"No front desk/reception staff upon arrival and departure. Expected more from a hotel this size. Staff was efficient but lacked enthusiasm or just a 'hello or welcome' shouldn't be much to expect. Felt I was prying them from something more important in the room behind reception desk. Room decor was a little dated."
