Price was reasonable, service was so so. Wouldnt use them again. Chicken wing was found in the bathtub. I booked on expedia and got a double room, when i was only by myself. I wanted to downgrade and the frnt desk was un willing to reimburse me. Whatever

My family and I stayed here during August 2015. Our room was clean and spacious and also included a kitchen and television. The kitchen had all amenities needed. We got complementary rides to and from Disney parks. The pools were very nice and clean as well. When we asked about their wifi availability, we were told we had to pay USD $10 for wifi on one device at a time. This was the only downfall about the hotel. However, we were allowed to use internet on the computers in the lobby area. Our st... Read more

The Westgate Resorts works basically with two modalities: you can make a reservation as a guest or you can "buy an apartment" is allowed to use one or two weeks per year. It's a good alternative for who is looking for an accommodation with good price, since it has a better price in comparison with other accommodations in Orlando. It has a nice kitchen as well. If you are in the city to Walt Disney's Parks, I recommend you to rent a car, even the hotel offers a free transfer service. My bad appoi... Read more

We stayed there for a week, took our 2 grandchildren to Disney which was a short drive away. We stayed in a 2BR unit that had 3 full baths with 2 jetted tubs. The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was clean, staff was friendly. Several pools on the property (the kids had as much fun there as they did at Disney!). Unit had 2 screened spacious balconies and 3 tvs and a W/D. Very nice timeshare, only complaint was no Wi-Fi in unit, extra charges for many of the ammenities

Lacking in activity, very dated rooms, service personnel were friendly but didn't do their jobs until we asked three times. Service at Drafts restaurant was poor, the sales center personnel were snappy and rude. We've owned timeshare since 1998 at another resort and have been looking for the past few years to add an additional property. THIS is not an option here for sure.

I am actually an owner at this property but have never stayed here. We stayed at the Westgate palace but we visited the towers while we were there. They had just finished installing new carpet in the hallways here and it looked very nice. They 2 bedroom suite (which we are an owner of) is very spacious with nice size kitchen and the room has 3 bathrooms which is wonderful. You can see the Disney fireworks from your balcony at night if your on a higher floor. We went to their pool a couple o... Read more

They charge for wifi in a very unfair way. 10 dollars per day per device. They will also try to take you to a timeshare presentation and sell you things that you don't need, usually by offering discounted Park tickets. The fitness center in Westgate towers is a mockery (it's treadmills only). You can smell the marihuana on the air every night. That's the kind of guests this place has.

Our 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was adequately setup for our needs. Was it like home, no, did not expect it to be but it did meet our needs. The children had several pools available to them to keep them happy. I have to admit the service staff, although very friendly, did not do everything every day. This, however, did not ruin my stay. Would I stay here again, yes.

This property should be categorized as a rehabbed hotel instead of a resort. The rooms are run down and a bit dated. Not bad for a one night stay; but; disappointing if you were expecting a relaxing week at a traditional resort.

We're very happy that we chose this hotel. The staff was immensely helpful and so nice in greeting us right as we entered the front door every day. After you check in, they send you to a few other desks nearby to get your welcome package with cookies, local delivery flyers, resort map, and other helpful information. The resort even sells tickets for the parks nearby, and offers advice on how to best plan and purchase your tickets. There is a shuttle to all 3 parks (SeaWorld, Universal, Disney) t... Read more

We were there for just one night in the off season and the hotel was undergoing some remodeling work. We got a suite for a very good price. It was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, living room two bedrooms and two and a half baths. It was nice, but decorated as a typical generic hotel. They are a large facility with three swimming pools and have a sizzler steakhouse attached. We did not have a chance to try any of the amenities but everything looked very nice. It was clean and t... The hotel/resort is okay it self. It is one of several of their resort properties. They check in was easy and the people were very friendly. Part of this is to get you signed up for a free breakfast with the promise of access to all their amenities and free lunch. The catch is you have to put an extra $20 deposit down and listen to a 90 minute presentation during breakfast as a sales pitch to become an "owner" as part of their resort. You only get the $20 deposit back after the presentation. Oth... Read more

I am on the last day of my stay 11 day at Westgate Towers. The front desk staff was very helpful, NEVER rude or short with me and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, although I would recommend running the jets on the Jacuzzi tub through a full tub of water before using. I had the studio with two beds and the mini-kitchen...which is well stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mini fridge and plates cups dishes and flatware. Checking in was a hassle. I was instructed to visit 3 different before I could final go find my room. Once in the room I found I was missing some information and was directed to visit another desk at one of the other Westgate resorts. Spent most of my first day on vacation getting things straightened out. The bed was comfortable, but a bit too high. The in room jacuzzi was nice except a previous guest used rose petals and it clogged the motor. Housekeeping and maintenance cleaned things up. The ... Read more

My family and I have stayed many, many times at this resort but a great online deal was obtained, so we decided to try out the other side of the non-ownership experience. The check in was very simple but somehow we ended up in a room on the opposite side of the road from the main buildings, basically outside the resort. In a room on the far side of a complex on a far corner room in the older rooms. We weren't excluded from the sales pitch and the upgrade pitch. Especially dislike the low ton... Read more

We have just returned from our 2 week holiday at the Westgate Towers. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel but our 8th visit to Florida. Last year we had a 5th floor room. This time we were allocated a ground floor one bedroom villa facing the 4ft pool (Room 139A). Our check in experience late evening when we arrived was prompt and efficient. During our stay the housekeeping staff were excellent (Iris, Zenaich etc.) and nothing was too much trouble for them. During our vacation Hurricane Matt... Read more

At first I didn't like it (I wanted a good view) but then discovered this was way better. So close to a pool. Kids played outside. Room was so big( outdated) but so much room. When we booked our room, we were excited to grab a villa (living room, bedroom, kitchen and two baths for a great price. So excited that we made two reservations, one for October and one for December when we are going back to Disney. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. For starters, we were placed in a room that was left open when we arrived and cigarette ashes all over the table and floor and smelled of smoke. I was very anxious upon check in to this resort, because priceline had misrepresented the room type at booking. I was met by Vanessa Mendes at the front desk who was very apologetic at the deception by priceline (even though it was no fault of hers) and checked me in quickly and smoothly. She deserves a little extra recognition for her superior customer service skills. We stayed in a studio type room on the third floor. I expressed we were only here a night and would not like to spend time at a presentation we wanted to arrive at Disney park upon opening at 9 am. We have been upgraded to a suite including a kitchen and two bathrooms including one with a whirlpool. The kitchen was well equipped, however furnishment is neither contemporary nor new (like in pretty a lot of US hotels) :-). This resort has been around for a little while. What I like the best is that it is located only a mile or 2 from the entrance to all of the Disney World Parks. The resort seems to be slightly dated but appears to be well managed. Pools are sprinkled throughout the complex which makes the pretty close to all units. Will stay there again if the occasion arises.

I was traveling for vacation with my husband and our little children. We were suppose to stay here 5 days and 4 nights. I got, what I thought was a great deal through Priceline, boy was I wrong. The bathroom door is a mirrored, glass sliding door which is shattered and did not open easily. Very dangerous and hazardous.
