"This is a very huge resort. We stayed in the one bed room villa in bldg 6100. The pictures you see on the website is truly what you see when you arrive there. I could not have been more satisfied with this resort. The amenities they offer is superb. Our daugher really enjoyed the game room. You didn't have to drive anywhere, the resort basically have everything there. We purchased our tickets to the Theme park at the Resort. We had no problems with checking in or out. There is not one thing I can complain about our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando."

"Was a very large property with at least 3,000 units.This probably was the reason it was a bit hectic and unorganized to deal with the staff. We had to pay a resort fee which included some nice activities, but the WiFi never worked unless you went to the wlcome center. the signal was weak and kept dropping off. Very disappointed in that essential element in today's world, and should not have been charged for a disfunctional service. Overall a nice, clean enviornment, but lacking any personal feelings. Food was good, prices excellent, and would stay again because it had value as far as Hotels go. Don't fall for the time share offer/tour!"

"Room was very nice and staff were very helpful. Directions were good although address was not same as on direction so that caused a little confusion. Although there were many things to do at the resort we were there to see Disney so we did not use many of the facilities. Only negative comment is that the room was not serviced on Sat so we did not have clean towels for the bathroom or to use at the pool."

"Couple things... 1) The rooms and pools etc are NOT as pictured. 2) It is VERY crowded and there are long lines to check in/out 3) The staff is not very helpful (except the maintenance man, he helped us find our roon) 4) We were in 5318C and it took us a half hour once there to find the room. The actual door labeled 5318 contained units A and B... not until we found the maintenance gentleman did we discover that a floor above us in 5328 was where our unit 5318C was. Confusing and could have been easily avoided at check in. 5) The shuttles seem to be too little for too many ... we called Monday night for Tuesday morning, only to be told to call back after 7AM for the 2 shuttles that morning... called back at 7:30AM and both shuttles were booked. Other than calling right at 7AM, I don't see what we could have done to increase our odds of getting on a shuttle. There were many other things I could list here but in a nutshell, I would not recommend this and next time will pay extra to get a REAL Disney experience at one of their hotels. This is much less enticing than advertised. Disappointed."

"As many of the other reviews have said the photos are different than there add long process to check in dont understand why I did most of it on line. same experience desk agent pointed in a direction of many buildings. The attempt to lure me to breakfast for free to help advertise as the gentleman put it only to try to get me to buy a time share. We came here to vacation time is critical to enjoy all we could not to loose three hours in a hard sell timeshare I dont want. The room was okay but who your neighbor is makes a big difference. Most of the big suites are also connected to a smaller one bedroom which is what we had. there is only a thin wall and door separating the rooms you can hear everything all day and all night and early morning. Very frustrating after a long day at the parks needing sleep. The room is clean and comfortable but will not be staying here again. Was upset about the 45.00 charge for using the amenities on the property. would not have bothered me so much except they make you feel it is all included in your rate only to find another fee."
