"this was the worst DUMP i have every been to in my life. When we arrived at 11p.m. they did not have our rooms, they gave us the two rooms that they had, when we got into the room they were dirty holes in the carpet the towles looked like someone had dirded their dirty hand on them and folded up and put back. The people where rude except one housekeeper, the food was bad, we thought when we booked the had a free con breakfast in dont call 9.00 for kids who ate one bowl of fruitloops a free breakfast. please dont book anyone else at this dump"

"Wow, I do not know where to start. The photos on the website are misleading.... this is NOT a resort.... it is a glorified motel. The breakfast buffet was decent until we were charged a gratuity of 18% for a party of 3, and it was self serve, even the drinks!!! The staff was friendly. The room was not stocked, no washcloths , 1 towel and no stopper in the bathtub to take a bath. There was hair on the pillow , I assume either from the previous guest or the maid because it wasn't mine! All of this sounds horrible but this isn't even the worst part! The worst part is that when I moved one of our suitcases there was a roach crawling on it!! OMG! I couldn't believe it! I didn't want to act irrationally and it was very late so I 'tried' to get some sleep , wondering if something was crawling on me all night. Anyways, the next morning we were loading up our bags and I was doing a walk through to make sure we didn't forget anything and my husband looked on one of the beds and there were baby roaches crawling on the BED!! So we proceeded to leave the room and turn in our room key to the guest services and I informed them of the problem we had and all she said was 'oh, sorry' ....... really?? So I have emailed the General Manager of the 'Resort' and have yet to hear back."

"What a dump! The first room had holes in the walls and the toilet was broken from the mounts on the floor. They moved us the following day to another room in which we had to slam the door to get it to close. All rooms are tile floor only and the appear never to be mopped as your feet will be dirty if you have your shoes off. Many guests at the hotel asked us our opinion of the place as they thought it to be a bad hotel as well. Note the water park is run down and in need of repair as well. It's operational but not worth the price paid."
