The north tower is nice since it does not have carpet. We stayed on the tower with carpet the very first time we were there and it was a little smelly... This second time we stayed at the North Tower, much better... no carpet. This time we travel without our dog so I dont understand why we got the room without carpet. The dogs should be staying at the rooms with title... my personal opinion. The toilet in the room did not work 100% we had to keep opening the water to flush. The cleaning crew d... Read more

If ur doin the time share u have to go to the welcome center first b4 waiting in the endless check in line. Pool is nice. We went in for a swim for about a half hour b4 some workers came out to tell us we shouldn't be swimming in there Bc chemicals were put in there...no signs or anything. We just walked in and the doors that were all supposed to be locked but apparently two, including the main one were unlocked and they said they didn't know who unlocked them. Service and cleanliness was awesome. Only thing was the noise on the first floor was a lot. The doors weren't very sound proof and we could hear everyone in the hall and room next door. Other than that it was a good stay.

The hotel needs a make over. Old tile floors, shower peeling, towels were old/over used, good thing I travel with my own. If you just need a place to rest your head not a bad deal, just don't expect to be wowed.

This hotel offered all that was needed for a good stay. I was impressed by the onsite gift shop and concierge service. The rooms were modern and spacious, however, the ice machine on the 5th floor was pretty loud! The breakfast selection was small for not dishing out the $$ but it was good enough for me. All in all, I had a good stay. Thank you!

One of the better resorts. The room was very clean and it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful, professional, and courteous. It was located close to what we wanted to do and they are pet friendly and great to my pooch.

I found the hotel very clean, updated and best guest services. Came in late, met the Night Auditor Antonio. What a nice and pleasant first impression of the hotel. Amanda, in guest services is a must to meet if you decide to stay here. She went out of her way to welcome us, she's very informative and we got a lot of information about the area. Keep up the good work!

The rooms was nice, neat, clean with freshness in the air. The bathroom was big with a soak in tub. The bed was nice and firm. Didn't want to leave so we extended our stay a extra two days. The staff was very friendly as well!

I booked this room as a vacation promotion. The hotel is very worn and the facilities need a drastic upgrade. Our room smelled like cat urine and we left after two nights. Had to apologize to my wife for getting us in this terrible hotel. Please do not go unless you can't afford anything else.

The hotel needs to be renovated and made to feel more secure safety wise. Upon arrival the room smelled of pure bleach, but looked like the pictures on the Internet. Housekeeping corrected the smell with Eco friendly products. We stayed 6 days and began to notice things. Doors entering the hotel were not secure and easily accessible. The bathroom was not being cleaned completely on a daily basis. The toilet accumulated stains and the floors were not cleaned regularly, two of my pet peeves. The b... Read more

My girlfriend and I stood here for a few days back in October 2015, and we had a pleasant stay here. rooms were clean and updated, pool was very nice, parking was great, theme parks were within a few minutes drive and it was located in an area where there were plenty of restaurants and places to shop. I would definitely come back here next time (Hopefully sooner rather than later)

This is a pretty good hotel! You are located right next to the Walt Disney campus with plenty of food and tourist shops located near by. The hotel has two pools, a food court with a restaurant, bar, and Pizza Hut, gym equipment, and laundry facility. There are shuttles that will take you to Universal Studios and WDW, with the latter having more frequent trips. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. I would say that this facility is a bit older and could use some updates. It looks li... Read more

We came as a school group so there was a lot of us. When we first arrived I was extremely dissatisfied with the front desk services as I couldn't understand why our rooms were not already assigned when they knew our group was coming so we had to wait for what seemed like forever for them to simply give us our room. Once we were able to finally get in, the room itself was not bad. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. We always left very early in the morning for the parks and arrived back ver... Read more

There are some pluses to this hotel. 1) It's close to Disney World main gate. 2) It's close to many restaurants. That's about it. The rooms and facilities are in need of repair. That I could have overlooked if it wasn't for the incredible, literally out of control noise that goes on in the pool and up and down the halls throughout the night. I stayed seven nights at this hotel and three of the seven nights there were loud parties of screaming and yelling adults and teens down at the pool. They w... Read more

The hotel needs to be updated. The room I stayed in was in need of repairs. The staff were professional. Some were friendly. I was expecting more. The gym was very small and needed some upgrading. The carpets in the hall were extremely dirty.

This year, our family chose the Park Inn to host our annual Reunion and we were more than pleased. The entire staff was great! From the Receptionist at check-in to the Bartender(s). The Park has fantastic amenities and the hotel as a whole was extremely accommodating to our Families needs. We'll most definitely be returning.

Hotel's per night room charge is reasonable, but guests are charged an additional per night "resort fee" upon check out (which for me totaled $120.00). I never stepped in their pool or used any of the amenities there (assuming there were any), but was forced to pay for something I did not want or use. Guests in Orlando have many other nice choices off off Route 192. If you want to be in this area, stay somewhere else. The actual hotel (it is NOT a resort) looks NOTHING like the posted pictur... We had some family problems while staying in this hotel. The hotel personnel, and especially manager Shadai Candelario were wonderfully supportive and went out of their way to make my daughter and me feel comfortable and secure. They are truly a model of professional hospitality. Thank you for everything!

Based on the Expedia reviews I was very much looking forward to my stay. Upon arrival, the person at the check in desk did not greet me and I waited for 15 minutes to be helped while she continued to speak on the phone without looking up. We stayed in the north tower and the elevator buttons didn't light up, which immediately put us off. The room was a bit odd, the floors completely tiled and the bathroom tub was all chipped and covered up with green paint. The room did not feel modern and the b... Read more

We attended a timeshare presentation and we received the free hotel stay. To call this hotel a resort seems unfair. With a resort title I expect more. Overall the hotel stay wasn't terrible...we had a clean bed to sleep in and 2 pools to enjoy. The hotel seemed to be very busy and I think that is due to the lower room rate. Even though we received the stay for free I still priced the room to see how much the average rate was. Because I assume the hotel is always fairly busy, the hotel shows tre... Read more

We have just arrived at this hotel and I want to leave straight away! There is NO soundproofing at this hotel. We are in a room where there is a family with lots of children next door who are screaming and shouting, crying and banging the wall to our room. Nightmare!!! And we haven't even been here for 1 hour yet. When booking hotels I try to stick to the Radisson / Carlson chain for loyalty but this hotel is off my list. The hotel was nice and clean. Convenient to the Disney properties, especially close to Animal Kingdom. The price was not that great for where it is located. There is an $18 "resort fee," which is added at check-in. It was not much of a resort, just a decent hotel.

Our family of 3 recently stayed in this hotel. There is a little mini theater for kids to watch a Disney movie, a Sega Station for the kids (nice touch with this video game throwback), two pools, restaurants, conference space, and very clean rooms. The beds were comfortable. Parking was free and ample. There was free wi-fi that worked great. If you ask for a Magical View Room you can see the fireworks from the Disney parks at night.
