"I was unhappy with my stay! It's less of a resort and more like a nice motel.I paid for a 4 night stay at around $500 and change. When we got there there was a 19 inch color tv in the bedroom that was not in good condition. It was static and had a poor picture. There was no internet access. I was told we had to pay daily or needed to pay for and extended stay package. Lastly and the most shocking was they told me I could not have my room cleaned unless I stayed over a week. I was told if I wanted my room cleaned I would have to pay for it. I can stay at ANY cheap motel/hotel and get my room cleaned everyday and have my bed made. My wife and I were SHOCKED!!! They were rather rude about informing me of this. I was left on hold and hung up on multiple occasions. We wouldn't stay here again for free!!!"
