"I thought Encantada Resort was an excellent place to stay while visiting Orlando. The condo's are setting up well, especially for families. I would recommend this spot to friends and family. Just one word of advise, best to book for stays closer to one week or longer. The hot tub exoerience was outstanding! Great way to wind down after a day at theme parks and other activities."

"This was a clean, attractive resort. Our hot tub did not work and there were some problems with the cable on the first night. The staff were friendly but not as efficient as one might like when it came to repairs. The townhouses are beautiful and clean. The location is close to Disney. Great if you want a quiet, family experience."

"This is my first time ever writing a review about a hotel stay and I must say this was my best stay ever in the Orlando area. The front desk staff was great and I we were not disappointed when we opened the unit's door. We were beyond satisfied. There was plenty of room for our needs. The only draw back was that there were not enough bed pillows. Other than that I have been ranting and raving about my stay. Thumbs up!"

"We stayed at the encantada resort for 3 nights while visiting Orlando. It was spacious and very clean. The hot tub was nice and the pool was large. I would stay at the encantada again. I would recommend this resort to anyone staying in Orlando for more than 3 nights though. I wish we could have stayed longer as the condos are set up and include everything needed for a weeks stay. The only thing I wish we would have brought was a cookie sheet because they have all other kitchen utensils, but for some reason no baking sheet for bread and things like that. I wish we would have brought spices like salt and pepper and garlic instead of having to buy all new at the publix, which is conveniently located about a mile away.

All-in-all, thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)"

"Resort was very clean, higher end furnishings and appliances. Patio attached to unit was large, with nice new patio furniture and lounge chairs. Own personal hot tub on patio was great, took a little figuring out to try to get it to work properly. Bed in the Master was a little too firm for my personal taste, but sheet and blankets were clean and comfy. Resort lobby appeared to have been recently remodelled. Check in was friendly and efficient. Pool area closes at Sundown. On site bar is beer and wine only, don't yet have liquor license and closed at 8:00 on Friday and 9:00 on Saturday. Would have been nicer if pool area was lit for night time swimming or if bar was open later with liquor to have a place to relax after the parks, but with the hot tub on your own patio and your own drinks, was not a serious drawback. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again."

"We booked a trip to Orlando. Stayed at Encantada...Nice place, nothing over the top fancy...close to Disney, but we did not take advantage of the resort as we spent our times at Disney and Universal studios. I think this would be a good place to stay if you were planning to stay at the resort and just hang out, but if you just need a bed to recover from days at Disney and other theme parks, you probably could find a cheaper place than this.

Overall, a very nice place, but we probably overspent based on the little amount of time we actually spent at the resort.

"This facility has the potential to be very special. With a few adjustments, guests will have a much more positive experience. The grounds seem to be very nice. Although we didn't use the pool and only entered the main building upon arrival, driving by the buildings the grounds had a nice appearance.

The town houses are spacious. The amenities are mainly basic constriction grade. They did have granite counter tops in the kitchen. That was the only upgraded feature. The beds concerned me. No mattress pad or bed bag was on the mattress. Just a sheet right on the bed. Not a usual practice. The beds weren't very comfortable either. We only stayed 4 nights, so we got through. The people who cleaned the unit prior to our arrival didn't really detail the house. When I called to have them re- clean (urine on the bathroom paper dispenser and tooth paste spit on the wall), none of that was completed. Yuck! That's just a few of the cleaning issues.

The walls had lots of black scuffs on them too along with many spots and the carpeted steps and bedrooms. I assume people who rented previously rubbed their suitcases along the walls and the cleaning staff didn't bother to clean it up. It was a newer home that hasn't been well cared for. I had to pay nearly $100 for a mandatory cleaning fee for staying there and obviously they aren't using that Money to clean. So if you choose to stay here,take the cleaning fee and add that on to the daily rate. Parking for us was included and convenient. Wifi is usually not included. We were offered free wifi, which is a nice perk.

If the property was properly cleaned and maintained, I believe this place could be really a gem. Currently they are very focused on building more units and I feel they should focus on the many unoccupied units they already have. Construction noise was bothersome if you want to sleep in."

"This is an exceptional resort with great amenities - 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, private hot tub and patio at the 2 story townhouse with 2 bed/2.5 baths. Kitchen fully supplied with utensil, appliances everything you'd want and beautifully appointed. Care was taken on comfort and eye appeal. Location is 5 miles from Disney World and most facilities you've heard of are within just a few miles. Loved it!"

"The Townhome was great. The hottub is outside and the weather was cold, so we didn't get to use it. I got a great deal on the room only to find out that in fine print if you stay less than 5 days, you have to pay an extra $96.00 cleaning fee. We stayed one night and had to pay that steep fee. I could see if you walk in with 4 or 6 people, but 2, and only 1 night. I will recommend this hotel, but not for one night and not for a couple."

"The Encantada is conveniently located near the various amusement parks and is a controlled access (gated) resort. The common use areas were well maintained and our townhouse was very nice. 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 TVs. Our only disappointment was the hot tub didn't get hot so we didn't spend time in it. We did call maintenance because the master bath sink drained very slowly. Maint fixed this promptly. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely stay there again."

"When looking online you never know if you made the right choice, let's just say you will not be disappointed with this place, we opted for the WIfi had some problems with the connection, made one call, the staff came out at 8:30 at night was very impressed, the hot tube was ready for use, the kitchen was ready to prepare meals if desired, had all the utensils needed, The front gate is key padded for entry really like that. I would recommend staying here as we would in the future"

"My husband and I stayed at the Encantada April 19-22. We were very pleased at our townhome. It was very clean, spaciuos and looked just like the advertised picture. The front desk personnel was more than nice and we had no problems at all with our stay. We are already planning our next trip and plan to book at this resort. It is a must stay, if you are in this area!!!!"

"Excellent value for money - staff very friendly and willing to be helpful even with the smallest things. UK visitors might appreciate more kitchen equipment, shortage of drinking glasses and there were only two saucepans, but otherwise all facilities were excellent. Would definitely recommend and would go again!"
