This is the first time we stayed in a Disney property. My kids loved it. We liked it to because it was close to the parks and we did not have to rent a car or worry about parking. There was a shuttle every 20 minutes or so.

I have been to Disney hotels almost once every year. My family loves trying new hotels around the parks and getting a new experience. The Swan and Dolphin have been places we have gone to visit to eat while staying nearby on the Boardwalk; however, this was the first trip we decided to actually stay at the Swan. Upon arrival, the lobby wasn't as unique or enticing as I expected it to be. We arrived around 4:30pm and our room was not ready for us; however, they upgraded our room to a balcony room... Read more

We recently spent ten nights at the Swan and enjoyed our trip. We typically stay on the Dolphin side of the resort when we visit Walt Disney World in the summer, but the Dolphin is undergoing major renovations of guest rooms. Instead, we enjoyed connecting rooms at the Swan this trip. The rooms had been recently renovated and were decorated in calming shades. The beds were very comfortable, and our balconies provided us fantastic views of the fireworks at Epcot every night! Here are a few of m... Read more

Enjoyed our stay at Swan during our visit to Disney recently. Entire hotel is renovated and loved westin's comfortable beds, rooms are spacious, every room has a fridge and Starbucks Coffee. Resort fee also covers two free water bottles per day. Staying here Got to enjoy the beach, board walk, and water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Certainly will plan to stay here next time.

I absolutely love the Dolphin. I prefer dolphin vs swan bc of the grand lobby and restaurant options. Feels more luxurious on this side compared to swan. We love the scenery, landscaping, fountains, and feel of this resort (third time at swan/dolphin property). I love staying at Disney resorts and I count this as one of them despite not "technically" owned by Disney. All of our stays have only been a few days and we now use the dolphin as our "go to" when we want to add an extra few unplanned da... Read more

My husband and I arrived and returned our Alamo Rental Car to the Swan Resort. We walked over to the Dolphin Resort to attempt an early check-in. The grounds were well maintained and all interactions were pleasant. David Perez assisted us at Check-in and I must say it was incredibly refreshing to experience his level of service. We traveled a long way (from Hawaii). David worked hard to find us an available room with King Bed. He single handedly made our stay memorable. The lobby area is beaut... Read more

We stayed at the Swan for 4 nights as wanted to be near Disney without 'doing Disney'. The location was excellent and we could walk to see the fireworks at Epcot and Hollywood Studios without entering the parks. The room we had was really good and clean. The pool area was excellent and also clean and well maintained. Service in the restaurants was excellent as was the Concierge. We loved the lights amongst the trees between The Swan and The Dolphin.

Let me say that everyone at the hotel was super friendly and made our stay just great. The hotel was within all the great areas to be and offered several great places to eat. I will say the prices are extremely high but I guess that's what too expect in Disney. The grounds and surrounding areas were always very beautiful and our stay ended with a bang. I would recommend this to anyone.

We have just returned from an amazing two weeks staying at the Swan hotel. Having stayed here before and had an excellent time, we saw a great last minute deal and decided to rebook. We had really loved the room we had on our previous stay we emailed to request the same room. Beth emailed us back really quickly to try and help, and even was able to find us a room with a balcony (an amazing surprise when we walked through the door). The view over the bridge towards the Boardwalk was great. Coul... Read more

We stayed at the Swan. It was absolutely lovely! Went for the character breakfast and met Pluto. Great breakfast/buffet order but heads up, it wasn't complimentary with the room. The hotel has shuttles and boats to almost every park I believe! And it's walkable to Disney Boardwalk, which is great to go on your first day. Rooms were clean and we had a fine view where we could see almost 4-5 different firework shows a night! Service was friendly and even gave me some coupons for their spa. I will ... Read more

Stayed at the Dolphin for 5 nights in July for a dance competition my family member was in. The competition was right in the meeting /convention area so staying in this hotel was super convenient. Their conference area is huge and can be configured to multiple sizes. The lobby is very attractive and functional with couches and chairs all around the main inside fountain and the inside fountain works as a great "meet up" place when multiple parties are meeting up to head out somewhere together. ... The decor consists of a pastel 80's color scheme. It's a little worn out. The door between our room and our neighbors let us hear our neighbors kids tamper tantrum in detail. Staff were nice. Shuttles to the Disney Parks was convenient. To get this to Westin standards, they should close it for 6 months and completely remodel it from top to bottom.

Stayed with my daughter due to her performances with Disney. When we checked in we should have asked for a week of heartburn. The food throughout the resort was very poor. Zero vegetables anywhere. Very expensive throughout. 1 banana = $3. 1 small organic juice =$8. Bowl of pasta = $25-30. Rooms are comfortable but probably more effective to stay off site and drive in. If you're in town purely for Disney.... Good luck and leave your calculator at home!!!

So I love to travel to different Caribbean destinations and have stayed in some really nice hotels. This hotel was by far at the lower end of the spectrum. We stayed in the Dolphin hotel which is bigger than the Swan. To be fair I listed the pros and cons of the resort. PROS 1- the outside grounds are extremely well manicured. 2- you can hop on a ferry to take you to Disney 3- the Disney boardwalk to within walking distance and have a few restaurants to select from. 4- the conference roo... They are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms are great, love the new decor. Easy access to all parks! The pool area is very enjoyable as well. Great stay...at the Swan!

The Dolphin is our favorite resort to stay when we go to Disney. The resort is gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is warm and welcoming. We had an amazing time on our most recent visit. The pool side is great for families with children. They are VERY family oriented. The view of the fireworks makes for great memories also

Here for the Biennial Soroptimist conference. Although the staff were mostly helpful throughout my stay, none of my check-in requests were honored. As a resort, you do expect to pay higher prices, but these rooms were nothing special. Also, although "Disney" is in the name, it is NOT a Disney property.

My family and I visited Disney over spring break and were able to stay at the Dolphin for free (we paid the resort fee and parking) for 5 nights using Starwood Points. The hotel is very nice. There is not much Disney theming there, which we actually liked because we were sneaking our kids in without them knowing they were at Disney World. We told them the next morning where they were. The Swan and Dolphin are Epcot Resort gems! Usually much less expensive than The Yacht and Beach Club or the Boardwalk in, yet offer the same amenities. The only drawback for me is not having Magic Express, but the taxi ride was not a big deal and much quicker (although is was $70 each way). The restaurants are, in my opinion, better than the ones at the other Epcot resorts. We chose the Swan hotel to visit Disney parks: it's location inside the WDW area was key for us. So we booked the cheapest room as we wouldn't stay a lot in the hotel. Of course you have what you pay for: no high floor, view on the parking and, unfortunately for us, a room near the elevators and ice machine! Also we could hear the noise coming from our neighbors... If the noise is not a problem for you, you can consider this hotel, or ask for a quiet room! Except that it was ok: new rooms, co... Read more

Although the Dolphin isn't owned by Disney you still get many perks like transportation to parks and extra magic hours. Just checked in and the property is great -- as is staff. Amazing pools. Loved the breakfast -- but it ran $90+ for family of four. Not crazy about rooms. Bathrooms are tiny!!! If the four of us were in one room it would be extremely tight. We booked two rooms, so it's manageable but still small with minimal counter space. Our pullout couch in the King room is sad and saggy. Good that we plan to spend minimal time in our rooms!

We had a large bright room overlooking the water and the beds were extremely comfortable (2 kings). Having stayed at other Disney properties, I would prefer Dolphin over other WDW hotels. I'm used to some very nice Westin caliber hotels, and I loved that Disney tried really hard to make this affordable room very comfortable with very nice size rooms. Nice fast breakfast served in the bar area too, that I thought was pretty smart to move people fast. I loved having the ferry so close to go to Epcot.
