"This is a very huge resort. We stayed in the one bed room villa in bldg 6100. The pictures you see on the website is truly what you see when you arrive there. I could not have been more satisfied with this resort. The amenities they offer is superb. Our daugher really enjoyed the game room. You didn't have to drive anywhere, the resort basically have everything there. We purchased our tickets to the Theme park at the Resort. We had no problems with checking in or out. There is not one thing I can complain about our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando."

"Was a very large property with at least 3,000 units.This probably was the reason it was a bit hectic and unorganized to deal with the staff. We had to pay a resort fee which included some nice activities, but the WiFi never worked unless you went to the wlcome center. the signal was weak and kept dropping off. Very disappointed in that essential element in today's world, and should not have been charged for a disfunctional service. Overall a nice, clean enviornment, but lacking any personal feelings. Food was good, prices excellent, and would stay again because it had value as far as Hotels go. Don't fall for the time share offer/tour!"

"Room was very nice and staff were very helpful. Directions were good although address was not same as on direction so that caused a little confusion. Although there were many things to do at the resort we were there to see Disney so we did not use many of the facilities. Only negative comment is that the room was not serviced on Sat so we did not have clean towels for the bathroom or to use at the pool."

"Couple things... 1) The rooms and pools etc are NOT as pictured. 2) It is VERY crowded and there are long lines to check in/out 3) The staff is not very helpful (except the maintenance man, he helped us find our roon) 4) We were in 5318C and it took us a half hour once there to find the room. The actual door labeled 5318 contained units A and B... not until we found the maintenance gentleman did we discover that a floor above us in 5328 was where our unit 5318C was. Confusing and could have been easily avoided at check in. 5) The shuttles seem to be too little for too many ... we called Monday night for Tuesday morning, only to be told to call back after 7AM for the 2 shuttles that morning... called back at 7:30AM and both shuttles were booked. Other than calling right at 7AM, I don't see what we could have done to increase our odds of getting on a shuttle. There were many other things I could list here but in a nutshell, I would not recommend this and next time will pay extra to get a REAL Disney experience at one of their hotels. This is much less enticing than advertised. Disappointed."

"As many of the other reviews have said the photos are different than there add long process to check in dont understand why I did most of it on line. same experience desk agent pointed in a direction of many buildings. The attempt to lure me to breakfast for free to help advertise as the gentleman put it only to try to get me to buy a time share. We came here to vacation time is critical to enjoy all we could not to loose three hours in a hard sell timeshare I dont want. The room was okay but who your neighbor is makes a big difference. Most of the big suites are also connected to a smaller one bedroom which is what we had. there is only a thin wall and door separating the rooms you can hear everything all day and all night and early morning. Very frustrating after a long day at the parks needing sleep. The room is clean and comfortable but will not be staying here again. Was upset about the 45.00 charge for using the amenities on the property. would not have bothered me so much except they make you feel it is all included in your rate only to find another fee."

"This property has everything you need for a vacation. The staff are all very friendly and helpful everything was constantly cleaned or painted, the grounds are spotless. My son was excited that we got to play mini golf every day, swim and do paddle boats. We also played shuffleboard. I love the fact that there are so many choices of things to do for a $30 resort fee. My son wants to go back. Complaint:We traveled to Seaworld which they did not shuttle to. Breakfast buffet was nearly $20 for 1 adult and 1 child. (way too expensive). Kitchenette did not have an oven or stove, only a microwave and fridge. Therefore we could not cook anything but microwave meals. The bikes were all rented out and there was an hour wait."

"This resort is pleasant (if dated) but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The directions on the voucher do not lead anywhere near the resort, so make sure you get directions from someplace else. - The line to check-in is very long if you are not listening to a timeshare presentation. - It is next to impossible to get anyone on the phone who can answer a question or help you; you will probably just be put on hold. - The staff is generally unhelpful; our crib was not delivered until 9 PM (despite calling six hours before check-in to request it) - Housekeeping came to our room continually the morning we were to check-out and started cleaning BEFORE our check-out time, while we were still there. - Management was nowhere to be found to deal with any of these problems. Overall, it should be a nice resort, but the customer service is so bad, you should stay away."

"Really enjoyed our stay! Two bedroom suite was great! Clean, well stocked and centrally located in the complex. Fun pool and playground area. They need to update their map directions for better GPS location. On arrival, we ended up in a retirement community that you can't drive through, you must go around. But over all pretty easy access to most attractions."

"Villa was comfortable. Lots of amenities. Address on our bookIt itinerary did not take us to the correct place to check in but the guard at the first gate we came to was curtieous and gave us the correct information. The villas needs a little updating but other than that it was very nice."

"Always busy. long wait at front desk for any question we had. Even it takes 10 sec to answer we had to wait 20-30 min. Not enough chairs at the pools. Espresso coffee at the small deli shop in the front lobby only available till 1 PM and there is no other place to buy decent coffee in the resort. No real community center for the resort of this size. No activities at the pool . Just one day lunch and live music. All other days nothing was going on like pool. Internet is terrible. They advertise WIFI which doesn't work and even in lobby very slow. Paying 10$ per day ( 80 fpr the whole week) for internet and other activities that we never used but was forced to pay. We called 1800 local tech support in the resort per front desk advise for internet problem and they charged us for that call. At the checkout they called us 4 times from 8 AM till 10AM to see if we are leaving on time."

"My daughter and I headed to Orlando for a Conference. I called the hotel. The staff was completely unaware of their surroundings and took about 15 min to get me proper directions to their establishment. And being due for a meeting, that I alloted over 2 hours of settling time, and being who knows where, its nerve recking, needless to say, we wasted and hour and 15 min because the directions were wrong. Which now we were in a rush to check into the hotel, get up to the room, change, and go to the conference center. Checking in took forever... I told them I didnt want to do anything but check in and get to the room, I had some place to be. The guy at the front desk said I was 'in the building over there' and ok, we figured it out, eventually. Its a beautiful room. BUT you get NOOO room servicing. I paid more than what I would a normal hotel room , and they couldnt even service the room. No fresh towels, or make the bed, take out the trash, nothing. I understand its a time share place, but not all people use the timeshare units. Our unit was like a hotel room in a standard hotel, without the service. Why am I paying more money for it? We ate on grounds one night there. Wouldnt do it again. We ate from their pizza parlor, and had it delivered to the room, they forget an item necessary to eat the pizza, so the pizza was cold before he actually returned with the item. The garlic bread... was horrible. it was like garlic powder on twisted sticks... seriously? And the pizza was overly greasy making our stomachs upset very quickly. Very disappointed!"

"Westgate Town Center was a nice place to stay after we received the room we thought we were to get. The photos on this site are for the Deluxe Versions. If you just go with the regular one you are put in a older room which is still nice but not what you would think from the photos. After talking to management they did take us to a room that looked liked the photos minus the nice spa tub as they did not have any of those left. You also have to watch out for a $11.25 daily resort fee that is not included in this booking or listed on the site. Other than that they do have alot to do there and it has great security and tons of other stuff. I recommend it if you understand what you will get and have an extra fee per day. Enjoy your Florida Vacation!!!"
