"The room was great, the staff was friendly and the pool and attached restaurant were very clean and accessible and nice. The breakfast was enough variety that it pleased even my picky eater! The shuttles however were NOT hourly as advertised and you had to keep to a very strict schedule to catch them and there was very poor explanation of where to meet them as they did not pull up to the lobby door as with most places I have visited in the past. Needless to say, that made for a lot of extra money on cab fares!!"

"We were visiting the area for a wedding in Cape Canaveral but we flew into Orlando and wanted to spend a day at Walt Disney World. We had never been to the area before so the booking was mainly off of reviews and photos. We wanted to stay close by to hopefully walk to WDW but that WAS NOT THE CASE. You could not walk there, it would take wayyy to long. The upside is that they did offer a shuttle service BUT there are limited times that it comes, mainly once so you need to be cautious of the time and what park you are at.

The staff at the front desk is HORRIBLE. When we arrived they were both on the phones, it was funny because another review that I read stated this and it was totally true! Don't expect much from them regarding the area or shuttles.

We only stayed for 2 nights and it worked out because we were never really there much so it was just mainly a bed to sleep in. Our king size room did have a refrigerator and microwave which came in handy. The part we liked is that they did have a continental breakfast which made it easy to grab food and go. It is like other continental breakfasts- cereal boxes, fruit, juices, coffee. The HOT foods they offer are waffles if you are into that.

Overall if you are looking for a place to crash that isn't crazy expensive then this would be an okay choice. But it you do get the opportunity to stay either IN disney or closer by I would suggest looking elsewhere. But for the money it was alright."

"We booked this hotel for 3 nights because it has a hot tub, pool, pool side bar, breakfast and free parking The hot tub was out of order, the pool bar didn't open until 4pm and while there were many choices for breakfast, they were out of most things at 830 am and since we had plans we didn't wait around for them to replenish, but I assume they did. The pictures don't show you that you're hanging out at a pool in a parking lot! Check in/out was a breeze and the price was good, the beds were comfy, TV reception poor, but I wasn't there to watch TV and it has free wifi, which worked fine for me. We stayed at a Disney resort hotel for 4 days prior to this visit. Comparatively, I prefer Disney, but overall the experience at Comfort suites was adequate for the price. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the pool ask for a first floor room by the pool."

"The pool is excellent and the free breakfast more than adequate. The only issue we had was with housekeeping as in our seven day stay we had to call at least twice to front desk for services such as toilet paper, towels, and unmade bed. To be fair, the hotel responded immediately but it was disappointing to come back to a dirty room after a day at Disney."

"I booked this hotel for 3 nights. My boyfriend and I searched for a cheaper hotel in Orlando and picked this one. Our room was clean and comfortable and we didn't miss something. The bathroom was really nice and much bigger than in other hotels that we had stayed in. The stuff was helpful all the time. Also, my boyfriend forgot his ipad in the safe and they were really nice and explained him that he could pick it up or they will send us the packet. I would recommend the hotel to all young people, who don't wanna spend too much money and have a nice stay in Orlando either!"
