If I had to pick only one thing I would think of one person to talk about: Silvanna who mad our dinner great. We had some initial problems with our luggage, with our travel delays etc and when we had dinner there, we did not have a big expectation and since we did not have energy to go somewhere else we had to have dinner at the restaurant. We had a nice, very sweet, friendly and more specially understanding lady serving us. I admit that we sounded rude but yet she did not get angry but tried to... Read more

We spent 1 night here during our Spring Break in April, before checking in to Bay Lake Tower. Having never stayed in a Holiday Inn before I was unsure what to expect. Based off the reviews I figured it had to be a great place.... And the reviews proved just that! It was truly wonderful to stay here. Upon check-in, I was telling the front desk attendant that it was our 1st time staying at a Holiday Inn & how we've been disappointed in another major brand.. That's when she said we were the famil... Read more

Booked this hotel after reading a lot of reviews and it lived up handsomely to my expectations. Our check in process was smooth and were given a small welcome pack with maps and important information of the shuttle. The hotel is very close to the Disney Springs area (walking distance) and the shuttles service to all the magic was very convenient. Breakfast served at the hotel was great and with it being included in our accommodation it turned out to be one of the best deals I have fished out on... Read more

Have stayed here a few times and been happy but this time we stupidly decided to try the Wyndham across the street for a change. What a mistake! Won't liyst our many troubles there (reviewed the Wyndham separately) but suffice it to say we lasted there only one night before checking out and dragging our luggage across the street at 8am to this wonderful Holiday Inn. What can I say. The most attentive, welcoming and endearing staff, with the right level of sarcasm! Can do nothing but recommend this place. If you have kids, I saw the way they interacted with kids was great! On arrival the door staff were on top form, carting all our luggage (and there was a lot of it) At one point I was stressed my Disney stuff wasn't going to arrive from the parks and I was leaving the next day but the staff reassured me and told em they could get it delivered for me (it'... I will make the short and sweet. The employees are top notch. Not over the top, simply "You're on vacation how can I make it perfect". The lady that checked me in ( i wish I caught her name, working at 3pm on 6/7/16 with Sandy blond hair upgraded me and made a Holiday Inn guest forever). The resort smells fabulously fresh, is cool to the skin, and is spotless. My room is perfect. All the common areas are clean and sharp looking. I imagine you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel that offers a better combination of location/convenience, comfort, and affordability when visiting Disney. We stayed for two nights in mid-June 2016. I thought the hotel was very nice. I was staying for a business conference but I was shocked at the amount of people staying at the hotel with children. This hotel is fine and just down the interstate from the convention center, handy to Disney and transportation. The staff is excellent and the hotel is clean. Multi lingual, though we are not. It caters to families, though it is still quiet and nice. The coffee shop and bar are a bit laid back, and the restaurant is pricey, rooms are more than reasonable. The concierge and valet are excellent.

Particular good service from Said and others during breakfast, pleasant and attentive. Wifi is free, quick and stable. Room service is also good, around 20mins and food arrives hot (ive tried three times). The room is clean and well sized with a balcony. And cleaned daily. The gym, is 24hours. Best to go early. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very close to downtown Disney, or now it's called Disney Springs. The valet drivers were so personable and made us want to come back! Smells so clean when you enter, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The concierge was very helpful and gave us coupons and suggestions where to dine. I have stayed at many other hotels, but seem to prefer this one.

We would highly recommend this hotel as an alternative to a Disney Resort hotel. We once stayed at the Port Orleans French Quarter resort hotel and found that it was not worth the money. We chose this Holiday Inn as it had consistently the best reviews of all the Disney Springs hotels and it was less than half the price of the Port Orleans Resort. The kids were thrilled that there was a Disney store in the hotel and that they got the Mickey Mouse pancakes for breakfast. Service was friendly and... Read more

Hotel Plaza is on Disney property (only just) but it benefits from the Disney Transportation which means you can leave your car at the hotel (which you pay for, but why pay the hotel AND Disney for parking) Rooms were clean and a good size. We had a tower room (there is tower and wing rooms) which gave us a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks (quite some distance but it is still visible) We had a drink in the bar and the prices were okay. We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast. We walke... Read more

This hotel offers free shuttle service to the Disney parks but not to universal studios. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are so soft. Didn't have a good night sleep in the 5 days we were there. But it depends on your preference. You have to pay $12.00 a day for self parking too besides a hotel fee for everyday that you spend at the hotel. I will never stay here again. So many nicer hotels around the area that don't charge the $12.00 a day parking.

It's a Holiday Inn, so that should structure your expectations. It has the corporate decor, furniture and room layout pretty standard globally. The room we had was spacious with a reasonably comfortable bed & a view over the pool. The bathroom was a little dated but did the job. The room came with a fridge & microwave which for families might well be especially helpful. The only real issue was the appearance of & the stale smell in, the corridors from the lift to the room. After a long day at Disney, we were looking forward to getting to sleep. We pulled back the sheets and found that the whole left side of the mattress was caved in. It was bad enough that you could see the whole. And laying on it you touched the box spring. We were too tired to deal with complaining so we both had to sleep on one side of the bed. The next morning, after a terrible nights sleep, I informed the front desk that we had a very tough time sleeping in this bed and showed them a picture ... Read more

There is a $12.00 self parking fee or a higher fee for valet. Not like other Holiday Inns, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that their is a 14 story open atrium in this hotel. I used the mini shampoo that was there to wash my hands. The faucet was very loose. Other wise it was fine. I would stay again. Staff is very friendly and nice. Our stay was for 1 night. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the end of a long hallway in the annex, not the tower. The room had a balcony overlooking the large pool. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable. No complaints. We used the parking lot and the fee was $12. This hotel was a great place to stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area was great. My kids loved the glass elevators. The room was nice and spacious. My only complaint is that there was a dip in the mattress in the bed, which made it feel a little old and worn, and the bed sheets were only changed upon request. Other than that, it was very good. The transportation to and from Disney was great and made the stay even better. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this hotel during a Disney visit. The bathroom is very tiny, tough to move around. The room was not cleaned properly, found a partly used water bottle on the floor. Stayed for 10 days recently for a DisneyWorld vacation. Echoing what others have said, a great location and non-premium Disney prices. We had a relatively complex stay with 6 separate reservations (points, free night certs, and paid nights all blended together). Usually when doing this in the past either the key stops working mid stay, housekeeping skips the room on your "checkout" day, or they just refuse to work with you.
