"The condo we were in was VERY old. We killed HUGE cockroachs in the unit and it just didnt feel clean. We would not return or recommend anyone to stay here. All tile floors, no carpet. Bath fixtures were very old as well at the kitchen. It is in need of a major face lift. We travel a lot and know what a 3 and 4 star really is. At best, it is a 21/2 star property."

"If you are looking for a quite place to vacation at this is not the right one. I usually do not write reviews about hotels, however, I am so unhappy about this place that I think I should make a point/s across. On our first day, after 9 hours of driving, I got there and the place was unbelievably crowded, the line for check in was at least 10 minutes. I managed to check in and get to our room, however, they had given us the wrong room. I returned to the check in center and sure enough, they made me wait another 10 minutes to re-check in. Our first night was disastrous, I was not able to sleep because the villa upstairs was a 2br w/loft. the people upstairs were loud, constantly opened and shut the slide door until 3:00am. In addition, our villa happened to have the AC units for ours and the next door villa. The AC unit is the loudest I have seen so far and when I called about it, they asked me to stay at the same place one more night to see how it goes. of course, I did not accept another ruined night, so I asked them to change my villa. After the 2nd move, I had the same AC issue. At this point, I decided to just live with it. My son and I have sever allergy issues and throughout my booking I always asked for fresher/newer villa, and that was no where in this resort. The salesperson during our timeshare session told us that our section was due for demolishing but then they decided not to, it is at least 30 years old. This place was not clean, the pools were dirty and no matter where you went, there were baby cribs, highchairs and bags of towels on the curbs. Some of the cribs were in the same spot for 3-4 days in the sun/rain/wind, how would one use these same stuff for their babies? I can keep talking about this place forever, but to sum it up, I would say, do not vacation at this place, and if went somewhere else, do not attend their timeshare sessions, because it lasts for 4 hours and the staff is rude if you do not purchase."

"We were very impressed as we drove in to the complex. Not so much with the check in process. After an extremely long day, the last thing I wanted to do was have to stand in line for almost an hour to check in. Except for that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice although it could use a bit of Clorox in the shower. We didn't get to use the complex as we spent almost the entire time at Disney. We were impressed with the attentive staff when we needed extra towels, etc. We will definitely look into this property next year as an option."

"My reservation was stated that it was supposed to be a Vacation Villa on the lower the floor, but when we arrived he told us the all the units was full on the lower floor so he gave me another unit instead. From the pictures theat was on the net was not the same as the unit we was in, the unit was having trouble from the start--the bed in the second bedroom the leg was broken, then the TV had be changed twice. The dishwasher did not seem to clean the dishes, thy had to be re-wash by hand. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard to get it in the room, they was only 1 handicap parking and if anyone park in it you can not get around it so my husband had to push it unto the sidewalk and manualing push it into the room this is not very helpful if I had to do it I would have to stay inside always."

"The resort is absolutely lovely, and the 2 bedroom condo we stayed in was perfectly spacious with three bathrooms for me and my kids, aged 16, 14 and 3. When booking the vacation, I was told that there were shuttles to Disney, Universal and the shopping outlets. Here's the catch: Shuttles to Disney and Universal only run 2 times a day - and they book up quickly. There are NO shuttles to shopping outlets. I recommend that you check out the hotel's web site directly for the facts. There is no pick-up shuttle from the airport, and taxi cost us about $70.00. Spend this money, but then I recommend booking a car through the main desk at the resort when you get there. Then head out to the Target or Publix and stock your kitchen with necessary food & drink supplies because food was expensive to purchase whether in the on-site grocery store or restaurants. BTW, the water is very stinky and it is hard water - buy drinking water for yourselves. Otherwise, travelling to Disney and Universal was only about 10 and 20 minutes away (respectively), and the location was perfect - close to many great restaurants off-site for evening dinners. I'd recommend the Olive Garden next to the Target! Excellent quality food."

"The room we booked for two nights had two double bed mattresses on a board nobody told us that everything you need including house keeping was extra, stayed in a holding pen, the people next door kept us up the first night and argued half the next, along with there dog barking and doing laundry and talking outside our door at 2am in the morning! No satisfaction from the front desk!"

"I stood in line almost 2 solid hours to check in. While there were numerous computers at the check-in desk, the hotel was understaffed with only 3 employees handling the large number of people checking in. After I checked in, I was told that I had to sign up for the 'free shuttle' to Disney. When I tried to do so, I was told that the shuttles were full and no longer available. The shuttle was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, so I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were clean, however, and maid service was prompt and persistent. I was intrigued when I read about the '14 pools and hot tubs,' only to find there was one small pool and hot tub per building. It's, by far, not the worst place that I have stayed, but the listing just led me to believe it was much more than it really was."

"We did not get the room we were to have. We did not have maid service when we were out. It took to long to receive service when we needed it. We were to have TV in each room and we did not. The water in the Master Bedroom shower was not hot it was luke warm. We had problem with the whirlpool tub. In the second bathroom there was no where to put the soap or anything when taking a shower. The bathroom was too small. I do like the Resort may come back if everything is better. As to recommend to a friend maybe. I think we should get one free niight upon return again Thank you."

"We rented a studio room. The studios are comfortable, however, they are very dated. The decor is easily from the early 80's, and looks worn. The most disappointing part of the trip was that we booked this room so that we could utilize the free shuttle to Disney and Universal. The shuttle was fully booked for the first two days of our trip. Taxi costs are 44.00 round trip to Disney from this resort and 65.00 round trip for Universal. The shuttles also leave the resort well after the parks open and come back long before they close. So if you are looking for convience to Disney or Universal, this is not the resort for you. Our room phone didn't work and we were never able to get a internet connection, which is 10.00 per day. I spoke with other 'owners' and they said that internet service is 'very spotty' throughout the facility. This resort is a timeshare facility, while we did not participate in the timeshare experience, we had hoped to have a good expereince and eventually become owners of a space. We will continue to look for a good vacation spot in Orlando."

"Resort was excellent. Rooms were nicely furnished and had all necessities in room (ex. dish soap, laundry soap). Towels were changed and trash was removed daily. Pool was right out our back patio. Resort had an ice cream parlor, Restaurant, sports bar, game room and a grocer on site as well as shuttle service to theme parks (even though disney parks are only about three minutes from resort). Front desk was very nice and helpful. Would def recommend to friends and stay again in future."
