LOCATION
The Royale Parc Suites, A Quality Suites hotel completed a multi-million dollar renovation in 2007 and is located just one mile to the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort, next door to the Disney-inspired town of Celebration. There is a grocery store and wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, including Old Town, all within walking distance. This family friendly resort features a newly landscaped and furnished pool area featuring a large, lagoon-style heated pool, whirlpool spa and pool towel service. It also has a children`s pool and play area with slides, monkey bars and rubberized surface, and a game room. In addition it has a well-equipped fitness center with multi-workout stations, treadmills and exercise bikes.

All of the 600 sq. ft. one bedroom suites and the 830 sq. ft. two bedroom/two bath suites feature private bedrooms and comfortably sleep from one to ten guests. "The cleaning crew never changed our sheets & the bathroom was so nasty that my 6 year old refused to use it! The free breakfast was sub-par - not a lot of selection & staff (breakfast) was not friendly - I was hoping for a cheaper place to stay right outside of Disney & what I got was a dump. My parents stayed in the room next to us & it was a little cleaner, however items were missing from their room after the cleaning crew had been through. When called to complain - the staff did not care."

"Not only did this hotel have roaches, and refused to acknowledge the lack of cleanliness they had, but their staff was rude, inconsiderate, and unwilling to help with the issue. After telling the hotel manager that we had roaches in our room he stated that they would just move us to another room, i.e. we had to move everything ourselves and then once we were settled into the new room he requested we move again to accommodate his mistake in giving us an already booked room. He not only threatened to call the police on us to have us removed because we were 'loudly' stating in the lobby that the hotel had an infestation, but he also threatened to force us to leave without our belongings. Aside from the lack of cleanliness and customer service, the hotel advertises a full kitchen. There is a single pot and pan, a ladle and spatula. They don't even have a strainer? The pool was filthy, the hot tub reeked of urine, and there were dead bugs floating everywhere in the water. Towels were a hassle to come by, and so was hot water. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would insist that Disney remove them as a good neighbor hotel seeing that the hotels shuttle service left us stranded in the park when the driver 'forgot' to make a pick up at Epcot."

"This hotel was perfect if you aren't looking for a five star resort! I stayed her with my boyfriend, his brother and his girlfriend. This hotel is located right on the old town strip so there is plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and gift shops. We were really only at this hotel to sleep and the staff was extremely friendly! Each morning was a continental breakfast from 7-10 before the buses were scheduled for pick up for Disney, Universal, and Seaworld. The breakfast included eggs, pancakes, bacon, and french toast, along with cereal. Wasn't the best breakfast but it was free and perfect before a long day at Disney (plus saved a little extra cash)! The pool is extremely clean and very nice. The rooms were a pretty big size with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with two relatively big beds. I felt very safe and very clean so I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a quick, cheap getaway filled with lots of extra amenities while being close to Disney and the outlets! ($40 each way through a taxi for the furthest outlets)."

"My biggest problem was the location of the room . I have been suffering from a pinched sciatic nerve and asked if my room was near an elevator. I was assured it was. Well, it was indeed BUT the elevator was out of service the entire weekend. When I went to the front desk they knew NOTHING about the elevator being out of service and offered nothing to me --no room exchange , no free extra day, no free meal. So I was not thrilled with that HOWEVER --for a big family this may well be the best place to stay in that each room has 2 double beds in it."

"This hotel was ok, however I will not stay here again. The check-in time should be moved up to 5 or 6 pm b/c they were not ready at 4. Many people were waiting for rooms to be cleaned. On 3 occassions we had no towels until 11:30 pm b/c laundry was backed up. There were also no towels for the pool--bring a beach towel. The happy hour is not complimentary as it states, but beer is $1 for a small cup. Breakfast buffet was ok, what looks to be ham is really spam.
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly."

"I complained about the additional 'resort fee' they collected upon check-in, and they did not end up charging us. We needed a late check-out and they graciously accommodated it without charge until 2:30pm. When we asked about options for getting to Disney World, the concierge only recommended a taxi (the same company that the hotel is contracted with for the free shuttles), which cost $30 to Magic Kingdom's TTC, but a few days later we find out that the Lynx public bus system takes you there just as quickly, and for only $2 per person (children free). I was a bit upset about that, but I guess they have to look out for their own business. The shuttles were fine, i.e. clean and on-time, but the schedule was not ideal - didn't leave the hotel in the morning until after the parks were already open, and left too early from the parks to fully enjoy the night-time fireworks. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, and it was spacious and functional. Out-dated furnishings and kitchen/bathroom, but everything worked well and was clean, except for the floors which did not seem to have been vacuumed. We got a room on the first floor by the kiddie pool and playground (room #118), which was very convenient since we have 2 young children. Overall, very good for the value, and right on the main highway and walking distance to Old Town."

"There were never any clean towels left in the room! If you called for any they would apologize and then never bring them! Rooms were horrible. Especially the bathroom. They were extremely small and dirty. Our toilet over flowed in the tank and we had to use all of the towels we did have to clean up the huge mess we had from a crappy d toilet! The shuttles to the parks only went at certain times and they weren't very y clear where the bus would be especially for Magic Kingdom! We missed our bus and had to get cab that cost a fortune! Overall VERY disappointed!

"The hotel is okay quality - not the greatest but you get the big bang for your buck. The problem I had was finding the hotel. I was right there at the hotel and when I called the staff - they transferred me to the other staff who was new and she completely misdirected me and asked me to get back on I-4 and take exit 64.. and I came back to the same spot and still could not see the hotel. I called second time and staff could not help me locate. The people clarified that actually Quality suite hotel is the Royale Park hotel. Its not written on the building that you can locate.. and staff could not help. For us breakfast was great, hotel services were good. Roaches were there..but no utensil in kitech. Overall its average."

"The check-in was fast and painless ,the room was a great size anything we requested was seen to very quickly .The kitchen had everything you needed ,beds and pillows very comfortable .The hotel was full but the noise level was not an issue .The only problem we had was the pool although clean ,with lots of loungers and chairs and clean towels, it had way too much clorine in it ,so much so that it took the colour of my daughters swim suit ,which is used in public swimming pool every week and my little daughters hair has a green tinge on it and to top it off while sitting on the edge of the pool my shirt tails got wet and changed from a blue pinstripe to a pink pinstripe. Both girls where left with a skin burn ,peeling skin all over their bobies"

"Only two shuttle times offered, I called about some information on shuttle times and worker on the phone said 'you can't walk downstairs?' I thought that was rude. I explained i had two small children I couldnt leave, he sighed and grabbed the sheet and was like really? You didn't get one when you came in? Then after having to drive to the disney park because the only shuttle times were 1030 and 745 ...park opened at 9 and closed at 11...we drove around for an hour late at night trying to find a parking space at the hotel. The room key didn't work on a particular door which happened to be the one closest to our room. I got locked out of the hotel that same night we took an hour to find a parking space. Couldnt get in my room until 3 am. The pizza place was also fairly overpriced for their pizza and the quality was not that good. I was forced to pay for a resort fee, when with two small kids in february we couldnt utilize almost any of the amentities like a game room or a bar.. no desire there. I apologize if im sounding picky or complaining alot just giving you an extensive feedback on what I experienced on my stay at this hotel."

The only downside to this stay was breakfast, the food was great but had to take it back to our room to eat as there was no room in the restaurant and that was everyday..... but will stay again and recommend to friends and family."

"Royale Parc was the perfect hotel for our family of 7. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it had more than enough space. I was impressed with the free breakfast...more than your traditional continental breakfast. I would recommend getting to breakfast fairly early as it did get crowded.
It is an older hotel and not fancy at all. I had to go to several floors before finding a working ice maker and there was a broken TV in one of the vending areas but with 5 little ones, we weren't looking for a fancy hotel. Our kids loved the 'heated' pool but it was cooler than we would have liked for adults. The baby pool is not heated at all. It has a small playground in the court yard that is good for small children.
The location in relation to the Disney parks was great. It took us very little time to get to Epcot (15 minutes from hotel to parking...we took our own vehicle and did not ride the hotel transportation). There is a very nice Publix just up the road that was perfect for getting dinner to take back to our room and snacks for Disney. The kitchen in the room is small but sufficient for a weekend. It has 2 burners for cooking and a small fridge. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. I would recommend bringing your own paper plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. T
For the price, size of room and convenience, our large family would definitely stay here again."

"We were pleasently surprised when we arrived at our hotel in Orlando. The unit was centrally located, close to shopping, eating establishments and other local activities. It was far enough from the main street to give us a feeling of privacy and yet central. We were pleased with the room size and layout which included a bedroom (2 double beds), a kitchenette, living room, 2 TV's, etc.
While the building was reasonably old it had character and maintained a reasonable level of cleanleness.both in the common areas and our room. The room staff were excellent and very accomodating as were the relations staff. While the main desk staff were reasonably good they did not seem to have a great deal of empathy or consideration when we needed their support. The evening before our Friday departure our flight was cancelled until Sunday because of the storms up North. We went to the desk looking to keep our room for a further two days and were told that they were all booked for the weekend and couln't help us -. gave us a couple of hotel numbers to call but other than that were totally of no help. We eventually found a room after some checking around and moved for the two days. Had little support from our booking agent as I talked to them initially but waited on the phone for at least 20 minutes on two subsequent occasions and could not get through. While the bulk of the experience was reasonably good this situation certainly put a damper on our trip. There should be more support from hotels/booking agents for clients in these situations. Thanks! ."

"Week January 20 to January 27 2013
-OVER BOOKED, we had to wait (after a long day of traveling) more than an hour to receive our room.
-The 'free shuttle' a scam!, they just take you to 2 parks (Magic Kingdom and Epcot), so if you want to go to Hollywood studios or Animal Kingdom, you have to arrive first to Magic Kingdom, then from there take another transportation to arrive to another park. To go to Universal studios (park opens at 9am) 'free shuttle' leaves at 8am!, that means you and your family have to be ready by 6:45-7am if you want to have breakfast before.
-We couldn't take it!!t so we rented a car, (parking at parks is $14.00 at disney and $15.00 at universal and IoA)
-3 days of the 7, PARKING LOT WAS FULL!!!, we couldn't park our rental-car at the hotel, we had to go to an 'alternative parking' which was far from hotel main entrance.
-'free wi-fi' , doesn't work, poor signal. If you want to use wi-fi, you have to go out from your room, and start walking outside looking for 'stronger' signal.
-Dirty rooms! They make only the beds......Never got cleaned (toilet, kitchen, lavabo, bathroom counters, etc.) and 2 of the 7 days we didn't even get a housekeeping to make the beds.
-When we asked for an extra blanket at front-desk, they respond: We are over booked and we do not have extra blankets. :s

"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were adequate for the time we needed to spend in them. Thew pool and hot tub were just the right temp. we appreciated the laundry facilitation. The hotel employees were polite and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the kitchenette too.
Improvements could be made in the area of bus transportation (not enough trips per day) but since we rented a car this did not directly affect us.

"I would never stay here again. It was just dirty. The towels smelled gross. Some of them were gray... I'm talking about the white ones! One of the reasons we chose this hotel is they advertised having Continuous Shuttles to Disney. To them, continuous is 2 TIMES in the morning! That is not continuous to me. We had to drive and pay parking every day. I made all my reservations through bookit and paid in full. When we arrived to check in they told me that I owed about $70 more because I hadn't been charged a 'resort fee' online. The woman just laughed and said, 'they make it seem cheaper online, but really it's not.' I complained and they magically 'waived' that fee. We had seven people in our party and every evening when we came in, housekeeping had left us 4 (sometimes fewer) towels and washcloths. We had to make a trip down to the lobby every night before we could all get our showers. The walls are PAPER thin! The guys partying next to our bedroom sounded like they were standing next to my bed. I called for security and Nothing was done. The shower handle was broken and you had to 'guess' where hot and cold were. It was about to fall off. The tub didn't even have the plug and I had two small children who take baths, not showers... that was fun! The breakfast was good the first day, but after day 7 of the SAME 3 things it got old! My husband slept on the pullout sofa and when we got ready to go to bed the first night there were no sheets for that bed. We called down and after about 20 minutes they brought some. When we opened them they had dirty shoe prints on them where they had been walked on!!! The hot tub was full of leaves and bugs. We had a tiny kitchen... if you would even call it that, with a dorm fridge. I really have nothing good to say about this place!! We will never go back there!"

"Our stay here was ok/nice. The grounds were VERY CLEAN. Breezeways and pool area and hallways NO TRASH AT ALL> Which was very nice. The pool area was nice, but nothing too special. The happy hour with free draft beer, wine and sodas were nice from 6pm-7pm. There is FREE breakfast, with a pretty big selection but the food was just average, not much flavor, but hey, at least it was free. When we first arrived one of the bed sheets were dirty and did not look like it was cleaned but I called down to office and within 5 minutes they were upstairs chaning ALL the linens and were very polite and appologetic about it. I would say that for the money this place can't be beat. It fit our needs as far as price and size wise. My complaint would be that it isnt in a very good location. Although its just a short drive to Disney it is located behind a gas station and store and next to a motel which is being rennovated. STaff is very accomadating and friendly."

"It is a shame this place was so poorly managed. It has potential. The staff is what messes this place up. We arrived with a party of 10 to a room with a broken pull out, which the front desk 'could not have fix' until the next day. They did not offer another room or the option to accommodate 2 in our party into a smaller room. They had to sleep on the floor. Everyday our party of 10 had to wait for over an hour to receive towels after a long day at the theme parks. Apparently sheets are also very hard to come by at this hotel. What really got me was the attitude given by staff when we addressed this situation for the second day in a row. The rooms were not the cleanest either."

"In my opinion the hotel was great. The room was nice and big and it was clean. The good part about t was the extra closet and the kitchen had everything you need in it. There was also a safe where you would have to set a password in it and would be able to put all your valuable stuff in. The pool was amazing and it stayed open late at night. Which was great for the days we came back to the hotel late. Jacuzzi was great to. The only bad thing about was the free brekfast. THe food wasnt good but other than that it was amazing. The staff was helpful and gave us everything we wanted. THe hotel is located in a great point. Its right next to all restaurants and stores and close to Disney. I would definitly come back to this hotel expecially because it is such a good price."

"I ran a family trip to Orlando for a group of 30 mostly children. Staying at a resort equipped with a kitchen was idea. The children got plenty of use out of the pool. The shuttles worked well with our itenirary for the week. I would recommend that you bring: Your own towels & wash clothes and room deodorizers. The carpet was mildew in my suites but the rest of the party was fine. The facility was soooo accommodating I dealt with the smell, I was the only one that seemed bothered. The rooms were very clean when returned each day. We used the BBQ grill & the kids used the computer room, also extremely mildew. If they make those few changes, it would be very good."

"Towels were to small and scratchy. Pillows were half size. No face clothes and I had to ask for more towels and pillows. I could not get through the automated phone system to a live person. Staff was nice. Femal bartender out by the pool was very nice and friendly to all the guests. No one told me the real name for this hotel was Quality suites. Hard to find the Totaled Parcel, when it is not the correct name. Kids were in the pool way past 10 pm. Room was nice size and clean.I would stay here again if they would listen to my comments."

"The suite was very nice. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc. However, the shuttle did not run every hour as I was told. It only ran a few times a day, and we had to drive to the park and pay to park. The Wifi did not work most of the time, and when it did, it was so slow that we would give up. Breakfast was okay the first day, but the second day was not good so we didn't even eat there."

"We were never informed, nor ever used the safe in our room, to find an additional charge of 79.00, when we went to check out. Also, the room was not as clean as I had expected it to be. We had asked for towels several times, and they never brought them to us. We had to go to the desk to get them. "The best thing about the hotel was they had a free breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, toast, juice, cereal and much more, better than just your average breakfast and that is why I would recomend them to a friend because it was a good price for the hotel and breakfast together. The shuttle service to the parks were ok but they need more times that they return to the hotel from the other parks other than Disney. We ate a few nights at thier pizza place on the property and that was really good.
If you are looking for a Disney inviorment type of hotel with really good service to and from the parks then this isn't for you but if you are on a budget and don't mind waiting for the shuttles then this is the place for you."

"I wasn't aware of the $8.95 a day charges for a safe in which we never used. The maintenance staff was called twice because the air conditioner wasn't working and one of my little ones locked the bedroom door...they responded quickly and that was a convenience. The breakfast was awful and it shouldn't even be considered a hot and cold breakfast really. Horrible!!! My daughter asked one of the maids to come back later and she rolled her eyes and gave her attitude. The beds were so uncomfortable and felt like they had been used 100 years. The concierge was useless ...never gave us any information that we were actually able to use. The space in the room was good, but other than that ...I can't think of anything nice to say."

"I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN DUE TO THE WATER LEAK WHICH MADE US HAVE TO VACATE OUR ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF A 5-NIGHT STAY. After we came back to the hotel after a long day at Magic Kingdom, our bedroom carpet was so SOAKED that water splashed up when we walked on it. If we had left anything on the carpet/floor other than shoes, it would have been ruined. We had a 5-night stay, and I felt the hotel should have reimbursed us for ONE night due to the huge inconvenience of having to pack up and move. It was a terrible inconvenience, and we found out the next day other guests had the same problem. There was rain in the area, but certainly not enough to cause a water leak. I was very disappointed in how management handled the situation. And the breakfast was lousy. There was no meat offered at all, so our family of 4 had to buy breakfast elsewhere. One reason why we chose this hotel was the advertisement for FREE hot and cold breakfast. I thought a hot breakfast would include at least one type of meat."

"We were able to get a great deal through Bookit.com. For a hotel 1 mile from Disney it was a perfect fit for our 2 family group of eleven. The week we arrived happened to correspond with a national volleyball league so the hotel was full of children having a good time. Lots of noise in the pool area but once I was in my 3rd floor room I never heard the noise. nHousekeeping did an excellent job of tidying up our room each day. Beds were comfy and the suite was spacious and comfortable after a long day at the parks.nThe only complaint came from our two teens who thought the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.nBreakfast was typical hotel fare. Filled our bellies nicely and helped keep our overall cost down as we did not have to spend money at a restaurant. We had a full fridge and cook top stove and dishwasher. I would recommend a few for hotel guest to still bring plastic utensils and paper plates, and paper towels. "Our stay at Royal Parc Suites was a total disaster. Our room was literally 'worn out' with sagging mattresses, shredded carpet, mold in the air conditioner and the exhaust fan in the bathroom literally hanging out of the ceiling. Our toilet and sink was stopped up and when we called for maintenence, they never came. In fact, every time it overflowed, we called for help and again, no one responded. We had to change rooms because it was so bad. All the doors were coming apart as well. The shower spicket pulled out from the wall every time you turned the water on.The food was tasteless and there was not enough tables to eat on. We will never, ever stay at this rundown hotel again. I will say, however, the landscaping was pretty and the pool was well kept."

"We booked this hotel because it was about one mile outside the Disney world gate, It was so not worth the money that we paid for it. first off it is not actually called Royal Parc Suites the name on the hotel as you drive up in Quality Inn and Suites. The room looked nothing like it did in the pictures. the 'play ground' is one small slide and some monkey bars, the 'updated arcade' is not and once you turn your money into the tokens needed to play the games you had better hope you don't have any left over because they wont trade them back for you, the kiddy pool sits under a tree so it is always dirty and filled with leaves, the hot tub is not separated from the general pool area so you have other peoples kids jumping in and squirting you with water guns. we were given a room with visible mold in the bathroom and one of our small children from a blood pressure pill while playing on the floor, when we went and told management the said ' oh sorry' and did nothing about it. the room we had was supposed to sleep 10 but the beds were two small to comfortably fit two adults on and the one queen size bed in the room was the fold out couch that was painful to lay on every spring could be felt and you rolled into the middle of the bed whether you wanted to or not. the buffet was crowded with not enough seating for everyone that showed up and to be honest the food was not all that good liquid runny eggs and rock hard pastry. the bar was O.K. if you like paying 6 dollars for a small plastic cup of beer. All in All this hotel was a complete disappointment and not worth the money we had to spend to stay there."

"I was disappointed with the room. The refrig was badly damaged and found out that it was unplugged after the staff member came in and looked at it. Water all over the floor from the refrig. Is assume the where defrosting it and never turned it back on. the bathroom had black mold on the toilet and the shower head. The small dishwaher may have worked but I did not try it because it was flopping around under the counter.Also, the last two days in my room no towels were left in my room. The toilets did not work very well. You have to hold the handle down for about 20 sec to get the toilet to flush and that did not always work. I was in room 528. A/C worked great, beds were OK but they never changed the bed linen. When we checked the pull out sofa bed it smelled like urin and the toilet in one of the bathrooms had pee on the seat and all over the toilet paper. Pool is OK but not as clean as I would have like to have seen. The staff is very friendly but not much english spoken. The breakfast was free but they had no variety (scrambled eggs, biscuts and gravy, cerial, pancakes some days, sausage patty some days, toast, milk, OJ, Apple Juice, pink lemonaide, and water) same thing every day gets old after 6-7 days. They need to change up the menu. They are keeping their cost low. It was OK because we only slept here, but I would not go back."

"The renovation took place 4 yrs ago according to the front desk. Walking around the room in white socks that will never be white again, I noticed the fan in the main bathroom hangs down on one side and the faucet leaks. Had to do own repairs to the shower knob in the bedroom bath. Cleaning service was poor, dust on the microwave, no towels or washcloths provided some days, freezer area in mini fridge was frosted over and no blankets but one. The spring was broken on the sofabed and no knob for the lamp in the bedroom. Rooms were good size, great hotwater and air conditioner worked wonderfully. Beds were somewhat comfortable even with the same sheets. Only did the free breakfast once. Shuttle service limited with pickup and return times and VERY always crowded. Recommend with full disclosure. Overflow parking available but you have to ask about it. Outside doors with cardkey entry were never locked."

"It's older, but somewhat updated. The Beds are Very Comfortable and clean! There are 2 Large LCD Monitor TVs that were great! Even the pullout sofa wasn't that bad. It was very nice having a small kitchenette as well. We stayed in a 1 room suite but was large enough for 3 adults and 2 middle school age kids. There are onsite washers and driers! Parking is Free. Internet is free, but receptivity is better closer to the lobby. There were two A/C units, one didn't cool well, but was fixed by the next day. I only wished they 'dehumidified' better. As for rooms, I'd recommend getting 3rd Floor or Higher, quieter, nicer views. They had a game/arcade room adjacent to the pool. There is a pretty nice Exercise Room and Business area. Excellent Tiki Bar and covered seating areas next to the fair sized pool in the courtyard that never seemed to get crowded. Towels were available at the pool.
The lobby has a mini-conveniece store, a ticket sales area to local sites, and offers a shuttle to Disney. As for the free Breakfast, the cereal was good, but limited choices, milk was nice and cold, pink lemonade and orange juice were good; however, the eggs were palatable only with gravy on them, wished they offered Bacon or Sausage and waffles --even if they could be the 'toasted kind'. But with all the money you'll save by staying here, you have very nearby choices of Waffle House (THE BEST!!), Denny's, McDonalds, and Perkins.
About 100 yds from the hotel is 'Old Town' something like a 'Coney Island' with Various Shops, and Carnival rides. Eating a 'Waffle Chocolate/Vanilla Twist Cone' at the Checkers there is a MUST! Irlo Bronson drive is nice and wide, doesn't get crowded and backed up like International Dr. We were ~10 mins from Disney Magic Kingdom, and ~20 mins from Universal Orlando. From here, you're about 1 hr from the East Coast beach/Kennedy Space Center, 2 hrs from the West Coast beaches. For the price, amenities, and location, we'd stay here again."

"I was impressed with this Hotel. I was a little nervous about booking over enternet for a seven night stay.. The rooms were a good size,but beds were not very comfortable. We loved the outdoor pools with bar and happy hour a plus! The pizza was very good from the restaurant. Only complaints I had was the breakfast (not great for such a big hotel) and the quality of the beds.The shuttle service was nice ,but needed to be running at least every couple of hours.. I'm not really sure why we had to pay a resort fee because it didnt seem like a resort! the staff was nice .. and the overall experience was great! i would return ,just keep up with the times the bathrooms do need a little updating!"

"This is one of those locations that could go either way - a few added touches, attention to detail to make it nice or a few more problems to make it a real dump. Hot breakfast was good to have but we grew tired of eating the same food every morning - need variety! One morning they even had a water leak flowing out of the ceiling into the buffett area through a light fixture (that was still burning!!). Several peices of equipment (and there weren't that many) were broken in the Fitness Room. Ill-fitting doors in our room that didn't want to close. Housekeeping failed to supply any towels to room on one occassion. Beware the tight parking spaces. Other than that............not a terrible value and close to Disney and walk to Fun Spot. I would shop around before I decided to go back here."

The staff was very friendly and did a great job. While we did not use the grills...I thought it was really nice that they were available. Cute little bar for a quick drink! The theme was a bit sparse! I'm not sure two statutes is enough to call it a marti GRAS theme...but whatever. "I have no serious complaints, but i am a realist and and do not often see things as a disaster like some others do. The only issues i had with the hotel was the misleading way they advertised the hotel being one mile from the park and the shuttle service. We arrived under the assumption that the hotel was within walking distance of the parks and that the shuttle service would allow for the possibility of returning to the hotel during the day and then returning to the parks. Neither of which were possible. As far as the cleanliness of the rooms, the amenities and the staff there were no issues with the room."

"The staff were friendly at check-in. The room was a bit small but we were cutting back to extelodgingnd our vacation an extra six days. The room was a bit dirty when I pullde out the sleeper couch the matress was stained to the point the children refused to sleeo on it. The room was a bit dirty for children and wife. (I can live in a trash can). The following morning there were bugs on the wall airconditioner. I informed the staff and they offered to change our room. Wewere in line to eat breakfast (Scrambled eggs, biscuits, cream beef, and some fruits.) All self serve on stryfoam plates and cheep plastic tableware. We decided to leave three days earley and find alternate lodging. At checkout the staff did not seam near as friendly."

"no maid sevice 4 days out of 7,, had repairs being done after we checked in,,, had to ask for towels eveyday, had too ask for shower to be fixed three days in a roll,,main bath toilet lid broke on day two never got it fixed,, went to front desk about all of these things same man told me I should have called I did got him each time???????The shuttle to the park was unreal.......if you wasn;t waiting for them they could be early by 5 or 10 min they would load up the people waiting and leave early...and the 10:00 pm pick up was BAD bus wasnt big enough for all the people, people shoveling hitting to get on and the bus driver just sat their and my kids got hurt my 5 yr old got his head slamed to the bus..driver did nothing then wanted a tip YEA RIght"

"The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel staff was very short with us at check in so when we got to our room and found a dirty bed, uncleaned bathroom and a smell in the room we requested a new room and they told us no, and that it wasn't the hotels problem. Then after crying for half an hour they called us and said they would upgrade us but at check out I found out they charged me for the upgrade with out my knowledge. The next room still smelled and had rust in the bathroom along with what looked to be mold. Breakfast was so gross and the hotel staff was talking about us behind our backs to other staff members and our taxi drivers in Spanish but little did they know we understood everything they were saying. I hated being there and seriously contemplated canceling my trip because of the things the staff members said about us and how we were treated."

"We were so disappointed from the pictures online, nothing even close to what it is shown online. The rooms look way better online and they are smaller. Our room had cockroaches and the carpets were pretty filfhy. The hallways were pretty dirty as well. We were not expecting rooms exposed to the outside. This hotel should be rated a one star. They also advertise online 'scheduled shuttles' to Disneyworld, beware as they have early shuttles starting at 7 a.m. and none in the afternoon. They only offer one return at 6 p.m. so if you want to stay and watch the fireworks you can't. We ended up having to rent a car, which caused us to have extra expenses as we had already paid for a shuttler to and from to the airport."

"We can't say enough good things about the Royale Parc Suites. The staff was friendly. The Happy Hour was great, the breakfast was good, especially when they were free and plenty of choices. The coffee was the best we have ever tasted. The Pizza was amoung the best we've ever tasted. The transportation to the theme parks were efficient, prompt and courteous. "The picture of the hotel with the fireworks in the background is all graffics.they wont tell you that until you check in.when you call to make the reservation,ask them then.Less than 24 hrs.after stay, they needed to replace the a.c. unit in the bedroom.the next day,the dishwasher would not clean the dishes cuz it wouldn't close.if you are there at the time the maid comes.....don't tip her. wait til after you check out to leave a tip.once they know you will tip them,they will come to your room while you are sleeping,numerous times, to clean and get their tip.it was annoying.the pics of the rooms on the website look better than what they are.the breakfasts were ok.the coffee sucked.the tap water has a strange odor.they need more frequent transportation to the theme parks.....if you miss the 5pm bus....your screwed for the rest of the night cuz that is when the last shuttle leave the hotel for the parks.the pool closes at 11pm...would have liked to see it stay open longer than that.i would probably look for another hotel next time i come to Fl."

"this hotel is not bad at first you enter the room and its looks pretty ok nut when you stay a couple of days you get to see stuff. me and my family stayed for 7 days and at day 3 we started to find roaches in the bathroom and especially in the kitchen. we told the front guest and it was already like midnight and it was the night staff that was there and he was really abrupt he kept hurrying us when we were explaining the problem to him and he was not friendly at all. we decided to stay in that room what was left because we had a lot of bags we were in the 2 bedroom suite we stayed on account that they would clean up and change the bed sheets. they gave us the bed sheets so we change then not room service. the rest was pretty good BUT THE SOFA BED IS UNUSABLE SO THE ROOM INSTEAD OF AN OCCUPANCY OF 10 PEOPLE ITS FOR 7-8 "

"I would recommend this hotel again, especially for large groups of people. It sleeps 8-10 people easily and that makes it a good bargain. The staff was great. Very helpful and kind. You can tell it is an older hotel and has had some updating from it's original status but it still looks a little warn. The kids enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the outdoor bar. It was nice to have the option to grab a large assortment at the continental breakfast as well. It was fairly close to the parks. The shuttle schedule was not as convenient as we are used to so we rented a car. All in all, I would say this is a good hotel for a larger group on a budget not wanting to pay for 2 or 3 rooms. "

"Just returned from our trip to Royale Parc Suites. Overall we had a very good experience. Breakfast was good especially for being free; it didn't change much, though from day to day. Very clean; it did look virtually identical to pictures online. A few imperfections here or there.
Shuttle service to Disney is only to Epcot and from there Disney shuttle service provides transportation to other parks. We used shuttle service 3 days and although we had no real issues, you may want to consider renting a car; we did for 7 days and it was much more convenient; also more expensive.
There was a manditory fee of approximately $8 per night that we were unaware of for in-room safe, pool towels etc; still cheaper however than other hotels we looked into.
would definitely recommend considering price, quality and all ammenities."

"My family went to DisneyWorld for our vacation and this Hotel was recommended from the BookIt. It looked great from the website and the price was right. It isn't a new hotel but it is kept clean and welcoming. That being said, there were no dishtowels left in the kitchen to clean our dishes so everytime we had to use the dishwasher or go out and buy some. We accidently left my son's DS on the counter one day while rushing out the door (forgot to place it in the safe) and never saw it again. I mentioned it to the front desk, but never heard anything else about the incident again. Overall, the experience at the hotel satisified our needs for what we wanted (eat and sleep) but the breakfast menu was getting to us on our third day of the same food...I don't think I'll eat another scrambled egg for a long time. "Although we did not have the accomodations we reserved and wanted, the hotel was still very nice for the price and we enjoyed the stay. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was very large so we had lots of space. The pool area stayed open late so you could enjoy that after a long day at the parks. I found the breakfast to be very good for a free breakfast with enough variety that I ate something different each day we ate there. The pizza we got there was to die for. All rooms face the pool so we could sit on the breezeway and watch the pool are, and I liked that all enterances to the inner court yard were key access accept the lobby. The hotel is not new but it is still nice and for the price we were very happy. If your looking for 5 star accomodations then this is not the hotel for you but if you are looking for nice clean accomodations on a budget then I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is great too. Walking distance to Old Towne and less than 5 miles to Disney parks plus easy access to I4 to get to Universal or SeaWorld. Lots of eating places very close too."

"We booked this hotel partly because it had a free shuttle to the Disney parks that ran frequently, but the week we showed up they changed the schedule to run very INfrequently. The kitchen was poorly stocked and was just a cooktop with no oven. The free hot breakfast was good and plentiful, but the seating was a literal struggle with the other guests over chairs. We were a bit skeeved that there was mildew growing in the bathrooms. Overall, very disappointed. The hotel was recently remodeled, but apparently just on the outside. The inside is what really matters, and it lacked."

"We stayed for 2 nights for a trip to WDW. We were able to check in early and were given a room on the 5th floor, 1bedroom suite. The room was spacious but obviously of a lesser quality. The kitchen had a small fridge, microwave, burners, and a dishwasher but no dishes or silverware and 2 sauce pans- no other cookware. The 2 queen bedroom was nice and the safe could fit 2 laptops plus smaller items. The bathroom was standard, nothing special. The living room area had a small dining table and sofa bed. The sofa bed was unusable. The springs in the mattress were worn out. We would have had a better nights sleep on the floor. Storage space was large. We were able to keep the room uncluttered- making it more spacious for 5 people. The pool was advertised as heated- it was extremely cold. The pool area was nice and it had a very hot spa. My husband liked the pool bar, but is was expensive like all hotel bars. The location was wonderful- near old town and numerous restaurants and shops. Overall was nice stay despite the crappy sofa bed. We would stay here again because of the price and location."

"Although good value for the money, the carpet in the rooms were quite frayed. Tiles a bit cracked in the bathrooms, and the grout around the bathroom not in great shape. Shower pressure in our room o.k, the other bathroom, very intense. No housekeeping the first day. Staff not that friendly. Hairdryer the first morning started smoking and then fizzled out. Maintenance however was very prompt in bringing another. The upside was that there was plenty of room for the four of us. Don't think we will return."

"I have read some of the other reviews that make this hotel sound really bad, and I can't agree with them. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, checked in with no problems and made to feel that I was a very valued guest, even though my husband and I were only staying one night. The suite was very clean, everything worked, the elevators were in good shape and very clean. There were enough dishes in the kitchen area for the number of people this suite would accommodate. I found nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Especially for the price per night they charge, I found it GREAT. I would stay again and again and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Disney area. Lastly, when turning in my keys the next morning that we were departing, I was thanked by everyone at the counter for my business and to please return again. I cannot figure out on many occasions what some people expect from a hotel."

"This was by far the most horible hotel I have ever stayed at. I never complain about anything, and this is the first time I have ever did an online review of anything. Arrived at this hotel after driving 18 long hours with my family from NY. The minute I walked into the front lobby I had a bad feeling about the place. It looked very run down and there was a long line to check in. On the way to our room I was wondering where the million dollars went that was used to renovate this place. I have never seen an elevator like the one they have there. Could'nt wait to get out of it. There were even cob web on the glass. Once I got to our room, I was disgusted at this point. It smelt like a combination of mildew and cigarette. This totally threw my allergies into full blown mode. I was coughing like crazy. I immediately called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. They moved us, however the room was not any better. My 3 year old said 'It stinks in here' when we were transferred to the other room 3 doors down. I told them it still stunk and they brough air fresherners and some stuff in a can that looked like bug repelant which they place under ther nigtht stands. This did not help any. I couldn't stay there. I was very disatisfied and could not stay because the place reaked of cigarette, the beds were hard as a board, the bathroom was digustingly filled with mold. And the pictures and wording on the website was a misrepresentation of the hotel. There is nooooooooooooooo way this hoetl undergo any kind of upgrades or renovation within the last 15 yrs. This was more like a cheap sleazy motel.. but the funny thing was if I had paid $50 dollars a night I would have said patience. I would have to pay the difference of the cost to relocate to another hotel because it was my choice to leave. called the hotel and the hotel offered to upgrade me from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite. What differecne does it make if its 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms? The appearance, smell and beds were all the same! But get this, the upgrade wouldnt be uvailable until the Mon or Tuesday after we checked in on a Saturday, and we would have to move to different rooms on a daily basis because they couldn't find us and ugrade with consecutive days of availablity. I couldn't even get the free Wifi to work on my lab top comp, to look for another hotel. I manage to find a hotel on my Iphone and checked the heck out of there the same day. The hotel give me a full refund and didnt charge me a cancellation fee and apologized. "

"i called the hotel directly to check on the reservation we had and was told we had a deluxe two bedroom suite. I was given the list of additional ammenities for that suite. When we arrived we only had a 'small' (not spacious as advertised) traditional two bedroom suite. When I asked at the front desk about the mistake I was told to talk to the supervisor in the morning but there were no deluxe rooms available anyway. I asked if we could at least get a DVD player so the kids could watch their movies. I was told there were no extra DVD players. (at that point I think I would have gone out and bought a DVD player to satisfy a customer) Also we had been told on arrival that we would be notified by phone when our room was ready. We got no call at all. At check-in we had to pick up parking passes at a separate desk where someone tried to sell us something then sent us to a different line to actually get the parking pass. After an eleven-hour drive, standing in line 3 times was not what I wanted to do! The suite was very small and worn looking. I don't understand the claim of recent renovations. That must have just been a flat out lie! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were crowded. I don't know how 10 adults could stay in a place that size! There was no place big enough for us to sit and eat a meal together. Parking was a nightmare! There was never any spaces except in the very back. There were always folks sitting around on the curb back there which made us uncomfortable coming and going at night and leaving cars back there. The shuttle service was a joke. We decided to drive to the Disney parks every day because the schedule for shuttle service was so ridiculous. This added $14.00 everyday to our cost. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. All other parts of our trip were great. I don't think we will pick a hotel unless we talk to someone who has actually stayed in it. Obviously anything can look good in writing and pictures! Maybe we'll think about camping next time........."

"We stayed in this hotel because it was close to Disney and inexpensive. Well, you get what you pay for! There was so much black mold in the hotel room (bathroom, kitchen) that we requested to be moved which the hotel accommodated. I have terrible allergies and it caused me to have a terrible reaction. The renovation could not have taken long and there was poor craftsmanship throughout the rooms. The second room was not much better: mold again, beds were worse, etc. We had to leave the hotel; it was just disgusting! I took photos because I was so surprised at the state of the newly renovated hotel compared to the photographs. The breakfast was poor. We were totally disappointed and would not recommend this hotel."

"Our experience was pretty good as far as the room went no complaints. Maybe more than just one fork in the kitchen would be nice for a family of four,but no complaints otherwise with the room. There is a issue with the shuttle service though on two occasions they had left before the listed departure time of 7:45 am The are two departures in the morning listed when I was there recently 7:45 and 9:30 so the other blogs arent correct. I found it easily to just drive to the resorts the y were only 5 - 10 minutes away and for a fee of $15 you can enter and leave all you want and park at the other disney attractions as well. You also get to relax and go on your own schedule and not be there for the crowd waiting to get on the only late shuttle in the evening. We experienced that one evening only and decided to drive ourselfs the remainder of the days there. That one evening the shuttle was overcrowded and although we got to the pickup site 45 minutes early it didnt seem to matter since the late comers were quite obnoxious in pushing there way onto the bus in front of the people that had been waiting and I had two young children with me and set on guy straight ,but not what I felt like doing on my vacation. I gave my seat up to a mother with two toddlers ,but some of the others couldnt care. In closing the resort was resonable and close to attractions for the cost it is worth it. The free breakfast has a little to desired, powdered scramble eggs and saugsage gravy, some cold cereals ,a pastry once in a while ,but make what you like out of the experience. Overall the resort was fine."

"Arrived at the hotel at midnight, tuired and ready to go to sleep.....The noise from the bar/pool was so bad you couldn't sleep so I thought turning on the tv would drown out the noise. No, tv didn't work. When I called the desk, the gentleman said 'I'll send the security guard up to look at it, mainteance has gone home'. The security guard.....why???? I'm pretty sure his services would have been better utilized quieting the crown at the bar. They finally got quite, AT 2:00 AM. The line for breakfast was out the door and into the courtyard....so no breakfast. Lots of small children touching all the food so I wouldn't have eaten it anyway. The booking also said there was an additional $7.95 (plus tax) resort fee...which translates to a safe fee $2.50 (didn't use it), a state tax $0.18, an occupancy tax $0.15, a surcharge fee $5.45, another state tax $0.38, another occupancy tax $0.33, along with the taxes and service fees when I booked the room. Seems a bit overkill. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere closer to the park you will be going to. This hotel isn't worth it."

"My family and I visited Orlando four years ago, and it was nothing like our most recent experience. The reason for our most recent trip was to celebrate my sons11th birthday and my grandmothers 79th birthday. I read a ton of reviews about Royale Parc Suites and I must say I am happy I did not let that scare me away. I Checked in on 4/05/12, and checked out on 4/11/12. This hotel exceeded my expectations to the fullest! My kids loved it, and everyone was so nice and the best thing was that everything was right at your finger tip. Royals Parc allows guest to use the barbecue pits, and that was a plus. The free shuttle to the parks was great( the only thing I would change about the free park shuttle is the times, for universal and sea world the pick up and drop off is only once a day). I must say I really am glad I choose this hotel, my family loved it, the kids enjoyed it and we will return in for future family trips to Orlando. Thanks to Royale parc suites for making my family trip one to remember!"

"I was quite shocked at the state of the hotel compared to the pictures I has seen online. The first room we were in was very dirty and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time and I would say needs to be replaced. The second room they gave us as we complained about the uncleanliness of the first one smelled like mold. The third room they gave us was a bit better but that doesn't meen I would recomend this hotel to anyone or stay there again. I was very disappointed in the hot/cold breakfest they offered. There was cereal, bread milk and juice which is usually typical of a continental breakfast but the hot breakfest was the same everyday, runny scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuts and gravy. Once they offered sasauge. Unlikek the photo there was no fresh fruit to add to your breakfast. It was disappointing but at least it was close to the parks so we didn`t have to spend to much time at the hotel. Also their scuttle service was horrible. It left once a day and picked up once a day at Epoct. So if you were going to another park you had to spend time to find the right bus to take to the park you wanted to go to. It is easier to drive yourself."

"I was told when I booked my reservations that there were shuttles to all parks so we didn't reserve a car till 5 days after when we were planning on going to the beach. When I picked up the shuttle schedule I was shocked to see that there is only one time it departs and one time it returns. The shuttle doesn't run all day long so we had to scramble trying to get a vehicle that day to rent. Some of the parks you couldn't even stay till close if you wanted to catch the shuttle. Food wasn't bad for the free breakfast. Rooms needed updating but were clean. Also the hotel picture looks nothing like the hotel. It is not all lit up like the picture and doesn't look near as nice as the picture. They must have taken that picture when it was first built. Wasn't a horrible experience but would not choose to stay there again with so many options down there. Our friends paid way less than us and stayed down the street and had a better hotel then us."

"Hotel served its purpose (close to Disney world and large enough for 6) but I would not stay again. We stayed for 5 nights. The day we moved into the room the shower was not clean (hairs in the shower). The housekeepers did not clean until the 4 day. They emptied the garbage cans and gave us bath towels but did not leave any washcloths or hand towels on any day. We had to go to the front desk each night to ask for more. The sheets were not changed or beds even made until the 4th day. One day they did not even remove the dirty/used towels from the room let alone clean. Staff was friendly upon check in and check out. The photos on the website may have been from when the hotel was first renovated but this hotel did not look like the photos. Old and worn out. Elevators were old. A fresh coat of paint and some new carpets would go a long way to upgrading this hotel. We did not use the shuttles as they were infrequent and only traveled to Epcot. From there you must transfer to the other parks and then return to Epcot to catch a ride to the hotel. We drove and paid the parking fees each day. I do not plan to ever return to this hotel. IF you need a really cheap hotel for a group it is convenient to the Disney property. However, make sure you bring your disinfectant and plan to retrieve your own towels."

"1st of all, the Internet pics are deceiving. And if you dontt like clowns or jokers, you won't like the decor of this place. The hotel IS NOT 1 mile from Disney. It is 4.5 miles and SeaWorld was 9. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and you could not keep a signal. The breakfast cereal was stale and the rest of it was no better. The pool was cloudy and dirty at the bottom. The ONLY good thing was the activities and restaurants that were walking distance from the hotel. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable! Oh yeah, free Budweiser from 6-7 at the pool bar. You need to drink if you stay there!!!!! We were here for 3 nights with our 4 children and we would not recommend it to anyone!"

"In the previous review I forgot to mention about the 7.99 per room fee that you get charged upon check-in, so even if you Pre pay, you will have an additional charge added on. This fee is for the use of pool towels, which are never there. The use of the 'free' wi-fi ( which I mentioned before hardly ever worked. We decided that only one device per room could be online at a time since it seemed we were always kicking someone else off upon logging in. The cleaning staff was pleasant, I believe the issues are with management. The 'heated'pool was cold, and as far as the breakfast that was free....everything everyone else has said about the foodis completely true. Since we are from AZ, there is a three hour time difference, and by Wednesday stopped going, and ate else where. It just wasn't worth gettin up early for mediocre food with no seating. But for the price, if they cleaned up the place and made some changes, I think they would get better reviews. for the price we paid for a one bedroom suite, it wasn't horrible, but bad enough to get a negative review and lose us as patrons. Very disappointed as this is one of the Disney Good Neighbor Hotels."

"Ithis was the first trip we have taken to the Orlando area where we did not stay at one of the onsite Disney hotels. We stayed here, and were disappointed. The hotel boasts they are recently renovated, when actually they did renovations back in 2007, 5 years ago and I don't think they have done any little maintence or upkeep to maintain the renovations. Although we did read about the problems that others had, we also read the positive experiences and decided to go with it. That was the first mistake. Our room was a deluxe suite, the bathroom needed minor repairs to the tub, needed a new shower curtain, and the metal door was warped so the bottom didn't close well. The bed room had full sized not queen sized beds that were not very comfortable. The living area was just ok. One issue I had was the suite slept up to six, but they only stocked the dishes for 4 people. We also experienced the same issue as the other guests that posted reviews. We were left with 4 towels, and no bedding for the sofa bed and only enough pillows for 4. It was only after calling the front desk numerous times and a 2 day wait, that I was ale to speak to our housekeeper and personally ask for the right amount of items. There is not enough parking, Especially handicapped. We found many cars parking in the handicapped spots, when I questioned about additional parking I was told there was an additional lot the employees use, they use it for over flow. I questioned him about the handicapped spots and did they monitor those spots to ensure that only cars displaying the handicapped tag or license plate were parking there. I was told 'No, that's not our responsibility, the FSP monitors that.' and 'besides the state is changing that law ' um, correct,me if I am wrong, but it's yourroperty, it is your responsibility to make sure your patrons are following the rules of the hotel. Besides, does he really think I care about a law in Florida when I am a tourist and not from that state? The wifi was a joke, yes the did offer it but it did not work consistently. Our water was also turned off for 3 hours one day during the stay. Would we stay there again? Absolutely not. The problem I believe, lies with management. Oh, did I mention the same night I asked about the handicapped parking, I also requested a blanket, and was told that there were no more blankets and was offered six or seven sheets instead. There were other patrons that needed linens for the sofa bed who did not get them either."

"My family of 3 stayed at Royale Parc Suites, 1 bedroom suite from 28th Jan-7th Feb. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and the room is very spacious. We even managed to cook some simple meal for a couple of nights when we got back early. Although the housekeeping run out of face/hand towels when doing their round of cleaning, I only need to ask from front desk later and it will be sent to our room promptly. Overall, we were very glad to choose this hotel and happy with it. Worth every $ paid. Keep it up!"

"On the airplane from Arizona I was reading the reviews and thought 'Oh, no' I was expecting the worse when we arrived. Check in was smooth and we were pleased with the accommodations. There were no hairdryers but when we asked, they sent someone who installed a brand new hairdryer in each bathroom. He asked if there was anything else he could do for us and I told him we needed more towels because there were no towels by the pool. (There were never towels at the pool). He said, 'oh, that's a housekeeping issue.' I thought, yes, not your job, huh? Well, I was very surprised when he knocked on the door a few minutes later with a stack of towels. I hope they can keep him. The evening cocktail reception was a nice touch but the one bartender couldn't handle the demand. Regarding the food, everything you've read about the breakfast is true. Just plain awful. Don't eat in the restaraunt at all unless you want pizza. The pizza was okay, but don't even try any of the other stuff. Overall, not a bad place. For the money, I suppose it is a good value."

"The web site is a bit misleading... The hotel is a bit older and still needs some work... The staff was wonderful and very friendly... The breakfast was good, but some 'meat' would have been nice... The maids need some work on cleanliness... There was so much dust build up on the sprinklers in the living room, I was grossed out, and there was orange mold build up around the caulk on the tub.... They could never could the towels right.. One day we had NO clean towels... The next we had way too many... The next we had NO wash cloths... That was frustrating... "One of the various reasons I picked this hotel was the 'complimentary' breakfast buffet. With 8 people in our party, it was a good way to start the day for free. And we didnt have to be ready all at the same time to eat breakfast. The first couple times anyone from our group tried to eat there, they tried to charge us even after telling them we were staying there and showing our room keys. After awhile, the hassle wasnt worth it and we ate elsewhere. Not to mention the few places there were to sit to eat your breakfast. As far as their poolside bar, which the bartender claimed was a 'full bar', that wasnt true either....they were constantly running out of things and would go days before they got it in again. Another reason I chose the hotel was because of the restaurant on the premises. Which it was....you just couldnt count on it being open, even when their hours said that they should be open. Same with the gift shop. They were open whenever the heck they wanted to be. One day we didnt have water in our room. Housekeeping started around 8-ish cleaning rooms and if you asked them to come back they basically forced you to sign a form saying they didnt have to clean the room that day. All the entrances were suppose to be locked, the only way you could get in was with your room key....except that alot of the doors were broken and wouldnt latch and lock. The nicest thing I can say about this place is that the bartender was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. I will NEVER stay here again and we average about every 2 years on our trips to Disney."

"We as a family didn't think that the hotel was something special. The whole hotel has seen better days and feels run down. The breakfast room is chaotic and it seems that the restaurant was running out of food. The lady trying to sell tickets to Disney World failed to impress us with the 90 min. additional talk-tour in order to save marginal on the tickets. And besides that, there was an odd smell in the hotel room. We had to open windows and doors each time we entered the room. The picture on book-it.com must have been photo-shopped!!!!"

"This place is unclean and the people are rude and unfriendly they lie when telling you that they will have someone call you or it will be taken care of. I finally started taking pictures of the problems. The rooms are NOT cleaned everyday they DO NOT change the sheets and they leave trash, TRUST me when I tell you that you DO NOT want to use the dishes in the kitchen their idea of cleaning them was to run them through the dish washer with NO soap... When we checked out we saw why the sheets are dirty, they are being dumped on the floor by the texting maid.. We were on vacation and I ended up cleaning my own room. After paying extra when you get there for the 'Hotel' fee... right... This place was the worst experience and had I not spent a LOT of money to stay here to begin with we would of LEFT....... I was very p-ssed since I was not told this, but since I was tired and had no where else to go at the time I paid the rip-off fee. The phone did not work and they ran out of towels, but I still felt it was a good deal. The place is secure and fairly well maintained. It is hard to find do to the fact that it is behind a 7eleven and a souvenir shop. when I had a problem i was initially shrugged off, but the next day the girl behind the desk said she felt bad and would take care of me as to which I have not seen yet. "When we got there, we were not impressed by what we saw. Getting to our first night at the hotel, we got back at 11:15 PM with two very tired kids only to find bugs in our bed. My son freaked out, I called down to the front office and told him what I had found in our bed. The first thing out of the front desks attendant's mouth was 'what kind of bugs are they' I said, 'Does it matter'
They put us in a different room, I had to search high in low to make sure that it didn't happen again. This room was ok, so I thought. The carpet was torn up at the entry of each bathroom. Lamp shades were beaten up. Carpets were dirty and I didn't feel comfortable to even walk around barefooted.
The one plus side was that the rooms are very spacious.
Each night after and we stayed there 4 nights. My son and I broke out in a rash after sleeping in the same bed. On the morning of our check out I woke up with a really bad rash on my neck and my son had bites on his back and chest. I again called down to the front office and complained about this. They sent up a man to check the room. I said that there had to be bedbugs in this room. I showed him my son and my neck area. His response was ' the vampire came and got you last night' He looked at the beds and insisted that it wasn't bedbugs. And pretty much went on his way.
The hotel told me that they would not give me any money back because they didn't charge me the daily resort fee. I believe it was $7.95 a day maybe $8.95. Oh and that they had given me an upgrade. Which just happen to be the room with bugs.
The free breakfast was very average at best.
So overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"This Hotel is great value and close(few minutes drive) to Disney/Sea-World/Universal Theme Parks. It is also located on a street accessible to wide variety of restaurants (RedLobster,Pizzahut, Steak & Sizzler, China Buffet, IHop, Walgreens, Supermarkets etc.). We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the kids loved the pool/heated-Spa. This hotel also offers basic amenities such as a laundromat, basic kitchen in rooms and inexpesive gift shop.
We stayed for 14 days, it was clean and well maintained by the staff. For even the smallest concerns, the staff were very friendly and responsive. I am positive to return on my next disney trip.

"The 's, Double suite was the size we needed, and hotel was VERY Close to Disney. The -'s, Breakfast was poor, ended up eating out each morning. Rooms smelled, and pool area was nasty. and in the course of booking and makeing reservations, I spoke to 3-4 different people, told them all that I was going to pay in cash when arrivingl, not one mentioned to me that I had to pay a cash deposit of $50 when i checked in, so i was not prepared for that, had to take it out of my vacation fund. When we were ready to check out, we called down the night before, said come and inspect the room so we do have to wait the next morning whe checking out, the girl at the front desk, said, no its ok, we dont have to inspect, you'll be fine. Needless to say, when we went down the next morning to check out and was in a hurry, they wanted us to wait while they sent someone up to inspect the room.. At that point, my husband had a fit!! We got the money back pretty soon after :) and we left.. Also, they never left any towels in the room, each night when returning from the parks, we had to call down and ask for clean towels. Over all , simply because of customerservice, we wont be returning."

There is nothing WORSE than spending your vacation at a hotel where the manager and his staff does not care about you -- oh wait!! maybe there is:: dirty pools as well as pool surroundings, unkept grounds, noisy and unruly gusts, loud drinking parties, exit doors with no locks so outside strangers can walk in and most of all not caring if YOUR ROOM LOCKS AT ALL. You can be assured, this hotel will not be on my list of recommendations. WHATEVER YOU DO.......THINK TWICE."

"Stood at hotel with my family from North Caroline for Spring break 2012 and everything was fine until we found out roches in the kitchen and the bedrooms the second day. This place must be fumigated completely. Also, the staff in the kitchen serving the breakfast lacks work habits & hospitality. You practically had to beg for them to more food & beverage to be replaced. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and efficient thought. I would not return or recommend this hotel to a friend."

"I CALLLED MAYBE A 1HOUR BEFORE I ARRIVED TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS COMING AND THE FRONT DESK HELP WAS RUDE ABOUT THE FACT I WAS CALLING BUT WHEN WE ACTUALLY ARRIVED WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 15MINS JUST TO CHECK IN SO THEY HADN'T ASSIGNED A ROOM FOR US. THAT IS THE REASON WHY I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME BUT THEY DIDN'T CARE BECAUSE THEY HAD A FULL HOUSE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN IM GLAD BUT THE CARPET WASNT CLEAN FOR A LONG TIME BECAUSE MY WHOLE GROUP GOT SICK, SNEEZING,COUGHING, RED EYES WE HAD TO TAKE SINUS MEDS AND COUGHING MEDICATION WHILE OUR STAY. THE POOL WERET READY ON SATURDAY MORNING AT 10 AM SO THE KIDS HAD TO WAIT OVER 40 MINS THAT WAS RIDICULOUS THEY SHOULD HAD GOT THE POOL CLEAN EARLIER. WE HAD TO ASK FOR 8 MORE PILLOWS AND 4 EXTRA BLANQUETS BUT THEY COULD ONLY SEND US 2 BLANQUETS AND 4 PILLOWS THEY SHOULD HAVE 4 PILLOWS PER BED AND THICKER BLANQUETS. IT WAS OK I WISH I CAN SAY GREAT BUT I WILL NOT RETURN I RATHER SPEND MORE MONEY AND STAY ON DISNEY SITE NEXT TIME."

"These pictures are very misleading. The room was dirty and you could smell urine when you walked to the bedroom. There was nothing clean about the hotel at all. This hotel gave us instructions to be very watchful. It looked more like the projects. Because you put a stove & sink in a room this does not make it a suite, I thought this was an apartment building was was under renovation to be turned into a hotel. One we were going to our room I thought it was the homeless shelter. FL is a tourist town and I don't understand how it can have some many poorly hotels and think these are luxary places."

"Nothing fancy but a safe place for a family with the enclosed court yard, It seemed to be a very good value for a family of seven.Looking around the immediate area of the hotels we were vrery happy we picked the suites . Haven't been to the area in a few years and it looks like mouse city has felt the effects of the economy. Staff met our requests with friendleness and courtsey. A special thank you to the older gray haired gentleman who took care of the evening requests. We will see you again in the future."

"All I can say is WOW. This place has really pulled a fast one over on all of us. It has not been remodelled and it has not been cleaned in who knows how long.
So when we checked in we had stained towels, bugs, dirt all over the floor, someone's hair all over the floor, and it was very dirty everywhere. We complained and they said we were being picky about the bugs, hair, and dirt. They showed us another room that was also not cleaned in forever.
We ended up leaving the hotel that night and never looked back. All I can say is wow. Good luck if you plan to stay here."

"Overall our room was ok. It was nothing fancy but had everything you needed to get by. The staff was very friendly and happy to help you out in anyway they could. The pool was perfect, cleaned every morning, temp was nice for the kids to swim all day and into the evening. Local was great for us, easy to get on hwy to main attractions, or walkin distance to restuants and shops. I felt very safe which is a huge things for me and my family, the layout of the hotel was nice, didnt feel like just anyone could walk around the pool and game area.
Overall I would rate my stay at RoyaleParcSuites a good experiences and would consider stay there again. For the money I think it was a great place to stay, ideal for families."

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my family or friends! The shuttles were a joke! one time drop off 2 hrs before and after the park opens and closes! With kids! This is crap! The breakfast was a joke! plain cereals, gross runny not cooked scrambled eggs (COLD). COLD frozen waffels! No fruit, no selection, no healthy choices! We spend more money on food and transportation because of the misinformation of this hotel.
They cheaped out in anyway possiable! The free drinks from 6-7pm, nice but no one is there to enjoy this at that time cause they are all at the disney parks. It should be allowed one drink a day anytime per guest over 21!! They are not there to serve you. No towels in the room we always had to call and get some. Beds never made with sheets on them. House keeping should be fired!!
At the pool NEVER towels. If you ask the front desk they say oh there are no more so use your room towels, but we had no room towels!! Towels are stained and ripped! I wondered if they were even clean!!
Carpets in 2 rooms we had were both ripped and frayed at the door ways so I find it hard to believe that they are NEW. Just another lie! Our sink in the bathroom was plugged and house keeping did nothing about it when they saw it!
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!! SPEND THE EXTRA $200 AND STAY ON A DISNEY RESORT!

"I thought I had done my due diligence...The first issue was the room itself. We are a family of 4 and I had booked a room through BookIt with a king bed and the sofa pull out. The room we were given had 2 double beds and the pull out. When we went back down to reception to change the room type, we were told there would be an adiditional charge. Thank goodness I brought the original print out from BookIt which showed no such charge would be applied - what a scam!
The room with the king bed did not have enough towels, the pull out bed had no sheets on it, the breakfast was slim pickings at best. Truly the very basics - ('srambled eggs' from some kind of mix, toast, some cereals, coffee - the 'butter' was even immitation spread, yuck!)
We had booked in for 2 nights and moved after the first. I would NOT recommend this hotel."

"Upon checking in we were a half hour early to our 4pm check in and they stated that we could not check in until 4pm so along with around 40 other people we had to wait in a very cramped lobby. The rooms were nice, along with the breakfast however eggs and waffles got old after 5day stay. Shuttle service was very very poor. Our bus broke down in the parking lot so we had to wait approx. half hour to get the bus going. The shuttles were always late and never parked in the same spot so the 'line' didnt matter, it became a free for all. I also do not call shuttle service 3 pick ups at nite and if you miss it you have to take a 25 dollar taxi. We went to sea world and waited 1 hr and 45 minutes for our shuttle to pick us up. Over all very disappointed on the service, I would not recommend."

"I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. Their homepage advertisement makes one feel like they are getting a good hot breakfast, a nice newly remodeled room, and a beautiful view but, the fact is, you are not! It seems that this hotel is doing just enough to make the ad true, but you are not getting what you pay for. There are extra fees when you arrive which makes the total cost higher, they advertise a free hot or cold breakfast but they served scrambled eggs, toast or waffles and cereal every morning. Most continental breakfast, at other places, would have more choices than that on a daily basis. The room smelled like urine and several of the kitchen appliances didn't work properly. The building had new looking paint, but the door hinges were old and rusted and various other areas of the room didn't look new or clean at all. The staff at the front desk, on most days, was RUDE and VERY UNFRIENDLY. They did not ask about our stay or say thank you when we checked out. They simply ran our info and handed over a receipt. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will give them a little credit by saying that the staff was willing to move us to a different room, but it was not much better. The refrigerator was broke and the lights were not all working in one of the rooms. It was also a bit dirty. I found hair in the bathroom floor and noticed numerous strands of hair in what was suppose to be a clean towel. Gross!!!! I didn't feel that the staff would have listened if I had continued to complain. I do not recommed this hotel to ANYONE!!!"

"I will try to present details in an objective fashion (except in my conclusion), as to why no one should ever choose Royale Parc Suites for their stay in the Orlando area.
1. Confusing auto-answer phone system - If you try calling outside of business hours, you are cycled endlessly through a menu, and are unable to reach a live person.
2. No shuttle from the airport.
3. A collective 'Not-my-fault/Talk-to-someone-else' mentality by pretty much all of the staff.
4. First night, there were no towels in the room. We had to call the front desk and ask for them. We received decent sized towels delivered. The next night, towels were replaced in the room but they were much smaller.
4a. The towels are so cheap that when you use them they shed lint on you, and feel like they are scratching your skin when you use them.
4b. The hotel participates in the saving water program, meaning you need to leave your towels on the floor if you want them replaced. The second night, we left them on the floor hoping to have the same towels we were given the first night. The towels were re-folded and put back on rack as clean; they were not even folded properly to try and fool us.
4c. The other nights, towels were not removed from the room, but were thrown haphazardly against whatever furniture happened to be close.
4d. I found a hair in the towel to be used as a mat - needless to say, I used one of the hand towels for a mat instead.
5. We were told by our BookIt.com representative that Royale Parc had a different hot breakfast every day, including fresh fruit and a large selection of items. In reality, there were runny scrambled eggs and cold silver dollar pancakes the first half of our stay, and runny scrambled eggs and bulk raw eggo waffles the second half. This caused complications in that you needed to toast your own waffles and it caused backups.
5a. My entire family, myself included, suffered an intestinal bug for a couple of days after our return. The eggs and lack of sanitary conditions (no proper sneeze guards installed) are highly suspect.
6. The room is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The tile was falling off the wall in the bathroom, the tint on the bedroom window was half ripped off, and the door was extremely difficult to open and hold open.
7. They neglected to tell us that if you hold the handle down on the room door that it unlocks the door. My wife only found this out because she had to return to the room to retrieve something and found the door unlocked. I asked the front desk attendant who explained that to me, and told me what I needed to do to fix it - at no time did he ever offer to assist.
8. Extremely firm mattresses (and I do mean extremely).
9. (A guess here on the exact number) 100 thread-count sheets.
10. Very old pillows, most of which were polyfil and 1 or 2 of which were feather.
11. Every day when we would return, we would find the curtains open (front and rear), and both air conditioning units set to high fan and 65 degrees. The room was freezing every time we returned, and anyone who would have walked by would have seen the things we own laying out. Pair that with number 7 above...
12. We decided to switch from a king bed room to two double beds, since they had no rollaway beds to offer for our 2-year-old daughter. I accidentally left the sippy cup that my daughter was using in the refrigerator. We called the front desk to ask for it, since you would assume that on a final clean the room is checked top to bottom in preparation for the next guest. The front desk attendant told my wife that we needed to speak with housekeeping. My wife insisted, and they called the housekeeping office but it was nowhere to be found. So I can surmise one of 4 things:
12.1: It was left in the room for the next guests to find.
12.2: It was removed and thrown away instead of being sent to lost and found.
12.3: It was removed and kept by the housekeeper.
12.4: It was sent to lost and found, but we were lied to that it was checked for.
13. We were charged a 7.00 per night resort fee, supposedly for high-speed internet, breakfast. towels for the pool, and transportation to the Walt Disney resorts.
13a. The high-speed internet never worked - I tried with 3 different devices on multiple days and never was able to stay connected.
13b. No supervision of the pool was in evidence, even at 11 PM or midnight - I was not going to allow my family around the craziness going on there.
13c. I'll save transportation to Disney for another bullet as that one is a safety/legal matter.
13d. See note about breakfast above.
13e. I demanded the return of that resort fee since I felt we were not given what we were promised. I was not able to talk with a manager while we were there, since all the managers took the day after Christmas (a very busy time of year) off. I received a message on my cell the next day from the front desk manager stating that we were being refunded the fee, but I still have not seen the credit on our card - I will still need to follow that up.
14. Transportation to Walt Disney World resorts - This is provided by a company called Platinum Transportation. They only transport to Epcot Center, then you need to take alternate transport from there (Disney tram or bus). This happens about 3 times in the morning hours, then it switches to 3 or 4 times return from Epcot (and one late bus from the ticketing center) at night. The first day, we were able to sit on a 70 passenger bus to Epcot - a good start. That night, we figured it would be a problem to show up 15 minutes early for the ride back - we were very, very wrong. There were easily 100 people waiting for what I figured would be that same 70 passenger bus. What showed up was a 40 passenger bus; and only that. There was a line for the bus that immediately dissolved once the bus was there, because everyone feared for being left behind after walking all day. There is no seating in the area you catch the bus, so everyone had been sitting on the bare concrete. My wife was carrying my child, and was being crushed in the melee. The bus driver was visibly afraid of what was happening as well. Luckily, she got in and was offered a seat by a kind passenger. The driver did not call another bus, but rather made people sit on other people's laps, and filled the center walkway of the bus front-to-back with people standing for the trip back to the hotel. While driving back, I noticed the ABS and brake light on the dash of this grossly-overloaded bus were illuminated. The driver had to step on the brakes hard at one point, and a fully-grown man was carried by momentum into the 70 year old woman being made to stand in the aisle in front of him.
I told the person at the concierge about it, who said it wasn't their responsibility and I needed to speak with the front desk. I did so, and was told the general manager of the hotel would be notified.
The next day, I was made to stand in the same 40 passenger bus with the faulty brakes on the way to Epcot, and nothing was done by the hotel or Platinum Transportation. This continued our entire stay. In another poignant moment, there were 3 people who had arrived 3 minutes late for the bus. It was of course grossly overloaded by that point, and the driver laughed and told them that they would need to take a taxi.
The last night we went to Disney World, we decided to take the late bus back from the ticketing center. This time, there were maybe 120 people and I suspected they were going to try and get away with sending the 40 person bus again. I decided to be proactive and call Platinum Transportation to warn them that there were way too many people for that small bus, and they needed to send two 70 passenger buses to handle the load. The man on the phone essentially brushed me off, and sure enough, up pulls a 40 passenger bus with faulty brakes close to an hour late. The driver said there was nothing we could do but pile in. He said that if we didn't have a girlfriend or boyfriend we should introduce ourselves to someone and have them sit on our laps. So, we fit over 100 people in a 40 passenger bus with faulty brakes, again. There was a boy of about 8 years old who had to cram himself on the floor in the very rear of the bus because he did not have any room to stand.
I again reported it to the hotel, and again nothing was done. We decided to skip our last day at Disney World instead of risking our lives once more on that bus.
Bookit.com - you charged us more for Royale Parc Suites because you said it was a better hotel than Radisson. You need to do your research before you sell packages - it is deceptive advertising.
Royale Parc Suites - I think the only thing that will fix all you have going wrong is new ownership and new leadership, or tearing your hotel down and having people stay elsewhere. Regardless, I hope that by reading this (as long as someone actually takes the time to read it), some level of change might at least be considered.
Platinum Transportation - your owners should be arrested, your company should be fined, and it should be driven out of business. To say you were unaware that the buses would be busy during Christmas is criminally negligent.

"We were very dissatisfied with our bookit experience. The motel was dirty and not remodeled. It did not offer the amminities as stated. Breakfast consited of scrambled eggs and frozen pancakes. There was not any coffee bar as stated. The hotel only offered two buses to epcot and none to the other disney parks. Only two trips back and if you needed to come back before 6pm . No Way. Very limited space on bus and was first come first serve then you get your own way. We ended up paying to park each day. (14.00) Actual place looks nothing like the photos and ads.
I don't know how you are to be sure as we called and talked to the hotel staff and was misled.

"The hotel was relatively clean both around the site and the rooms. Each night has a 1 hr free drinks at the bar which was nice on the first night. The free breakfast was a bit weak. Scrambled eggs and some sort of waffle or pancake but no meat. Other pluses included free parking, free wifi and a free business center to print emails.
This hotel was located quite close to Disney and was easy to get to. The rooms where quite large and bases on everything, we would stay there again next time."

"To start off our vacation experience we arrived at our hotel to find a somewhat dirty room and looked nothing like in the pictures. The beds did sleep well ( we were tired) Thwe morning brought us to the breakfast of scrambled eggs, somewhat warm, and frozen pancakes you had to put into the toaster to get warm. Nothing else. I don't consider this a full breakfast. We did not find the coffee bar that was advertised. We were told we would only have two bus rides to the Epcot park only. and then two in the evening. after 6pm. Nonew gong to the other parks. I really don't believe that it was as advertised. WE did talk to the manager and got the room cleaned pretty good after the second day. We ended up paying for parking every day ($14.00 each) that we had not intended to pay. My daughter called the Hotel prior to our arrival and they told her everything totally different than what we found. I am unsatisfied with the Bookit site not checking out the people they are representing. There were alot of people complainting vocally but I am not sure if they made reservations with BookIt.

"This was a last min. birthday / early christmas gift for my mother and my neice. The hotel was very clean and well staffed. Breakfast wasnt that great but simple and good enough to start the day! One problem was that the ice machines didnt work on several floors. I would reccomend this hotel to all family and friends. 5 mins, to Disney which was a plus. Close to all shopping and food. "The hotel staff was great, very prompt to our needs, curious and helpful. The pool was clean and enjoyed by the kids during our stay... The bathrooms were a little tight on space, but clean. The pull out couch had its issues, but worked for one night sleep. Breakfast was okay, not enough tables to seat the amount of guests the hotel holds, but overflow to the patio area was ok - weather permitting... Rooms were spacious, carpets were dirty as we had to wear dark socks or house shoes to keep the bottom of our feet from getting dirty. Housecleaning was great as well. Towels were a little on the shabby side, worn/used and small... All in all we had a great stay for the money...."

"Hi, I have being at orlando 2 times this year, first I choose a normaal one room hotel like many in orlando, I felt crazy in one rome, so this hotel is like an apartment, so nice so clean BUT TWO THINGS, it needs ice machines, and a bigger refrigerator, a normal one 9 feet. If the hotel were mine, I put a nice restaurant, because the hotel is perfect in rooms. AND WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH SMOOKING, ofcourse not near a child or someone who care, smoke is not a sin all places in Orlando are the same with this topic. "First of all the name seems to be a way of making it sound more inviting. The picture on the website looks nothing like the hotel (same shape maybe). The whole new orleans theme is based on a few pictures in the lobby and a couple of more trinkettes here and there. I got a two bedroom suite to make our stay more comfortable for the family (2 adults, 2 kids). The second bedroom did not have a tv in it. When I called the lobby to ask if they had a two bedroom suite with a tv in each bedroom, I was told that I had to upgrade to a deluxe suite, as if I did not pay enough for a two bedroom suite. There was no welcome party as advertised when you arrive at the hotel. We were told that only if you arrive at a certain time of day will you get a welcome greeting from the hotel. I could have cared less about the welcoming but I just thought it was tacky that they advertise this. Room service came in one day and took all our dirty towels out of our room and never replaced one. When we came back to our room from a long day at disney there was one towel and a couple of hand towels left for a family of four. I had to call and request some more towels. The rooms at the hotel seemed very cluttered like a tight apartment building and if you are suposed to see fireworks from the hotel...we never seen it. I did not book this hotel to see fireworks from the hotel, but again tacky to give that impression. Not impressed with this property'."

"This hotel has all of the bells and whistles, you get a separate living room with a large flat screen, and a kitchenette with microwave and stove, and then the bathroom is small but functional. The bedroom is large and spacious with another big flat screen TV. The beds are extremely comfortable. You also get free cocktail hours with name brands served. The breakfast is nice too, they change it up too so you are not eating the same thing every morning. The inside courtyard is nice and landscaped and very inviting with all of the French ornamental iron fences and path. Beautiful and tasteful is what this hotel is. The guest service was excellent. For the nay sayers, I am not sure who they have stayed with better, but I have stayed at those high fluting places too and the only thing different was the bill at the end!"

"We only stayed one night. Got there really late, 11:00pm. Only had time to sleep. It seemed ok for the price. Clean, safe, nice pool area. I would try it again. Went with a family.

"Our family of six were quite comfortable with 2 bedroom suite. Three flat screens covered different viewing choices for downtime after return from parks. Buffet breakfast saved time & $$ - pancakes, french toast, waffles, oatmeal, pastry & fruit alternated daily and made quite a satisfying meal - enough variety to skip the dreaded hash (just OK). Friendly staff. Location great - close access to Disney freeway to all the parks & lots of food and dining options within a few blocks, easy walk. For the price, overall quite happy with our stay and would return here again."

"Hotel is very nice. Near Epcot but nothing else and the shuttle service is lacking with trips to Universal at 7:40AM-7:30pm return, same as Sea World.
Restaurant is only good for the breakfast or pizza but little else and there is little within walking distance. Need a car which we didn't have."

"2 room suite was spacious and comfortable. Liked having 2 bathrooms.
Breakfast was so so. Shuttle to Universal was only once a day at 7:40. To early. They should have had had more shuttles. Had to pay $15 per day to park at Universal. Outdoor bar opened late at 3 everyday.
Think I would stay at a more upscale resort next time. Been spoiled by Disney properties in the past."

"Stayed here for Our trip to Disney. It wasn't too far, Took maybe 5 mins to get to the parks. Everything was very good for the price. The breakfast wasn't anything amazing, but it was free. The happy hour from 6-7 was very nice.
We had a 2 br suite. It was a ncie size and always clean. All of the staff that I encountered, were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone on a budget and can't stay at a Disney resort."

"Hi, this was our second trip in two years time to Royale Parc Suites Hotel and we are very happy with the hotel. When we checked-in they offered a free upgrade to king size bed with spa bath and it was excellent. We find the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the theme parks with the free shuttle sevice and the shops and dinning just cross the road, perfect positioning for everything. The hotel very good value for money. The only thing is they had two groups there and they been a bit noisey so we decided not to go to the pool. It would have been nice if the manegment take some control and other guest can enjoy the pool. Overall we recomend and will return to Royal Parc, thank you."

"It was like having our own one bedroom apt. in Florida with free breakfasts. We loved the location and there were many amenities around the hotel. There was even a reasonable gift shop in front of it. Sure beat the prices in the parks. The shuttle was priceless; it took us to & from the Disney parks for free every day!! Loved our stay!!"

"Rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is very well located to commute to the Disney or Universal parks. Cleaning was fair, not outstanding.
Only issue was actually with the management enforcing the hotel rules. One day a bunch of college baseball players literally invaded the hotel, shouting, drinking beer, eating and smoking at the pool and the jacuzzi (all activities clearly prohibited as per a couple of signboards in the pool area). Hotel management coudn't or did not want to do anything about it, so that day the pool was in practice unavailable for other hotel guests.

"Hotel clean but quite dated. Repeatedly had to ask for additional towels, although delivered quickly. Breakfast a good bonus. Shuttle service to Disney parks 4-5 times, return trips only 3 in evening so could NOT return to hotel in afternoon and return to parks in evening unless took a taxi. Overall not bad but if returned to Disney world in the future would stay at Disney resort despite the added cost due to shuttle service."

"We enjoyed our stay at Royale Parc Suites. When we first checked in, they had us in a room with two double beds. The bathroom had a bad musty smell. They didn't want to exchange our room unless we paid a fee ... but after some discussion, we had our room exchanged for a king bed. The suites were large and clean. We really enjoyed the free breakfast. This saved us money. The cocktail hour every evening was also a bonus. The pool area was very nice as well. We were there for 10 days and were pleased. We had a rental car and were very close to the parks. Very good location. We also took advantage of the free shuttle service. We would stay at this hotel again. "

"Hi this was my frist time in Orlando coming from Philadelphia an my stay their was great. I arrived after a long flight that got in at 8pm and than I was giving without any extra charge a room up grade , from a mini suite to a two bedroom suite, the jacuzzi was nice the free breakfast buffet was great wow i would stay again the yes nice clean showers and all the works , two thumbs up for a three star hotel wow great location for shopping and eating , 7eleven right next to it "

"Just returned from a six night stay. The hotel was a good value for me and three young adult children. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious for us but may be cramped for more than 6 unless the kids are small. The wifi was not great on the far side of the hotel, but it was fine at the pool and patio areas. The breakfast was a time and money saver, especially when since I was able to spice up the eggs with cheese and other things which we got from the grocery store across the street. The location was great. It was a straight shot to the Disney parks and about 15 minutes to Universal. Every type of fast food and chain restaurants were minutes away. The shuttle ran 3 or 4 times in the morning and the evening to Disney and once in the morning and evening to Seaworld and Universal. If you want some flexibility in your schedule or have young kids get a car. It makes it so easy to go back to the hotel if it starts raining or if you need a break before the nighttime activities. "

"This hotel was a real value. The free Disney shuttle and free breakfast sold us. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, groceries... We didn't even rent a car for the 10 days we were there and never needed to. The room was very spacious and comfortable, although it looked nicer in the pictures, but for the price and all the extras it was perfectly fine!"
