"First of all, I chose it because they were pet friendly and the photos... which it semi looks like when you walk in... except super dirty. By renovations, they mean paint the walls... and try to cover the imperfections that were 'renovated'. The place has no set rules, so it was SO LOUD, doors slamming, people/kids screaming, running...etc. The A/c didnt work so the room was super musty. Then 2 days into the stay, I get a note on the door that i need to be switched rooms or they would charge me a $200 cleaning fee if they didnt have space for me on the first floor because I had a dog with me. So they wanted to CHARGE me for THEIR mistake of putting me in a room that was not pet friendly. The only difference was that I was put into a 1st floor room that stinked like cigarette. The entire stay was horrible and I was only there to sleep and in between disney breaks to take my dog out. It was def not worth the money which was almost $700 for 4 days. Ive stayed in cheaper hotels that were nicer/cleaner/quite-r... I wouldnt recommend anyone stay there. The staff was rude, you can tell its a cheap hotel that was patched up.. and not a great patch up job at that. They also charged me after i checked out 3 times the same amount (not including the receipt I'd already gotten when i checked out) and every time i called to find out why they charged my card... they would hang up on me. Good thing my credit card company refunded me back! And i must have gotten the same room another reviewer got... cause the fridge was super unstable and the entire thing leaned to the front."

"The shower temperature fluctuated from cold to hot to cold to hot. Bath towels were on the small side for an adult. Bed-side outlets were oddly placed and only way to plug something in by the bed was to go behind the headboard. The sleep number bed also was not working, (not a big deal for us) but they should try to maintain things better. Overall, I wouldn't stay here for more than one night. It's a decent price if you're just looking for a cheap overnight stay."

"It was ok, till I got bill from Master card, I was charge twice by the hotel. Not happy about that. Working to get my money back. I spent so far half of the day trying to get this problem solved, and probably another one. NOT HAPPY"

"We live in Florida and frequent the Orlando area several times a year. We decided to give this 'resort' a try based on the pictures and accomodations as seen online. What a hugh disappointment!!! From the time we checked in there were 3 people complaining about their room, their reservations being lost and the resort confusing their charge with someone elses. We looked all over for a luggage cart and found the bellman who explained they only had 1 and he had to be with it at all times, really??? For a resort the size of this it is crazy. We finally made our way up to room and OMG, talk about old & musty....I guess they haven't started remodeling that part of the building. They were swapping out old TV's for new TV's that day so we barely could squeeze through the hallways, pretty dumb to do this during spring break when you are the busiest. Went to use the commode and it backed up, went down to complain & there were 2 others complaining of the same problem. Went to take a shower and it was so disgusting we had to put towels down in the tub to stand on for fear of some disease. Then the next room had arrived and you could hear everything they were saying & 'doing'. We walked back down to the front desk at 5pm to ask if we could be moved and were told no that they were double booked and had no rooms, funny the parking lot was almost empty. I would not recommend this place to anyone, you get what you pay for!!"
