyone passing sounds loud. pools are nice, a lot of chairs, lots of depths and fun spots for the kids. Our stay started out a disaster, with us being placed in a bottom floor, parking lot facing room with 1 bed for 3 people. We must have had the very last room you could ever assign, and there was no room to change to. It was bleak, and you could hear every single rolling bag or cart and conversation that went on outside the room. A roll away bed was brought in, and we were informed that if we wanted to change rooms we had to put in a request in the morning, then vacate our current room and not be... Read more

Have stayed here on 3 separate occasions. All stays were 1 or 2 days. Have never had an issue on any stay. Rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. Nothing luxurious, just a solid room at a solid price. Location and the connecting sky bridges make for great convenience walking to Disney Springs attractions. If you can do without the "Magic" of staying at a Disney resort. This hotel is a most solid choice.

The location is perfect- close to all Disney parks yet also close enough to the "outside world" to shop, eat, etc. Easy walk to Disney Springs from the hotel. Overall the property is nice. The tower is by far the preferred place to stay as the outside "Garden" rooms are dated and nothing special. It appears they are starting renovations on the Garden room east of the tower so maybe it will improve. My room had two kinds of ants and an unpleasant smell. The location is great if you like to be near Disney Springs. It is right next to the catwalk. Other than that, this property needs help. My room had little tiny ants that I noticed on check out day. The shower head is too low to comfortably rinse my hair - and I am only 5ft 3. And housekeeping blocks the small side elevators with their big carts.

Once we ran through our 5 day passes to Disney using transportation to any of the parks every half hour we chose to use the pool facilities with our two grandchildren ages 2 and 7. This hotel's best attribute is definitely its location. The rooms are dated and our room when we first arrived had a very moldish type of smell. The staff cleaned everything and replaced the bedding, which made the odor almost non-existent. However, first impressions are everything and this set the wrong standard. Also, the 'hidden' resort fees were not welcome either. I wish hotels would be more frank and list all their fees up front!!!
