We stayed here for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised. Our room wasn't ready when we came in but the desk clerk gave us a similar room on the same floor that was ready and we were very pleased with it. We had a balcony on the 8th floor and were able to watch the nightly fireworks from Disney World from our balcony. The hotel was clean. The lobby was spacious. You are able to rent an Alamo car right in the hotel lobby which was very convenient. Also, they provide free shuttles to ... Read more

This Holiday Inn is not a true 5 star hotel in the traditional sense, but as far as service goes it was definitely 5 star for us. We stayed up and down the coast in Florida from May 10, 2016-May 17, 2016 and paid a lot for some very "nice" hotels that weren't very nice at all compared to this Holiday Inn. The room was clean, the grounds were well maintained the pool was surprisingly very cool. I didn't have high expectations because it was such a great deal (you get what you pay for mentality... This hotel needs to be updated. The elevators filled with dust, food stains, and 1 out of 4 wasn't working. Not to mention, the rooms black out curtain was stained and marked up by crayons and dust. Carpet from the elevator to the rooms stained and not vacuumed. I spotted a microwave outside someone's door. We had a room with a bunk, the air does not circulate well and I side of the room is cold and the other hot. Housekeeping didn't replenish us with fresh towels after cleaning the room. We sta... We booked this hotel because of the star rating and location. The star rating is not accurate at all. It's very old and rooms are dirty. Pool is very small and everything in this hotel needs to be desperately renovated. We were on the 8th in the back you would think it would be quiet. No, wrong! Walls are paper thin so we were awakened at 3:30 am to people yelling and then them getting sick at 4:45 am. Worst hotel ever stayed at in Kissimmee. Stay away people. We are very regular visitors to this hotel travelling twice a year from the Uk.Its location is good.its facilities are excellent and the staff are universally brilliant.Sure it needs a refurb and the bar still needs a rework and draught beer but it always provides a comfortable and relaxing base for us to explore the many different aspects of Florida. The pool was perfect this time. We will return in October and in April/may are taking our whole family over.

I like staying at this hotel when I travel to Orlando on business. It's close to the parks and restaurants right off I4. Tania at the front desk is great, she was friendly and answered all my questions. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge and microwave. I also like the breakfast in the cafe. I have never had any problems staying at this hotel.

Location is on a busy main road. We had 2 family rooms which were both located on the 6th floor to the front of the hotel. Very, very noisy and we were told that the family rooms are all at the front! Balcony doors would not open and we're screwed shut at the bottom.... Not safe in the event of a fire. The hotel is about 4 to 6 miles away from Disneyworld (depending on which park) and less than a mile to some nice restaurants such as olive garden, red lobster, and Ichiban Chinese buffet. I booked this hotel through the ??Express Deals?? option of Priceline, which I had been satisfied with in the past. This was an ok hotel. Definitely older and a little run down. Tons of kids. Not a great business hotel. This is more families with kids visiting the theme parks. If that is why you are here then it's a decent hotel. Rates are good. There is a resort fee so be aware. There is plenty in the hotel to do with families. If you want a business hotel try a different property.

Being in the industry I can say that this hotel needs help. Cleanliness and condition would be the top issues. Also customer service could use some guidance. For example when you ask to be sure that the credit card used to make the reservation is not charged only to find out after you depart that the card was charged before check-in and nobody mentions that, it's a problem. Especially when it overdrafts your account and has now been reported to the credit bureau. Thanks guys!

This was not my originally scheduled and researched Holiday Inn hotel; however, Holiday Inn has a vacation club that they send you to after you call and book with them. Flat screen tv, nice pillows, smelled good. Nice towels and the bed was very comfortable. Air worked. And I had a balcony room. My room had a small fridge but not a microwave. Everything was cool. We paid $60 per night and we thought it was absolutely worth it. Bed was comfortable, lobby was nice, great location. I appreciated how much counter space was in the bathroom, enough to spread out a little. There were a few downsides. The elevator did scare us a little (we took the stairs when possible). Wildlife outside was a little loud (though not unreasonable, and you can't blame the hotel). Otherwise we were very pleased with our week-long stay.

Stayed here total of 7 nights. Wonderful location, close to both Disney and Universal. Easy to get to from this location. Tons of things within walking distance or short drive. Very Clean, ample safe parking, great pillows, and even during the hurricane, great service and amenities. Would recommend for both business and leisure travel.

This is my dad's go to hotel. The bunk bed rooms are great for kids. A little cramped, but a wall seperates theose from a queen bed. Each area has their own tv which was nice. They have a beautiful pool area with hot tub and a baby pool, as well. Breakfast was great! It was a full buffett. The staff was so helpful and So many choices. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. It is next to a McDonalds and within walking distance of other restaurants and shops. Disney is very close and Walmart is less... Read more

This is a good hotel if you plan to only sleep there. No free breakfast and I don't recommend getting the continental breakfast, there are better restaurants in walking distance. Staff is a little confused on parking protocol and front desk complained about manager to other staff members, not very professional. Ample parking and good location to parks. Room was clean and acceptable.

Earlier this week I traveled with my 15-year-old daughter to Orlando to visit DisneyWorld and Universal Studios. Our travel agent booked us into the Holiday Inn Orlando SW??Celebration hotel since it was located between Disney and Universal and offered shuttles to both. However, our three-day stay was easily the most disappointing hotel experience I??ve ever had. When we arrived the front desk had no record of our reservation, even though we had booked it through a travel agent and paid in ad... Read more

Clean motel w/accommodating staff. Exhaust fan in bathroom runs all the time if the light is on w/a roaring sound, so you can't use the light for a night light. Upholstered chairs were soiled. Mattress is not protected in an enclosed zipped cover. When acquiring a room, be sure to request an "inner" room so that your balcony (although nice) does not face the back entrance because the tour buses unload until late and load super early under the canopy. Their engines roar and everyone is talking... Read more

The only reason that this property didn't get five stars was because it is a little bit older, but the amenities are excellent and contemporary for any business stay or meetings. Immaculate facilities and rooms. The staff and management go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. If you are on a family trip, this is still a great choice and one of the best values in the entire area. Pool area, spa, and workout facility. Can't say enough good things!! Book with confidence. Stay here.

We took two rooms. They were not connected but next to each other. Staff was very nice with us. The hotel location is great. Lots of nearby businesses and food option. Parking is usually overloaded. This was the only issue I can report. Breakfast was great.

My friends and I came to stay here for the weekend we wanted the free breakfast and free shuttle service. The shuttle service to get to the park ran at 830 am and 930 am that is it! and you do not get picked up till 9 pm!! Then we had another person coming with us and I told them before we added another person. They would not give us breakfast for my other friend, they said on the website that it says breakfast for 2 adults... which is does not. I would not recommend this hotel to people if you ... The property is an excellent location. Supposedly its busiest hotel in North America. Which might be part of the problem the hotel seems to be in need of a refurbishment. This could be hard to do if it stays busy year round however the place need spruced up. It felt dark and damp. The water pressure is laughable. It was clean. This isn't a housekeeping problem or an on-site staff problem they were friendly and helpful. There's a great pool area and a kids playground. We're spire elite members of... Read more

Very good. Even though our visit was short due to it being a late check-in everything went well. My boys loved the bunk bed even though I thought it was a bit tall for toddlers. Crib was sent up in perfect timing. The hotel was in a convenient location near food and stores. Only con was that it took the hot water awhile to heat up but that is expected in a hotel. Overall I would stay here again.

I travel all over the U.S. and Canada for business and when I booked this stay I was a little concerned after reading the comments but I thought I could always check out if I wasnt happy. First of all the manager personally contacts guest after check-in and thanks you and asks that if you have any issues to contact him. I was contacted via text message a couple of times during my stay as I am sure that they want to make sure you are happy. The amenities are important to me and they were great! T... Read more

Price was right! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are on the tighter side - tower 2. Not enough outlets for my family's electronics without unplugging much needed lamps. Breakfast is not open for early risers.

Im going to stay in this hotel in december, and Im already a bit disappointed. I sent an email asking a question about sending packeges to the hotel. Jim Fleck answered that yes, that that was a charge. I then said that in the website it says that "prior to the arrival" there is a 5$ fee, but what if I send something when Im already in there? Or the website was worng or he wasnt answering what I asked. His answer was completely rude, I cant believe a hotel employee sent an email this rude to a... Read more

Went down there for the night and to see the car show and great stuff across the street... Awesome car show every Saturday night with a cool amusement park next door to that for the kids. Always a good time. Very clean for an older hotel and very quiet at lights out...

Holiday Inn booked us here for a timeshare presentation at Orange Lake Resort. We thought that was a bit strange to ask us to buy into a timeshare, have us fly down to Florida, and have us stay somewhere else other than the timeshare (which went into our decision not to buy). With that said. This is a very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby, a souvenir shop down the street, and even an amusement park across the street. It appears to be very well kept. And we were very comfortable while t... Read more

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is old, but clean. The rooms are very small. The bathroom are the smallest I've ever seen. We had the room with bunk beds. The upper bed was so shaky, my kids refused to sleep there. The staff was nice.

So, the room was tight for our family of 4. My kids loved the bunk beds but I think they give the room a feeling of being closed in. The pool was better than I imagined. If you want a balcony you will need to specifically request as the front side has only the cosmetic balcony- not big enough to walk on to. The staff were fantastic! The room was clean but the hotel could use an update. Proximity to parks is excellent. If you're only looking for budget and a place to safely rest your head this is... Read more
