"This was my first time going to Florida and it will be the last time I stay here. First of all, the rooms were old and the water smelled really bad. Also i killed a huge bug than come running in from the gap under the door. The room was not at all what we expected either. And we had to remove our own trash when we left. Also, on our last day we were woken up by the fire alarm, which they determined to be a false alarm, yet there was no apology or consolation for their faulty equipment. I just hope their fire alarms actually work when there is a fire."

"Our family had a great experience. The staff and accomodations were great. The grounds were kept up and maintained very well, the location was perfect for Disney and although the unit needed some upgrading (bathroom fixtures), it was very clean and we were very comfortable staying there. We would stay there again in the future if we were to return to Orlando."

"The condo we were in was VERY old. We killed HUGE cockroachs in the unit and it just didnt feel clean. We would not return or recommend anyone to stay here. All tile floors, no carpet. Bath fixtures were very old as well at the kitchen. It is in need of a major face lift. We travel a lot and know what a 3 and 4 star really is. At best, it is a 21/2 star property."

"If you are looking for a quite place to vacation at this is not the right one. I usually do not write reviews about hotels, however, I am so unhappy about this place that I think I should make a point/s across. On our first day, after 9 hours of driving, I got there and the place was unbelievably crowded, the line for check in was at least 10 minutes. I managed to check in and get to our room, however, they had given us the wrong room. I returned to the check in center and sure enough, they made me wait another 10 minutes to re-check in. Our first night was disastrous, I was not able to sleep because the villa upstairs was a 2br w/loft. the people upstairs were loud, constantly opened and shut the slide door until 3:00am. In addition, our villa happened to have the AC units for ours and the next door villa. The AC unit is the loudest I have seen so far and when I called about it, they asked me to stay at the same place one more night to see how it goes. of course, I did not accept another ruined night, so I asked them to change my villa. After the 2nd move, I had the same AC issue. At this point, I decided to just live with it. My son and I have sever allergy issues and throughout my booking I always asked for fresher/newer villa, and that was no where in this resort. The salesperson during our timeshare session told us that our section was due for demolishing but then they decided not to, it is at least 30 years old. This place was not clean, the pools were dirty and no matter where you went, there were baby cribs, highchairs and bags of towels on the curbs. Some of the cribs were in the same spot for 3-4 days in the sun/rain/wind, how would one use these same stuff for their babies? I can keep talking about this place forever, but to sum it up, I would say, do not vacation at this place, and if went somewhere else, do not attend their timeshare sessions, because it lasts for 4 hours and the staff is rude if you do not purchase."
