"The hotel staff were very pleasant & kind. We got a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen.There were 2 bathrooms, one with a jucuzzi tub.The bedroom had a nice king size bed.It was like a nice apt and had a washer and dryer. This is great if you have kids, because you can save money and cook some of your meals.The bldg is older, but in good condition. I would definety stay here again,a pleasant experience. Clean comfortable and great prices."

"I have very mixed experience of my recent trip to Orlando with my family. Due to delay in my flight, I contacted the hotel and was able to make a connection after some delay and informed my situation of check-in in on the next day of my scheduled check-in. However, I did get any concern shown by the staff over my situation except for the answer that you should be ok to check-in when you get to the hotel.
Secondly, I was very disappointed of not having free internet services which really screwed me and my kids of not having access to the entertainment which we were looking forward to enjoy ourselves during the precious vacation time. It should be noted that internet has become an important value addition feature and I am confident to claim that majority of the hotels, resorts offer this service to their client free of cost. I am extremely disappointed when I contacted the person and I was informed that this is the policy of the company and unfortunately us as an employee cannot help you in this regard.
Third, major experience was finding my room not cleaned for the second consecutive day when I came back to the hotel I found that the garbage was still there in the bin and bed sheets were unchanged. I contacted the front desk at around 10:30 pm and told that them this is not acceptable to us. The front desk person realized the poor cleaning conditions and helped us by arranging the cleaning person in 10 minutes. Thus, bringing the room in a better shape.
The most disappointed element was not getting the room vacuumed for every other day which was not healthy at all for the kids and for us. The management should take a serious notice of this.
On the good note, the facility was very good and present very unique and pleasant experience.
